I don't know where to start... we called the airline to canceled our fight due to the coronavirus... unfortunately they told us our tickets where already canceled... but we didn't get no e-mail or no call for this transaction... but they did take my husband money out... on feb. 25 when we purchase our tickets. We have left Several Messages on there so -called 24/7 hotline which is *******555... no answer... we called on March 13 2020... we need answers... we need help on reporting this issue... if anyone can help we appreciate it... we just want our refund back... and tell others not to use these company... my husband been getting e-mail on discount on fights with this company... and this is our first time. We thou it was a good company... no good..

We need our money back... we called that 24/7 line with no one there to answer our call. We called to canceled our fight due to the coronavirus... find out that our tickets were canceled already without our knowledge... we want a refund in full. We didn't even received an e- mail or a call... what is going on? I still can't get no answer...

How do we report them? Help... my husband and I got find out we got Scammed from this company... we were going to canceled out fight due to the coronavirus... and we call the airline they said our tickets have been canceled with out our knowledge... we did not Receive no e-mail or calls but our money was taken out! No one is Answering the so called 24/7 number line... please help this is so wrong in many ways! Our # ******* if anyone can help thank you... and the reviews had been a year ago why are they still in business!
