I purchased airfare for six passengers. Compared to other experiences with different airlines... this was an example of airline thoughtfulness. But, my problems came when my Credit Card Bank denied the purchase without calling me. This is the kind of transaction that should not have been interfered with without notice. However, your representative was very adept, patient, and thorough and resolved a VERY FRUSTRATING issue.
Very unprofessional, unethical, immature company who had no clue on customer experience. Probably the worst tech used as no agent knows anything about any conversation. Been saying same thing to different people every couple of days. Got 5 emails for process refund. Everytime I click it gives me different number but I keep on getting email from OOJO to complete the process which never seem to get completed. Avoid the site if you can,,$50 saving is not worth the hassle if you get into any.

Finding a flight using your service was fine, but it was upsetting to get a call after we booked the flight trying to get us to sign up for trip insurance, especially since we had just declined it. We recently experienced several bait-and-switch schemes, and thought this call was more of the same to tell us that the flight was now not available at the price we booked.

Booking through Oojo was a breeze, and the discounts were satisfactory. This marks my second time utilizing Oojo's services to book my flights, and on both occasions, the experience was positive. Fast and convenient service. I've booked flight tickets with Oojo twice during the last 6 months and have no regrets, only positive experience. I am sorry for those who have had negative experience but I think at this time of uncertainty and Covid everyone is struggling to keep their businesses. My flight is upcoming, so hopefully everything flies. But so far, so good. I've received updates on every change or update there is, customer service is great, the calls are answered promptly, they send sms texts and emails constantly and they've offered the cheapest tickets for our chosen flights. All in all, I can recommend Oojo with confidence.

Oojo was amazing, they supported me in all questions regarding the tickets. I booked two tickets with them. Oojo takes a lot of time to find the best possible option and also provides better prices than those you can find if you search online. Best booking agency I found. Highly recommend Oojo to anyone!
They are REALLY on top of it! Called me within 60-seonds of booking a trip, while another agent was already working with me. They even tried to come up with a better price / itinerary for my multi-city trip, but eventually couldn't beat what I had. But based on all other OTAs, this was the most responsive team! Horfens went above and beyond for us! E-Mail, Direct phone #s, and call back / follow-up was amazing!

Great customer service with helpgul representatives. Everything was clear and easy understand, booking process was fast and I paid less than I acually saw on the Oojo's website before calling. They offered me an unpublished deal or something. I can really recommend this service for flight bookings and excellent service! Keep up the good job, Oojo!

I started to purchase ticket for 3 pax as I found Oojo offer cheapest. My bank denied the payment because the daily transaction limit less than the ticket price. It is due to the original price is in US$ and my account is in MYR. Bank initially estimate little bit high conversion rate. But the sales office prepare new quotation for pay with another card. Good thing is that they hold the initial price for 15 hours although the price increased.

Had to book a last minute flight at a low budget and Oojo made it happen. The process of purchasing was clear and fast. Got my tickets in 30 minutes. Thank you, I will come back when I will need affordable economy class tickets. 5 stars deserved for sure!

After purchasing the tickets I got immediately a phone call with information about their another services, like how many pounds you can get per person for fly, protection plans, etc.It was really helpful. Thank you!

This is the worse customer service experience I ever had in my life. Takes a full day to get anything done over the phone, when they pick up (many times the call goes literally to voice message)
The ticket protection they offer is also basically a scam.
Pay extra and buy your ticket elsewhere, no amount of money is worth the headache you'll have dealing with these people

Had issue with purchasing ticket due to limit on debit card. Did not know the transaction was declined from my bank until an OOJO rep called me. They were very persistent in trying to reach me which I appreciated otherwise I might have not known for a few days because I am very busy and the price of the tickets could have more. So grateful for OOJO rep being in constant contact with me to let me know the status of the transaction.
