Never received tickets for the flight I booked two days prior. Tried to call numerous times with only a voicemail. Left many many messages and still haven't received a call back. I cancelled my cc before the money was posted. I filed a BBB complaint and their score was an F. Buyer beware
This people charge more than the airline would do for changing my flight, so they said that they will give me a voucher for $200. Now I called them to make a reservation an use my voucher and this idiots gave me the same price that in the website including the voucher! When I complained, they called me a lier, that I don't have any voucher for that money! Crazy people!
I bought a ticket almost a month ago for $242.97 I received a receipt saying it was purchased but I NEVER received my e-ticket. My flight was today and nothing still. I have emailed and I have called and when I have called multiple times only 3 different times someone answered and they gave me the run around. Also they were talking to me like I was stupid. When I asked for a supervisor there wasn't one for any of them. What business doesn't have a supervisor when there are employees working? They said my flight was canceled but I myself never canceled the flight and why wouldn't I get a cancellation email until after they had said that when I was talking to them on the phone and not in the past few weeks of waiting for a ticket? I am NEVER EVER booking a flight through this "company" again.

I purchased 1/16/20 4 round trip tickets to Chicago from RDU. I have called multiple/countless times, and nothing. No E-tickets. Every time I call they give me the same lame excuse and that my e-tickets will be email to me soon. My flight is schedule for 2/15/20, and I still don't have my e-tickets. I didn't read the reviews before purchasing. I usually do, and now I am so sorry I didn't. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE YOU BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE HELPING YOU. YOU BUY FROM THEM AND YOU WILL HAVE TO KISS YOUR MONEY GOOD BYE.
Stay away from this site. They charge me 2547. 31 without any autorización after they just tell me they cancelled my flight. They say they charged my card as an error but my card has not been refund. SCAMMERS!
This company should be shut down it is the biggest scam going. I booked three flights in America I called frontier they said that someone book three flights but never paid for them so I called my credit card company they took the $300 out of my account so I called them back and said you took the money so where's my tickets oh you will be receiving them within 24 hours 24-hours came never got the tickets so I called back and tell them to cancel my tickets and refund me the money they never did so when I call the credit card company holy moly they took $1,000 out of my account luckily the credit card did not pay them because I gave them my credit card number the credit card company says it is not forgery so I am going to persist with the credit card company saying that it is forgery so my suggestion is never ever use as company and always remember if it's too good to be true it's not
Booked a roundtrip flight for my daughter to come home. Contacted them multiple times asking where the ticket info was. I was constantly told it would emailed within 36 hours. Finally the day before the flight was supposed to take place I called an was told that the flight was not yet booked. I was told I could cancel the flight and receive a full refund. They sent me a cancelation email verifying the refund. Now 6 weeks and several phone conversations later I am being told that they are sending me a check because the refund would not go through my credit card. They said my check would be here in 4 days. This company is a scam! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM! I will be reporting this company to my credit card company, The Better Business Bureau and the Fedearal Authorities for fraud and theft.
Was never sent confirmation or an E ticket for a flight I booked through them. Called and called and called and was told to call the airline instead because everything looked "fine on their end." Kept telling me I'd receive an E ticket within the hour, or anywhere from 24-72 hours. Called United and was told that my ticket was cancelled because myflightsearch never confirmed with the airline. I was never even notified of a cancellation and was never refunded. Ended up buying a new ticket directly from the airline. The fraudulent jerks working in customer service can all burn. Do not use this company ever!

I book a flight on 02/98/20 for 169.80 dollars, they send me a email stating my CC denied the transaction
I call my bank to find out they attempted to take 1169 dollars! Thank God I didn't have that much available
I tried calling them only to be send to voicemail, I finally spoke to Nancy, she stated they had a computer glitch and I should be getting my e ticket by Monday! Mind you my flight is Tuesday, I have a death in the family, I After reading all these reviews decided to call them back and was told we ll send it within the hour! Still nothing, I finally decided to call American airlines just to find out the did my reservation and cancelled it! Thank God for Nancy, she try told me the fair they charged was not possible, but she was able to accommodate me fairly close on the same flight!
I called them back just to be send to a voicemail again, left a message telling I just got off the phone with American airlines
With in 5 min received a email stating they were not able to issues my e-ticket because the faire was raised! I guess they realized they wouldn't be able to scam me after all

I bought tickets with this crapoy company and they charged me double the price then took 15 working days to return my money. This is completely unacceptable. Absolute trash.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Don't use your credit card with this company, they will try to charge your card with a big amount claiming it was an error glitch and it will be refunded in 14,17 or 22 working days, they will not answer your calls afterward. Better dispute and cancel your card immediately. I don't know how such a company is allowed to do business in the US their BBB status was revoked in December.
This company is fraudulent! They will take your money and not produce tickets. They claim you can cancel within 24 hours if they can't issue an e-ticket but they don't answer their phones or answer your e-mails. What a terrible experience; they are not a legitimate company. I tried for 4 days to reach them with no success.
Have been waiting for almost 6 weeks for a refund on a ticket they screwed me out of a ticket ($720.00 they say they can do nothing for me but refund me $339- which they are failing to deliver!) I got hung up on 5 times trying to speak with a manager. They're not trying to do a ligit business here
I was trying to book a flight to Cancun. They called and said they had hard time processing $400, do you have a another card. I canceled because it didn't sound right and that night I got an email saying it was a technical glitch they took $$$ 800 out but issued an INSTANT refund. It's been over 3weeks still haven't recieved it back after calling multiple times. Called my bank to report fraud but difficult process to get it back... worst experience ever! I KNEW IT WAS TOO CHEAP! I purchased a ticket 10 days prior to my flight FOR Miami and two days before my flight it was NO FLIGHTS for my return home ACCORDING TO THEM! After being "flexible" they tell me I have to pay an extra 369.12! They will hang up on you and never try to assist. Just Refund so they claim? DISPUTE! DISPUTE! WHILE YOU STILL CAN!
This is a fraudulent company. Do not book flights with them! Bought a round trip ticket for our daughter to come home for winter break. They charged our credit card but there was no flight. They said they would refund our credit card but they did not. Total scam.
I cancelled my reservation for 317.57 and was refunded. A few weeks later I got a charge on my credit card for $3317. 57. They said they made a mistake and would refund that immediately. Not, it has been over three weeks now. After calling, they said sorry, it would be another week. A friend of mine did not cancel like I did and stayed with them. When he went to print his boarding pass at the airport, the name on the confirmation was different, causing him a long delay at the ticket counter. Be smart book with the airline directly.

This company has charged me 2307. 14 USD with reference to booking number *******. Because of this Fraud, I have insufficient balance to pay my utility bills and house rent. I have to borrow money from my friend just to pay rent of my house.
I have seen many bad reviews of this company for charging huge amount on customer cards saying it's a technical glitch. How could it be a technical glitch for so many customers? This company is taking money from multiple customers and taking interest on this amount. Most of the customers in the review has mentioned that they have not yet received the refund.
I have raised complaint in FTC and also asked my bank to dispute the charges. If you are also victim of this fraud then make sure to raise complaint to FTC (Federal Trade commision). This company doesn't deserve to be in business and it has to be stopped.
