Suggestion: at the end, the website did not automatically notify me that the ticket had been purchased (the bee just kept hovering its wings for 30 minutes).It was only when I checked my email that I knew that the ticket had been issued.

Great Service and Amazing savings!

Best cheaper tickets with rapid process

Website glitches

We tried booking through the website but it glitches so much that it's frustrating. We had to call customer support 3-4 times. The audio was terrible, with an echo. Somehow we managed to talk to the agent, who was very helpful and we were able to book tickets.
Appreciate their service.

Efficient online travel agents

Great customer service and service too

Buy the tickets was pretty easy and also safe. The customer service was amazing you got in touch with me as soon as I did the purchase and you were going with me trough the whole process and everything was fine. Cayenne was my agent and she was very polite and helpful.

Good Security on Credit Card Billing

Always Purchase My Airline Tickets Through Oojo

Excellent customer service

We put in the wrong CC number and booking was declined. After several calls made to Oojo and our bank, we finally resolved the issue with Akhil's (Oojo agent) assistance. He was very helpful and patient, he called us back and stayed on the line until we were able to book the ticket successfully. This is our first time to use Oojo and I will use Oojo again for future travel bookings because of agents like Akhil.

Great Business Flight Price

I would have given it 5 stars but had to wait several hours for confirmation receipt and I started to get nervous. Site says it may take an hour for confirmation receipt to be emailed, but it was way longer than an hour. However, it was still received same day as booking. The price was well worth the wait for a Business class seat. It was the best one I have seen in several weeks for a flight on Turkish Air (love this airline and try to fly them when going this way) through Istanbul to Budapest.
