Answer:

Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.

Answer:

When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.

Has anyone booked their airline tickets with oojo.com, then cancelled the reservation in less than 24 hours, and successfully received a full refund?

Answer:

No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them

Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.

No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
