I booked a one way flight online on Nov 12 from Denver to Tampa for Nov 21 red eye and received confirmation email on Nov 12 with booking reference number and they charged my credit card. Ok the morning before my flight I called to request my ticket number since it was not in the email. I was told they would send it in 1-2 hrs. Two hours later no email and I called and was simply told they cancelled my flight because it wasn't confirmed. What does that even mean? They charged my credit card! Absolute imbeciles who hide their ineptitude behind Indian accents. I had to pay 4x as much to get a last minute flight to not miss an important business transaction. I revel the day they go out of business.
I submitted my credit card and got a confirmation of my "booking." However, it did say this is not your e-ticket. Then I saw an email from them asking me to send them (to "customerservice" a copy of my driver's license, and a coloured copy front and back of my credit card! Over email! Then I checked the net for reviews and quickly phoned my credit card to alert them not to put any charge to MyFlightSearch through. "Whew!

Back in May of this year, I booked a flight for June 29 from BOS-SLK on CapeAir airline. I flew from DFW to BOS with another airline and once in BOS at the gate, CapeAir canceled the flight due to bad weather. The agent wasn't able to rebook me on another flight because everything was sold out for the rest of the week. He told me that I'll get my money back but I needed to contact MyFlightSearch because I booked my ticket through them... I called them right then and their costumer service rep told me that I was going to get my refund once they confirmed with CapeAir the cancellation. He said it was going to take couple of weeks. Over a month passed without hearing back from them, I called them back to get an update to which they only said that they were still waiting for the confirmation from Cape Air about the cancellation. Couple of weeks passed and nothing... I called them back several times but they never answered me anymore. So I went ahead and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Not only MyFlightSearch.com had the nerve to contested my dispute, but they LIED on their declaration saying: "The passenger called us on June 29th, 2019 to cancel the booking. She was advised that the booking is non-refundable. The passenger never called us thereafter, to query any charges or show any dissatisfaction..." ALL THAT STATEMENT IS FALSE!

They charged us a $2400 service fee without permission on top of the fights. Visa is not very helpful trying to get this back. DO NOT Use this company. Lying rip off they say that they are in Vargas but really in India
Booked with them and received nearly immediate confirmation that included saying etickets would arrive shortly. That was about 6pm. By 9 am the next morning - no eticket, though credit card was charged. I then emailed asking when I could expect my eticket -- no response. Just before noon I called their number, was placed in a call que for several minutes then asked to leave my name and number for call back -- by about 3pm had not received email or call back, so began digging and found these mostly bad review. Emailed immediately saying I was cancelling the booking per the 24 hour cancellation period. Had a response within an hour, and this morning found their charge had already been reversed -- so that part went fine. Given other reviews, I don't think I would use them again. Not sure if they are not fully legit or just not very competent. Either way, I'm out.
This place charged me twice for one ticket. Also did they same with my friend. When I cancelled the ticket, they said my money should be refunded within a few days. It has been three weeks and they still haven't refunded anything. Everytime I call they lie and say it should be in my account within 24 hrs. A week later they are denying that they said that. I spoke with them again today and lied again and said it'll take another week. So that's four weeks wait period for a price of two tickets which I don't even have. These people are scammers. Also they refuse to let me speak with a manager!
I booked a flight on Oct. 31, and received confirmation quickly. A few days later, I got an email saying my flight had been cancelled at my request. This was absolutely not true. I emailed, asking for an explanation. The answer I got included a phone number, so I called; I got recording asking me to leave my name and phone number so they could call me back. I did that, but never received a call. I have now booked with a different company, with great results and a better price.
Booked a flight #*******. Wondered why I didnt recognize the place on my bank statement that said I paid them for the flight... I called and asked the customer service people who barely spoke English. Surprise they couldn't tell me either. I asked when I should expect my e ticket to arrive in my email since I booked the flight 5 days earlier and was told within the hour... 2 hours later I called back and again was told my e ticket would arrive within 30-40 minutes later... nothing!... I then for some reason decided to look up reviews for this business and realized I was one of many who were scammed by this awful company!. I did call back one last time just for the heck of it. I asked if they were gonna send me the e ticket or just take my money. The foreign man hung up on me!... I ended up booking a different flight and dont you know 10 seconds after confirming my purchase the e ticket arrived in my email... this company needs to be shut down... According to the reviews they have been reported many many times. The only good reviews are from people who obviously dont speak good English... hmmmm go figure!
