I am reading these reviews and wish I would have seen them before I booked with this company! If anyone is interested in filing a class action law suit against them please respond back to this review. I have filed a police report and talked to my bank for fraud. It is disgusting that this company thinks they can take away hard earned money from people!
Everything fake from the confirmation to the nonexistent e-ticket. Saw these reviews and called airline. No reservation. Can't get money back. Please if this has happened to you, ask rakuten and Facebook to remove them.
I will rate this fraudulent company less than a zero! First time use and a very huge disappointment. Please stay away from them!
I wouldn't rate these fraudulent bastards a zero! We had purchased a ticket through these people because the site looks like any other site however the dates were completely wrong! When I called them immediately they sounded unprofessional and shady and I demanded it be canceled. They kept telling me someone would have to call me back I'm a few hours to cancel which I then demanded to speak to supervisor. They hung up on me several times or left me hanging in eternal hold every time I called demanding a cancelation. When I finally got someone they said no worry's the flight was cancelled and I would not be charged and even sent me a cancellation email verifying it. 2 days later the CHARGED MY ACCOUNT TWICE! When I called they said oh we are sorry we mistakenly charged you anyways and twice but you will get a refund in 2 months! BULL$#*! LIES! They have been reported for investigation to several agencies and hopefully theses cold hearted bastards get shut down! DO NOT USE THEM!
They booked different dates that I requested, then I canceled it, and they send me an email saying you will not be charged, couple hours I have been charged, waited 10 days to get the refund which was 399.46$.
Guess What, Two days later My bank called me telling that there is $2.399.46 pulled again from your account from the same merchant.
I called them back they said we are sorry for that mistake we will refund it in 10 days and refuse to send an e-mail.

Called to confirm a flight made through Alaska. Got these bozos. They told me my entire flight was canceled and it was going to be $250 fee to reinstate? What. I'm holding a ticket in my hand. Then I argued with them because this made NO sense. Asked to speak to his supervisor and his response was that they were all busy. What?
Suddenly my flight schedule was returned to original. $#*!s
Less than a zero. Trickery, fraud, lies & deception! My flight was cancelled in October awaiting refund in December. I calleed for an update on the status of my refund & they say next week, next week, next week, two more weeks. Disgusting!
This company is the worst. They take your money and run. I booked a flight through them, and showed up at the airport for my flight. They then inform me that my reservation was cancelled. No email letting me know or anything. They said they would then refund my money, which they have not. I've had to dispute the transaction with them, because every time I called customer service, they would "transfer me" but then end the call hoping I would go away. They do this anytime they get a call from a customer who isn't satisfied. Total scam. Never use. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I cannot believe they are still in operation. Hope they get what's coming to them.
MyFlightSearch scammed me too. Took my money and then we are informed at the airport 3hrs before the flight that we have no reservations. They have refused to refund my money and their customer service is absolutely diabolical. Customer "no-service" is rude, obnoxious and downright abusive. Buyer beware. MyFlightSearch aka., Flight Search Inc., are scammers extraordinaire. Buyer Beware!
Cancellation within 24 hours and after several emails and assurance i have not gotten my money back. Their customer service can rarely be reached and are the rudest people.
These people are a fraud from abroad. I cancelled my trip October 10th and I'm still waiting on my refund. They charged my card under the airlines name. Took my money and paid the airlines with their personal card. The airlines refunded them on that same day (I know because I called them and even got their credit card number) but they are still telling me they are waiting for their refund from the airlines. They first said I would have my refund on the 21st. I called the October 22nd and they told me 48 hrs. I called on the October 25th and they told me 24 hrs. So I called October 29th and they are say 48 hrs. I asked to speak to management but was hung up on. I called again December 10th and now their refund system has been down giving technical difficulties this whole time. They said there were no issues if I wanted to purchase another flight because they can take money but not return it. Now they said I will have my refund the first week of January. We shall see which I highly doubt. They have a logo saying they are apart of the Better Business Bureau but they are not! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
I booked a flight, received a confirmation and then a second email that advised me that my credit card was declined. I knew this was absolutely impossible, called the company and they refused to take the card number again and insisted for an alternate card number. I felt that was odd at the time and refused. I then called my bank and alerted them of the situation. Four hours later, there was three attempts to process the payment. Thankfully- by that time my bank was aware and declined the charge. I called the myflightsearch back and asked for a supervisor, to let them know that they need to cancel the flight and do not make further attempt to process. I was told they were unable and forwarded to another department. I did hang up knowing that my bank would not be allowing a charge fe this company through however, I will be watching my credit card for any fraud. BEWARE of this company.
