Group of 10 booked on August 8 via Myflightsearch. One member of the party was unable to check-in on line. When he arrived at the airport he was told he did not have a reservation. Gave Southwest copy of email containing e-ticket and booking confirmation. Booking confirmation pulled up another persons name. SW hands are tied because ticket was booked via 3rd party. Spent 2 hours on the phone with Myflight. It is evident that this company is outsourced and they only have a mailing address in the US. (Las Vegas), everyone speaks broken English and there is clearly a language barrier. I would ask a question and it sounded like they were typing it and I was given a generic answer. I tried to explain that another person in the party gave up their seat for my son and we paid for a new ticket and Myflight seems to think my son's ticket shouldn't be reimbursed. I tried to explain that the other party member needed to be reimbursed and all they could say was "your son got on the flight" and they couldn't comprehend that out of a party of 10 only 9 flew! I asked for a manager, told there is no manager. I was hung up on twice, put on hold for long periods of time only to be given another number to call. When I called the number I realized they re-routed me back to Southwest! Southwest sympathizes, but can't do anything as ticket was purchased and pd for via 3rd party. SW did confirm that my son was booked but MyFlight never completed the multi-step confirmation process, therefore it was cancelled. I'll be damned if I am out $587! I will be in contact with the Attorney General's office if I don't get resolution with the next 24 hours. And they charge astronomical agent fee. Check your credit statement! They charged our credit card $110 agent booking fee on top of the air fare! Would have been cheaper to go through the airline directly. 4 hours and later EIGHT customer service reps now told they will not reimburse us because we never should have paid at the ticket for another ticket. Just filed a Better Business Bureau complaint # *******. Somehow this company linked their name to Expedia.com and created a mirror site that looks like Expedia. They answered the phone as if they were Expedia.com. I only became suspicious after the phone agent continued to ask me to re-verify information that was already in my Expedia.com profile. Expedia.com has never heard of this company. However, when I called my bank it appears that this company was somehow able to list charges on my credit card listing Expedia.com and Hotels.com as the originator of the charges. When I called the company to have the charge cancelled I reached someone in India. Now I have to cancel my credit card, create a dispute and wait up to 60 days to have the nearly $2,000 credited to my account. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR GIVE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THEM! I am taking the extra effort to file a Better Business Bureau complaint and send a letter to Expedia and Hotels.com. A Google search indicates the company lists a United States address of: P. O. I booked my ticket to Calgary on Feb. 21/2020. But I got an email on Feb. 22/2020 saying "Please be advised that we are unable to issue Tickets for your recent reservations under booking number *******, the billing details provided are not matching with your bank records" yet you take out $1406. 52. I contacted you the same day but I still did not get the money yet today is March 20/2020.
As per your policy I contacted you within 24 hours so I should be getting full money back. The flight cancellation is from your end so I don't think I should even be calling you again and again to get my money back.
When I first talked to someone he said "wait 5 days as it needs to proceed" no money were deposit back to my visa account. Second, I talk to Alex Josh work ID No. ******* on March 2 he told me to wait for 2 days and the money will be deposit to my account. I waited, on the third day I called again as the money is not deposit, when I looked for Alex the person I talked to said he already left so, I talked to Vincent Cruze Work No. 5102 on March 5,2020 he said the same thing to waited for 5 days. I waited patiently, but no money was deposited to my account so I called again and this time I talked to the manager name Calvin Mash Work No. 9291 on March 11/2020 he said "he just deposit the money" and gave me fake reference no. And the money will be there within 1 business day WHICH I STILL DON'T GET IT YET. This is call scam. When you see this comments the stuff of my flightsearch keep in mind the money you get to feed your family is not clean money.
I booked my ticket because I want to take my children to plane which you spoil my children's dream. I work hard, sweat, and leave my children to care center so I can take them to air plane but look what you done to other's life. I will never forgive you.

