I don't know where to start... we called the airline to canceled our fight due to the coronavirus... unfortunately they told us our tickets where already canceled... but we didn't get no e-mail or no call for this transaction... but they did take my husband money out... on feb. 25 when we purchase our tickets. We have left Several Messages on there so -called 24/7 hotline which is *******555... no answer... we called on March 13 2020... we need answers... we need help on reporting this issue... if anyone can help we appreciate it... we just want our refund back... and tell others not to use these company... my husband been getting e-mail on discount on fights with this company... and this is our first time. We thou it was a good company... no good..
