I liked to travel with Oojo, the flight was cheaper than any other website however, don't get tricked. Once you buy the ticket, they will start calling you to purchase many services that are already offered for free from the airlines but Oojo would charge you for it. I tried to change my ticket departure time. The airline said it costs $40 but oojo charges $200-250 as processing fees, so in Total they wanted to charge me $280. It's totally ridiculous! I know this is how you make money but honestly, it's not worth it. Pay the extra $50 and purchase your ticket from the airline directly! However, it will be a good choice if you are sure you don't need any customer service or any future changes needed

I booked 2 tickets more than a month ago and one flight was canceled by airline but I never received notification from ooJo, only from airline. I called oojo and they have to verify, how sttange?
I called them many times asking for alternative and so I can be on my destination on the date I wanted, talking to about 10 agents and have to repeat my whole history from beginning because they don't have records but keep telling me that they put notes and whoever pick up my call will understand, nut no, no single one understands.
Finally they sent me a rescheduled ticket but the date is different and for me there is no purpose to be there on a different date. I called them in last 4 days every day 2-3 times and no one can fix it, always told me that someone will contact me, never.
I lost my confidence and called them back today, spent almost 2 hours again and just want refund and make a deal because it's not my fault, it's airline and ooJo's fault that I have to cancel it. They only agree to give me about 30% back, I paid $1600, probably in 4-6 weeks it's not fail at all. I have to call my card to stop the payment or get money back or dispute.
Their customer service is bad, call sounds quality is poor, plus heavy accent it's very hard to understand.

The site gave a great flight price, plus offered a $20 discount when signing up (but I'm not sure how or when I actually get that). The reservation process was easy, although it would be better if Oojo laid off the hard sell on all the add-ons and such, which would make the process faster and smoother.

I wanted to share my frustrating experience with Oojo.com in case others have faced the same issue. I booked business class tickets they advertised for $5,063.88, which was significantly lower than other competitors. The price seemed like a great deal, so I completed the booking and my credit card was charged.
However, instead of issuing the tickets, they later sent me an updated "optimized travel plan" quoting a much higher price (around $7,400). When I asked for the tickets at the original price, they claimed that the price had increased because the seats were no longer available.
What's shocking is that even after telling me the lower price was unavailable, they continued to display the fake price on their website for days, misleading other potential customers. This bait-and-switch practice is unacceptable and feels incredibly dishonest.

One of my flights was cancelled so I had to change it. They gave me the best options and I was able to pick a even better connection flight. I am very happy with their service! The wait time on hold less then 1 minute, the overall conversation less then 10 minutes.

Good experience during the booking and the ticket issued within 12 hours which is great, the only reason that I'm not giving 5 star is that the next day someone from the company called me 19 times to sell me flight protection, which was very disturbing. If we're not picking up a phone call there's no reason to keep calling back. I paid online and ticket is issued, no reason to call every 30 minutes to speak with me.

I use kayak.com to search the cheapest flight and it redirects me to oojo.com. I have never heard about this company and I had fallen into bait-and-switch scam by Travoport. So I check whether it's legit. Also after booking and before receiving e-ticket, I login to my credit card company to see whether airfare is charged. Oojo offers cheapest price and handles e-ticket within one hour after booking. The price is even better than those from Google search.

My return flight from Rome was changed by the airline to leave a day earlier. I called Oojo to see if I could keep my original departure date but have a longer layover in Istanbul to explore the city. Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
