If I could give this company zero stars I would! This company charged my bank account for thousands of dollars, for a flight that they said was reserved but then they gave our seats away. So we tried to buy tickets again and they literally charges an extra 2,000 dollars, when asked why the representative "couldn't tell me". They said I would be reimbursed in 7-10 days and it is now business day 11. I can't get customer service to answer the phone and their not calling me back! My account should never have been charged because NO flight tickets were EVER issued for either flight! This is a fraudulent company that will steal your money, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
I bough some tickets for Peru for 320$ I got a email saying to send a picture ID and a picture of credit card. After I send them the pictures ( in a couple of hours) I got charged the money on my card so I figured everything was ok. A week later I got a letter from them saying my flight was cancelled because I never send them the id supposedly. So pretty much because they forgot to check their emails my flight was cancelled. Oh and they haven't returned my money yet they said they can't help me... wth

So I called the airline company only to know that they didn't even book the flights... now I am working with my bank for them to refund my money of $399.90. Don't be scam... don't use this site.
I thought during the corona virus pandemic companies would do the right thing and best service the customer by providing refunds and credits in full regardless of policies in place, however that's not the case I just experienced. The coronavirus is going around and I cannot get a full credit on my credit card for an upcoming flight I cancelled. I'm so disappointed in this company, I don't even know what else to say!
My flight was cancelled by American Airlines due to weather (back in January). I've been trying to get my refund since January 12,2020. The first time I called, the representative argued with me and said it wasn't canceled and tried to tell me that I did in fact make it to my destination. The second time I called, the rep tried to tell me that I never called, after being put on hold for a good while, she finally said she saw where I called in. I have called numberous times and still no refund. The last time I was able to talk to a rep, I was told that my refund was on its way... a month later, still no refund. American Airlines sent the refund back to MyFlightSearch on January 18th, it is now March 25.
Last December 12,2019were book a flight and few seconds were cancelled when I recieved credit card they twice the charge me. Until now were waiting for the refund. The agents always on process.its time reporting in business bureau.

Booked flights with this company. They then asked by email for image of driving licence and credit card, front and back. I was not comfortable with giving them this! Emailed them to cancel transaction. Tried to phone - no answer. They went ahead and charged me, then days later claimed they had cancelled transaction and refunded me which they had not. They changed the name on the transaction to "hide" it on my bank statement. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
I called myflightsearch to book return flights to Orlando from Charlotte. I was a trip my kids were waiting for months. The rep I spoke to book a hotel which was near the Disney world. I compared the separate costs of the flights and hotel with the bundle deal I was being offered and found the bundle deal cheaper and booked.
No answer to email. 45 minutes waiting time on the phone. Frequent interruptions then interruption of the call after one hour. They intercept the reservation with the airline and take the money. Refuse to reimburse despite cancellation of the flights because of the pandemic.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