I made a booking on October 21st then realized we could not travel as planned. I called and cancelled the trip the very same day and was told that the money would be refunded within 3-5 days. On October 22nd, I noticed that, instead of refunding the money, they actually charged me AGAIN (over $1400 US)! I have made numerous phone calls and sent several emails, and have been told 3 more times that the refund would be in my bank in 3-4 days (which it never was). Very frustrating and expensive.
My flight with Delta was changed so they offered to put me on a different flight more suitable for me - they charged me $1000. 00 and so when I spoke to Delta they told me there should be no charge for a change of flights. I called myflightsearch back to get the money refunded because Delta took care of my flight change for me and they told me they did it. 15 business days later I did not receive a refund so I called them again and they cancelled my flight. The day before my trip. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Wouldn't let me speak to a manager, wouldn't send me a confirmation email. Terrible terrible terrible.
Don't get involved with them! I tried to purchase air tickets, got booking number (booking reference *******) and instructions to wait for e-ticket, never got any, called therm, got bunch of lies (my card didn't work, voice mail left, etc) and cancelled everything. Got charged during conversation (how about "bad" card?), got cancellation confirmation and never get refund (since 10/23/2019), called them multiple times and got some more lies (like they never charged me) and still no result. Reported them to FTC and BBB, and to my bank.
They stole almost $1,500 from me. I canceled my booking within 30 seconds of making it. They took the money out of my account days later. Refunded me THEN TOOK IT AGAIN. I've been fighting for weeks to get this money back. I'm a single mom, and I was just trying to book flights to visit family. I'm now out $3,000
SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not book through this company. I booked a flight from DFW-FLL on Sep. 21 for travel on Nov. 7 I received a confirmation email thanking for my booking. My E-Tickets were never sent. I spoke to customer service several times they kept telling me the E-tickets would be emailed with in the hour! I finally called the airline direct and they told me the reservation had been canceled due to no payment. myflightsearch.com charged my CC on Sep. 21 for the flights. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I booked a flight for my brother to travel from PHX to DEN and when he arrived at the airport he had NO ticket! I called MyflightSearch and they said they cancelled the flight because they couldn't get me on the phone! I was livid and didn't understand why they had to contact me for a flight I assumed I paid for online. No where on their email confirmation does it say they have to call you to verify in order for your ticket to me valid. Plus their customer service is appalling! They showed no remorse, not even a sorry for the mishap for me as a first time customer.
My wife thought she was booking with WestJet. Not being experienced, was capture by MyFlightSearch. We were flying within Canada. She did not realize that all prices were in US dollars. It wasn't until we checked our credit card that we realized we overpaid. After checking the sight, the only mention of US dollars was buried in the fine print.
Its not just the owners of this company that are unethical, its all the employees that work for them.
They did rob me of 900 dollars for non existing ticket. They charge on none existing ticket went trough on my account. Bank is investigating. Filled a police report and FBI report. Do not use them. Total froud. They should be shut down.
I purchased a ticked on line at their site for a trip from Boise to San Francisco. The charge went through on my credit card. The day before the flight I received a call from them asking if I had received my eticket. I advised that I hadn't. The guy told me he would email the eticket, and instructed me to be at the airport the next day three hours prior to departure time. I did receive the email with a confirmation number, but no eticket. When I arrived at the airport I was told that I had no reservation. The gentleman spoke with someone at United ticketing and was told that the reservation was made, but was cancelled thirty minutes later. I then called United reservations and was told the same thing. I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card which caused them to cancel that card and issue a new one. The trip ended up costing four times what I had planned on...
Representatives were rude and uninformed. They didn't know that Porter airlines fly to Dulles airport until I insisted. Then they said Washington D. C. is a state. When corrected, they had attitude and hung up. Difficult to talk to stupid customer service reps.
I booked a flight and had to csncel. I was told i would recieve a refund minus 100.00 because of my reason for canceling. I was given a confirmation number. When i didnt revieve the refund i called back and was told the flight was not cancelled. I was not not to worry the flight would be cancelled and i would recieve a refund. After numerous emails where i gave the booking number. Confirmation number, who i spoke to and when, copies of my statement showing no refund. They have done nothing. No trip cancellation no trip tefund. Do not use these people.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
