“Avoid this company at all cost!”

My group trip to Philmont Scout Ranch for 22 Boy Scouts was cancelled due to wild fires. I have been waiting for a refund for over 1 year - refund was provided by check but it bounced!
I have spend countless hours with customer service pursuing this and it is always 1 more week, 1 more billing cycle, whatever it takes to get me off the phone.
Avoid the scam and look at all the bad reviews - don't know how they stay in business!
