I had to change my ticket to Iran and postpone it about two months due to a surgery I had to do. Your representative helped me a lot to select another date. He was patient, helpful and very knowledgable. I changed my ticket from September to November with a reasonable additional payment.

Just before booking a Turkish Airlines ticket through Oojo, I hesitated, wondering about seat choice on a couple of very long legs. I called the customer service number, and a very knowledgeable man answered all my questions satisfactorily. My only suggestion would be for Oojo to have a pop-up box during its reservation algorithm about seating, since I'm sure I'm not the only customer doubting at the last minute if I'll have any control over my seating choices. Other sites force you into picking seat after expensive seat, but it's also unnerving not to have any information about post-ticket seating freedom before completing the purchase.

This is my first time booking from Oojo. Initially I did the booking immediately, without even thinking twice from the page kayak.com. When I received the email from Oojo it only had confirmation number and nothing related to Qatar, for a while I questioned if it was legit. So I immediately called their Customer service and they were quick and nice to answer. I even asked if this is a legit website and the customer service really answered nicely.
I told them I haven't received the booking reference number. They assured me saying that it will be available in one hour and I think within half an hour I received the ticket. I checked the booking with Qatar Airways and it looked Amazing! It Worked!

Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
Answer: No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