Back in May of this year, I booked a flight for June 29 from BOS-SLK on CapeAir airline. I flew from DFW to BOS with another airline and once in BOS at the gate, CapeAir canceled the flight due to bad weather. The agent wasn't able to rebook me on another flight because everything was sold out for the rest of the week. He told me that I'll get my money back but I needed to contact MyFlightSearch because I booked my ticket through them... I called them right then and their costumer service rep told me that I was going to get my refund once they confirmed with CapeAir the cancellation. He said it was going to take couple of weeks. Over a month passed without hearing back from them, I called them back to get an update to which they only said that they were still waiting for the confirmation from Cape Air about the cancellation. Couple of weeks passed and nothing... I called them back several times but they never answered me anymore. So I went ahead and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Not only MyFlightSearch.com had the nerve to contested my dispute, but they LIED on their declaration saying: "The passenger called us on June 29th, 2019 to cancel the booking. She was advised that the booking is non-refundable. The passenger never called us thereafter, to query any charges or show any dissatisfaction..." ALL THAT STATEMENT IS FALSE!

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic i tried to cancel this trip but I realized they never sent me an eticket.
Since I noticed that people associated with MyFlightSearch.com post obviously fake "Great" "Easy To Use" "Good So Far" reviews with no information to try to push bad reviews like mine down and off the first page I will repost my experience as a warning to other people who stumble unknowingly past this booking site that is used by West Jet to book their tickets. As stated earlier I recently booked two tickets for Christmas through MyFlightSearch.com and received confirmation that my tickets had been booked along with an email saying that I will need to send my credit card and drivers licence photo which I did (though I found this request rather unsafe) I did this immediately the same day Sept 10th. Then I noticed days later that I hadn't received boarding passes so I called them directly to find out why. Their response was that I had taken too long to send the information(credit card/drivers licence) which was a lie because I sent it the same day Sept 10th. Then they tried to tell me that only one person was booked but not two because I was late to send the info which doesn't seem logical if both tickets were confirmed and paid so why would they only book one but not two it doesn't make any sense. Then they tried to say they will sell me another more expensive ticket instead. When I said I'm not going to pay more due to your misleading business practices the agent just hung up on me and canceled my reservation completely without my consent to do so. This was my first and last experience with this shady and dishonest company. Just a warning people to stay completely clear of this one. What's worse is because I don't trust this company I'll have to cancel my credit card since they have photos of it along with my drivers licence.
The agent was very kind, and helpful. He helped me through flight cancelation and rebooking. Overall a good experience and very quick call.

Not sure if this will reach anyone of importance but you have one pretty upset Customer right now! The service I received has been less than desirable from a Travel Company! After booking a round ticket on April 4,2020 and making the Payment using my Credit/Debit Card, I'm excited about my travel plans. Only to get to the Airport, after driving more than an hour, to be told by the Delta Counter Agent that my ticket had been Voided! Here it is 5am and my Flight is scheduled to depart at 6am. Called the "24/hr" Customer Service number on the booking ticket that was emailed to me to be placed on hold for at least 30min. When the Agent came on I informed him of the issue! He asked that I hold and after another 10min he came back on the line only to repeat the Confirmation that was emailed to me! Well that ticket was avoided according to the counter agent and they/we instructed the Customer Service rep with MYFLIGHTsearch that a New ticket would have to be reissued. He was unable to do that and opted to have someone call me in 2-3hrs! Long story short, a refund was issued and due to be refunded in 7-10 days. Meanwhile, I'm stuck and what would have cost me $197 has now turned in to over $500 for this trip! Needless to say I want be arriving as planned but rather later in the evening! Totally Disappointed and every Social Media sight I can think of will here of this Bull! Meanwhile, after 3hrs I'm still waiting on a call from this less than professional, non communicating, no compassion of a Travel Company! Mr. Smith/US COMBAT VETERAN! Got my PTSD and Headaches in a friggin Wad!

I called i spoke to this women she sounded all professional i was asking her? She kept puttin me on mute or hold sobi started to think $#*! was kinna weird she came back on the phone sayinv talk to my supervisor he comes on asking for my bank info it soundef believable he sent me everything for my flight than i ask him why do i only see one name on the ticket which was soppose to be two. Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
