This is such a SCAM! Bought 2 tickets an they took the money off my credit card an when I gave my confirmation number at the airport they said there was no tickets booked. Ended up costing $500 extra an they won't refund any money...
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. I have been on the phone with them for 2 weeks now. Every time I call its "wait 24 more hours... 48 more hours... 24 more hours... 3-4 days..." there is a technical glitch. Today was 3-4 days. The flights I booked are for next Tuesday. When I asked the lady to please explain the "glitch" she said she didn't know because she isn't on that "end of it". Really? Any other company would be trying to fix this and would know what the glitch is. STAY AWAY! Book with a known provider or directly with the airline.
I have been calling Customer Service for three weeks, always ending up in voice mail. I leave a message and no one ever calls me back. Frustrating - and a totally unacceptable experience.
I asked to add a third traveler to my current booking. They said "no problem" 1st rebook all three passengers then cancel previous booking. NOT! The airlines don't refund to 3rd party bookers. Furthermore, they did not keep me posted of changes the airline made to flights. Suddenly our return flights were changed to an overnite stay! Then they don't talk to you! SCAM, SCAM Cant give them NO stars either!
I wish I had read these reviews before I booked with this company. I was looking for a reasonable priced flight within a short time to visit a dying friend. When I found this price and date it looked good. I didn't realize that it was in US dollars. The worst part was that they didn't issue my e-ticket as promised. It took 2 days, several phone calls and e-mails to get my e-ticket just 48 hours before my flight. Fortunately once I got it and everything worked out. I would never book with this organization again.
I had typed in Frontier, and thought I was booking with them. I found the flight, chose it and booked. It wasn't until I was done that I saw I was booked with United through my flight search, and my dates had even changed. I received an email saying please give them time and be patient an e ticket would follow-it never did. I emailed and called several times. They did answer both saying please be patient they were working on it. I was informed the "team" that books the flights was off for the weekend and their system had crashed. I noted it had not crashed before they withdrew the money for the ticket, but they had no time to issue me a ticket before they left. On my second call to them I was told I would have the e ticket by Monday at 7:30 am their time. It is 9:03 am their time on Monday and no ticket and when I call I am told to leave my name and # and they will get back to me-have called multiple times with same results. I feel like they took over my booking, scammed me, and left me with nothing! Run from these people as fast as you can-you can't even go on line with an airline without scammers taking over.
This company stole $1235. 58 dollars from checking account and as of today I have not received my e tickets. I called Frontier which is the airline I purchased flight tickets for and a Frontier representative informed me that there was NO evidence showing that I had purchased a ticket on my departure date. I called this company hundreds of time and their representatives continues to lie about refunding my money back into my checking account and issuing me an e ticket. I find it appalling that elite airlines are not concerned that Myflightsearch.com are selling airline tickets represent dates/times/flight numbers and selling airline tickets which represents the company's name.

Book my flight 2 months ago. Never received a ticket confirmation. Called the day before my flight to find out what was going on, they said that video leg of my flight had been discontinued by the airline. Which was a blatant lies and my wife was on that very same flight. They put me on a standby flight the next day and I'm lucky I even made it home
I booked a flight for 383 for 2 to Florida
They charged me 2383 I not only got over charged but never received my tickets. Luckily I was able to get 2 more with another company and will file a claim with my bank. They keep promising my money back but 2 weeks later nothing. This act could have made life hell for some people.
They never issue tickets with the airlines, the are taken money from your credit card I book the ticket 19 days before my plans to travel, so what happened? At the day tha I had to fly, I went to
Airport to and I was trying to get my boarding pass, the airline couldn't fine my ticket, they never issued the plane ticket
I couldn't fly, they ruined my trip plans.

My flight search charged my bank account 1300 dollars for a 190 dollar ticket. Had to file a complaint with the fraud department at my bank. Waited 5 days without a confirmation of an eticket. Do not use my flight search they are frauds that won't even answer their phone line.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They took $200 from my account and sent me a confirmation e-mail for my flight, but the airline has no record of my booking. When I called myflightsearch.com to notify them of the issue, they put me on hold and hung up on me and THEY ARE NOW DODGING MY CALLS.
Scammed my daughter on her airline ticket purchase. Do not use this service. The money for her purchase was immediately taken from her account, several days later no confirmation was received. Each time we've called has been a run around of empty promises. It's a scam!
I was charged twice for a one flight. They did a credit for a portion of the second charge. This has been since Sept of 2019. I now that I will never see the rest of my money. They will steal from you.
Horrible organization sent booking confirmation using term "congradulations" your booking has been confirmed... wait no it isn't. Got called next date with rate change. Long story short. Phone tag for 2 days only to find my fare was up by an additional 150%. Do not use these tickets.
They failed to reserve the ticket I paid them to get, now they won't give me my money back. I've emailed and called them for over 3 months. Poor excuse for a company, these people are criminals. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You're welcome
Terrible, terrible. Staff are very rude and lying. It is a scam. Never ever use this company. I was crammed for about $1,200. Called them a few times but they were lying and telling me things do not make sense at all. Horrible experience.
For those who have not received their refunds! There is hope! I received mine after waiting six weeks!
Charged my credit card sent confirmation # got to airport had no flight. Issue with confirmation on return flight which I was never emailed about. When I contacted them they would do nothing about it but apparently refund my money in 3 days! Now I at airport with no flights available until way later... poor customer services
January 16... I scheduled flights for my family under the understanding that I could cancel the flights within four hours without a fee. I called to cancel within three hours, and was told to expect to my refund in one to two months!. I reviewed every single word about every single rule on their site and saw nothing about having to wait up to two months for a refund! So, there is a fee... I'm paying interest on my card! So I called four times today and I got a voicemail saying, "Leave your name and number and we'll get back to you!" Seriously? OMG. Thank goodness for Social Media, Babay! Oh Yeah!
