I booked twice! The airlines once confirmed it but it was cancelled. The second time was never confirmed but they asked a cleared photocopy of the credit card use abd a valid ID. They never reply afterwards! They will get you personal identity for fraudalent acts! I called ASAP to my credit card hotline to monitor my card to avoid SCAM!
I can't thank myflightsearch enough for being so helpful. I had misspelled my name while making a booking and called them for correction. I was quick to realize the error and called myflightsearch within 30 minutes from completing the booking. The representative was very courteous and helped me without charging any additional fee.
I always make my travel plans at the last minute. Often they depend on the kind of deals I receive on hotels and flights. I called myflightsearch after receiving a last minute flight deal in my box. The deal was real. I am soon going to be in St Louise.
I booked my ticket to Calgary on Feb. 21/2020. But I got an email on Feb. 22/2020 saying "Please be advised that we are unable to issue Tickets for your recent reservations under booking number *******, the billing details provided are not matching with your bank records" yet you take out $1406. 52. I contacted you the same day but I still did not get the money yet today is March 20/2020.
As per your policy I contacted you within 24 hours so I should be getting full money back. The flight cancellation is from your end so I don't think I should even be calling you again and again to get my money back.
When I first talked to someone he said "wait 5 days as it needs to proceed" no money were deposit back to my visa account. Second, I talk to Alex Josh work ID No. ******* on March 2 he told me to wait for 2 days and the money will be deposit to my account. I waited, on the third day I called again as the money is not deposit, when I looked for Alex the person I talked to said he already left so, I talked to Vincent Cruze Work No. 5102 on March 5,2020 he said the same thing to waited for 5 days. I waited patiently, but no money was deposited to my account so I called again and this time I talked to the manager name Calvin Mash Work No. 9291 on March 11/2020 he said "he just deposit the money" and gave me fake reference no. And the money will be there within 1 business day WHICH I STILL DON'T GET IT YET. This is call scam. When you see this comments the stuff of my flightsearch keep in mind the money you get to feed your family is not clean money.
I booked my ticket because I want to take my children to plane which you spoil my children's dream. I work hard, sweat, and leave my children to care center so I can take them to air plane but look what you done to other's life. I will never forgive you.

This "company" is a scam! Do not use them! Please visit BBB (better business bureau) so they don't steal your money like they did to us! I found this company through my employer's travel discounts. I did not review the company prior to booking based on trusting my employer. BIG MISTAKE! On Saturday, I booked two round trip tickets for $770, received an email right away stating confirmation of booking, but pending processing of payment will I then receive my etickets via another email. Come Monday myflightsearch took the $ out of my account, however no tickets or email. I contacted via email Monday night then called them Tuesday morning and spoke with a foreign man who first had trouble finding my account when I provided my booking # and email, then put me on hold and said there was an issue with my payment so my tickets are no longer available at that cost. He then said he can refund me the $770 and charge me the cheapest ticket found of $500 a person round trip. What!?! He was rude, argumentative, and extremely pushy with me. Then since I didn't agree he said the cheapest he found is $480 a person. I was shocked and did not agree! This whole time I knew there were cheaper tickets available from other websites/airlines than the original $770! Myflightsearch LIES! Based on reviews, I feared the company would keep taking $ out of my account without my approval. I cancelled my credit card and filed a dispute with my bank. This company is NOT LEGIT! When people pay for something we expect to get the service we payed for! I did noticed originally the payment went through on my account as Airlines Report XD RSSWQD Las Vegas, NV then was switch Pay Agent after I spoke with the foreign man at myflightsearch. Thought it was strange the companies name changedon the payment they processed. I WAS SCAMMED and feel stupid for it.

This company Is a scam, I don't even think its in the United States. They are g ruining my trip by taking my money and not booking my flight. I am going to get them closed down. This trip meant the world to me. I am furious right now.
The flight was listed as 296.69 USD and my card was charged 2,296.69 USD. We asked for a cancellation and refund and we are still waiting for the refund after two weeks.
Complete scam
Purchased ticket through MyFlightSearch and over a week went by without a ticket being issued. Confirmation stated once credit information processed ticket would be issued. My credit card was immediately charged but a ticket was never issued. I cancelled my booking and received email confirmation. I have checked back twice but still no credit to my account. It has been over five weeks.
This site "myflightsearch" is a total SCAM, just booked 2 tickets never got a email nothing saying flights had been booked. Called united airlines to check on booking. They have never heard of this company. So a thousand dollars gone, and it's nothing that can be done.
On 13Feb, I booked a flight with my flight. MyFlight confirmed my booking by email and immediately withdrew payment from my credit card ($2332. 50us) for a flight that was worth $332.50us.
2 days later I received an email from MyFlight advising that my ticket had been cancelled, no explanation as to why, or what was happening to my payment. I immediately phoned MyFlight for an explanation. When I finally got through to a Customer Service representative, and a number of attempts to get trough, the MyFlight representative said my ticket failed due to a glitch in their computer system with international credits. They also said that a number of customers were experiencing simlar problems if using international credit cards. They further said not to worry, that I would receive a refund within 14 days. However, on speaking with another MyFlight person, I was told that the refund would be in my account by Monday (3 days away). To date (27Feb) I have not received my refund.
As readers will appreciate, I contacted my bank after discovering that MyFlight had charged my credit dard $2332. 50us instead of $332.50us. My Bank's Card Services person agreed that MyFlight appear to be conducting a fraud for those customers using non US credit cards, and are investigating the situation.
Best advice: DO NOT USE MYFLIGHT - THEY ARE JUST SCAMMERS AND FRUAUDSTERS!