Same as many others on here! Frontier was having a great sale so I THOUGHT I was booking correctly! I happened to just check and see why I haven't received an e-ticket by email and found out I have been bamboozled! Please be careful when trying to get a deal. I was still able to book my flight but geez Louise! Fake! Fake! Fake! Scam! Scam! Scam!
I had booked my flight back home for the holidays a few months in advance. I received a confirmation number and a receipt. The day I showed up for my flight, the front desk for Frontier informed me that the reservation was never made for my flight. I immediately called MyFlight and they offered me a full refund in three to five business days. I spent an additional (on top of the lost $300) $300 in order to make it back home for the holidays. It is now 12 days later and I have yet to receive my refund for the initial $300. I called MyFlight and they informed me that it would actually take two full billing cycles (which is 8 weeks) to fulfill their side of this discrepancy. I immediately asked to speak to a manager. This is when the phone operator pleaded with me to just work with him and when I refused, he hung up on me. Lesson learned. Will not be purchasing tickets via this third party ever again and advise likewise.
Ok, so not sure where to begin with this company, but I will start by saying they left my two children stranded at the airport waiting for a flight they sent a FAKE confirmation for over a month ago, and then after an hour of trying to reach someone and getting hung up on 7 TIMES, they finally told us, the flight was canceled and swore they reimbursed the money weeks ago, which i was able to prove was a lie. One person apologized, said he was working on getting my kids on that plane and of course after hold for 20 minutes, we got hung up on AGAIN! So, after all the phone calls we get a cancellation notice an hour after their flight took off. THEY ARE A SCAM! ( booking # *******) LEFT MY CHILDREN STRANDED! Paid 200 to get them a hotel. I SWEAR IF MY KIDS ARE NOT ON A PLANE TOMORROW AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES, THIS WILL NOT END HERE! We will get a lot more people involved and this review will NOT be the last you hear from me. They ruined our holiday and the kids!
Received confirmation of booking and e ticket to follow upon credit card approval. Money taken, no ticket provided = theft! Check other reviews, they offer refunds but don't issue them. Have ARC, IATAN, BBB logo's on their website. BBB is in suspension and will check on others... Hopefully they disappear soon and stop preying on honest consumers. Also hope that ARC & IATAN also issue suspensions and derail them.
Booked a flight with them and waited for my e ticket which never came! They charged my credit card and did not book a flight. How can they get away with this? I have called them repeatedly with only lies about when the flight would be posted. Thankfully I was at least smart enough to follow through before my flight and keep checking. I eventually booked with the airlines. Won't be this stupid again!
Booked the ticket with them and said successfully booked. Went to airport and the airline cannot find the reservation. Called them and they told me they haven't successfully reserved and the customer service canceled my reservation right away without even asking me. My hotel cannot be canceled and refunded at that time. Called them again and they said they can only refund me the ticket and will issue the ticket refund. If they are not able to reserve, how can they charge me until I reached the airport and found out and called them? The only thing this customer service can do is tell sorry. They are not giving you any reimbursement. The attitude of the customer service is so horrible and bad. They literally told me: either you get the refund of your ticket, or we are not giving you the refund. Anyways, we are not giving any reimbursement. Your choice. PLEASE NEVER USE THEM. Really bad experience.
COMPLETE FRAUDULENT SCUMBAG SCAMMERS! How can this "company" stay in "business"? I experienced everything all the other 1 star reviewers experienced. They send you an email with a "booking#" and a big "CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE BOOKED!" but there is no actual E-Ticket and they make it seem like you are getting one later. This was charged on my credit card and showed up as United Airlines but the phone number is their FAKE customer service number where it rings and rings and then hangs up. They finally did answer, acted like they were "checking on my ticket" and after 20 mins on hold came back and said, "so you don't have a ticket". WHAT? This was the night before I was flying from CA to NYC! No need to even argue with them or ask for a "manager" as there is no such thing. They said they refunded my credit card back the $405.61, but a month later I still do not have a refund. Tried to call... same ole thing- it rings and rings, they finally pick up and act like they are putting you on hold for 15 mins then the call disconnects. I am going to try to have my credit card company refund my card as a fraudulent charge. How can these people get away with this... and further more how do they sleep at night? So mad!
Arrived at airport for flight on Frontier. Self serve kiosk for boarding pass did not recognise passport, credit card or booking reference. Went to counter, Frontier clerk found no booking for us. Clerk phoned Frontier head office who said this company is a scam. Returned home.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
