I found this company through my employer's travel discounts. I did not review the company prior to booking based on trusting my employer. BIG MISTAKE! On Saturday, I booked two round trip tickets for $770, received an email right away stating confirmation of booking, but pending processing of payment will I then receive my etickets via another email. Come Monday myflightsearch took the $ out of my account, however no tickets or email. I contacted via email Monday night then called them Tuesday morning and spoke with a foreign man who first had trouble finding my account when I provided my booking # and email, then put me on hold and said there was an issue with my payment so my tickets are no longer available at that cost. He then said he can refund me the $770 and charge me the cheapest ticket found of $500 a person round trip. What!?! He was rude, argumentative, and extremely pushy with me. Then since I didn't agree he said the cheapest he found is $480 a person. I was shocked and did not agree! This whole time I knew there were cheaper tickets available from other websites/airlines than the original $770! Myflightsearch LIES! Based on reviews, I feared the company would keep taking $ out of my account without my approval. I cancelled my credit card and filed a dispute with my bank. This company is NOT LEGIT! When people pay for something we expect to get the service we payed for! I did noticed originally the payment went through on my account as Airlines Report XD RSSWQD Las Vegas, NV then was switch Pay Agent after I spoke with the foreign man at myflightsearch. Thought it was strange the companies name changedon the payment they processed. I WAS SCAMMED and feel stupid for it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Received a conformation email confirming my 8am united flight at the time and date that I requested. When I tried to check in to my flight 24 hours before departure united showed departure at 11:55am. When I called MyFlightSearch about the change they alerted me that they had to switch my flight and alerted my the same day of booking by voicemail. (I did not receive any call or voice mail) After telling them this they told me that the time i requested was cancelled and as a courtesy placed me on a different flight (united confirmed that seat were still available for the 6am and it was indeed not cancelled). MyFlight customer service blamed me for not picking up the call that had given me to know about the time change and could not provide a phone record of the voicemail upon my request. I was not accommodated and forced to take the later flight. The customer service rep then had the audacity to call me back and see if I still wanted to keep my later reservation with them..

Yes, my daughter received the entire refund for the bogus tickets that she purchased. It took some time on my part, but it was well worth it. Let me explain what I did to help her.
1. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the state where the company is located.
2. I gave the company a negative review on every site that I could find for reviewing companies. I had to keep refreshing my reviews. Lots of positive reviews would suddenly appear which would bump mine way down.
3. If there was a Facebook page for MyFlightSearch, HighSkyCheap, or SkyFlightCheap, then I gave negative reviews on those pages. I even went under other posts and left reviews. The company would delete my posts after 10-15 minutes. I was diligent, though. I spent lots of time adding more posts to their pages. I also left links to the United States Department of Transportation- Aviation Consumer Protection.
4. I made myself a huge pain in their derriere.
Eventually, a "representative" from the company called my daughter and asked if I was her mother. She was asked to please tell me that a refund was forthcoming. Obviously, I had been causing some wrinkles. I spoke with the "representative" and told him that my husband and I were about to meet with a lawyer for purposes of filing a lawsuit against the company. My daughter had her refund within a week of that phone call. I never had to file with the other agencies listed in my review. However, if she hadn't received the refund, then I definitely would have. It took about 1-1½ months to get her refund. However, in this day of electronic banking, the company should have refunded her within the first week of contacting them.

On Thursday, June 4, my daughter bought two tickets to Alaska using MyFlightSearch. Although MyFlightSearch did not send a confirmation email, she received an email from HighSkyCheap confirming the purchase. We have a copy of the email with the booking number assigned to the purchase.
She spent $1535. 60 on the two tickets. The money cleared her bank account on June 8,2020. The bank statement shows an agent fee number and was made payable to SkyFlightCheap, TX. First and foremost, my daughter did not cancel the flight, the company cancelled it.
My daughter never received the e-tickets which were promised via email within 24 hours. After contacting MyFlightSearch customer service on Monday, June 8, she was informed that the flight scheduled in July had been cancelled. No communication of any kind (email/phone) from MyFlightSearch, HighSkyCheap, or SkyFlightCheap was sent regarding the flight cancellation.
After speaking with two different MyFlightSearch customer service representatives on Monday, June 8, she was assured that she would receive a full refund within 20-28 business days. She was told that the delay of the refund was due to COVID-19. Thursday, July 16, marked the twenty-eighth business day since customer service was contacted. My daughter has yet to receive her refund.
On Monday, July 20, I will be reporting these three companies to the United States Department of Transportation- Aviation Consumer Protection, the Federal Trade Commission, Nevada (and Texas) Attorney General's office, Nevada (and Texas) Consumer Affairs, and the Better Business Bureau of Nevada (and Texas).
My family has waited the appropriate amount of time as deemed necessary by MyFlightSearch to receive the refund from these tickets. After contacting the aforementioned government agencies, legal action will be taken to recover the cost of the purchased tickets.

I don't want to spend any more time than I already have... just DON'T EVER USE THIS SITE! Save yourself headaches and $$$$$$$$$$!

On 13Feb, I booked a flight with my flight. MyFlight confirmed my booking by email and immediately withdrew payment from my credit card ($2332. 50us) for a flight that was worth $332.50us.
2 days later I received an email from MyFlight advising that my ticket had been cancelled, no explanation as to why, or what was happening to my payment. I immediately phoned MyFlight for an explanation. When I finally got through to a Customer Service representative, and a number of attempts to get trough, the MyFlight representative said my ticket failed due to a glitch in their computer system with international credits. They also said that a number of customers were experiencing simlar problems if using international credit cards. They further said not to worry, that I would receive a refund within 14 days. However, on speaking with another MyFlight person, I was told that the refund would be in my account by Monday (3 days away). To date (27Feb) I have not received my refund.
As readers will appreciate, I contacted my bank after discovering that MyFlight had charged my credit dard $2332. 50us instead of $332.50us. My Bank's Card Services person agreed that MyFlight appear to be conducting a fraud for those customers using non US credit cards, and are investigating the situation.
Best advice: DO NOT USE MYFLIGHT - THEY ARE JUST SCAMMERS AND FRUAUDSTERS!

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
