I canceled my flight during the corona pandemic and stay at home executive order from our governor. After providing a cancelation number to me they never credited my credit card. After promising an email confirming my cancelation they failed to send one. Each time I called for explanations I was hung up on. I phoned 3 or 4 times before finally filing a fraudulent claim with my credit card company. NEVER and I mean NEVER under any circumstances deal with MYflightSearch! They should be closed down immediately... Jim Z
I purchased my round trip ticket to Hawaii on March 26th 2020 and when I received my credit card statement on April 14th, it shows I was billed twice. I tried calling the company 3 times on the 15th and on the 3rd call I finally got someone and they said to send an email to their *******@myflightsearch.com to request a refund/credit back to my account and will be done quickly, but as of today, no credit or refund. Then I tried calling again, on April 16th three times and waited about 1 hour each time and would get disconnected. I started getting suspicious, so I checked online about the legitimacy of the company. It turned out that there's a lot of customers getting the same treatment as myself. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I called my credit card company today to investigate, so I can get my money back! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE FBI AND SHUT DOWN! LETS FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM ASAP!
We purchased a ticket through the website and the flight was cancelled by the airline. We've attempted to call multiple times to inquire about the refund and no one ever answers. We've also sent an email. The Airline told us that myflightsearch was refunded our fare by the airline, but we need to get the refund from myflightsearch.
I will book tickets directly through the airline in the future.
My flight for Toronto to Moncton earlier is already cancelled and I tried calling them and they didn't answer, I want my money back! You guys are SCAMMERS you stole peoples money. When I get to contact them just now, and I told them my problem they just hanged up. You ruin my plans, and the people that drove and pick me up to the airport! You guys are $#*!S! Never ever book in here they are SCAMMERS and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE as well!
DO NOT BUCK WITH THEM! They take your money and void your ticket days later. They will not call or send you an email about it. I tried calling the customer service number but they never answered. Luckily, I called my bank and disputed the transaction.
This company is a scam! It has been 2 months and I still have not yet received my refund as promised. Each time I call they advise me to wait ' 10-15' business days and still nothing has shown up on my credit card. BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT! I will be taking legal action if this issue is not resolved by flightsearch!
I booked a flight with this reseller on April 4 2020 for WestJet airlines, for some reason they voided the ticket without notifying me. Had I not called WestJet direct to check on this booking a week later my wife would of been stranded at the airport the day of her flight. When I called myflightsearch agent they gave me zero satisfaction, lied and refused refund for their error. This company has been the worst experience I have ever had with on line travel. I have never before taken the time to write a review but felt others need to be warned. I am forced to take this up with credit card company now

I booked an all-inclusive deal with myflightsearch for New York City. Due to the coronavirus situation, my flight has been canceled and the reservation for my hotel room too was canceled. Myflightsearch offered full credit my booking amount.
Oh yeah this site is a total scam, don't waste your time trying to get them to return your money. Spoiler alert: they won't. Just call your bank now to file a fraud claim and change your card as fast as you can before they steal more from you.
I am not able to travel to Miami due to the coronavirus. I emailed them once for canceling my flight. They send a link to cancel the reservation the same day. I also received my credit. I am impressed by the quick service myflightsearch provides.
My flight was from Chicago was canceled and I contacted myflightsearch to book another for the same day. Ryan helped me. He was very generous and also processed full credit for the previous flight.
Complete Scam
Complete Scam, Over 80% of the good reviews are FAKE. They we're written by current managers at myflightsearch.com. In Feb 2020 I got an email stating they couldn't book my tickets because billing didn't match. I told them to cancel. They replied and said order is canceled and nothing would be charged. The next morning my card was charged. I Guess my card was Not good enough to book my ticket but was Good enough to CHARGE.
I called them and told the rep what happened. He said it was already reversed. Please allow 10-14 days. I then said it takes seconds to take my money but 14 days to get it back. He than hung up. Now they won't return my calls or my emails. The worst part is that they can now hide behind this Coronavirus. I still haven't received my 1700. 00 refund. This isn't chump change. GIVE ME MY $$$$$$$, I am no longer working. Company n employees are scamers there all in it together. The Attorney General should take them all down from the CEO to the care department for knowing, working and conspiring in the Biggest Internet Travel Agency scam. With the help of other readers on here. Let's work together. Let's get a class action suit going.
I booked a flight from Atlanta to Hawaii for mid April. Due to covid 19 situation, I had to postpone my vacation plans. I called myflightsearch customer service and a very courteous lady rebooked a flight for me for the end of June.

Myflightsearch is scamming customers by charging credit cards thousands more than the price of a ticket. We booked a flight for $337.62 but Myflightsearch charged us $3,377.62 We demanded a refund immediatelt snd recieved an email saying we would be reimbursed. But no refund has appeared and it's been more than a month. Each time we call to request a status of the refund the representatives hang up on us.
