Myflightsearch is offering excellent customer service at the time of the global health emergency. I contacted them via email to cancel my trip to Cancun that I had booked in the first week of January. They replied to me the same day and sent me an online form to request a cancellation and promised a full refund.

Mom passed away... got the flight reservation (very reasonable) to go to funeral had to cancel due to corona virus... canceled for free... TAKES 20 TO 40 DAYS TO RECEIVE REFUND! TRIED TO TALK ME INTO A CREDIT FOR A FUTURE FLIGHT! Are you kidding me? Why 20 to 40 days I asked... your system charged me today, l should not have to wait that long!
I had been planning to arrange a trip to Istanbul for my parents as a wedding anniversary gift. Fortunately, one of my friends refer me to myflightsearch. To my surprise there were so many budget-friendly options available at their site and when I called the customer service, I was not only given some additional senior citizen flight discount but also got the whole itinerary customized as per my budget. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic i tried to cancel this trip but I realized they never sent me an eticket.
I booked my flight on Feb. 28th. No confirmation from airline, just email from MyFlightSearch.com.
Today when I finally got someone to answer the call, "Jack" I asked him to give me a confirmation on my flight upcoming in May 10th. He said he would email it an hour or so. Then, he said " Have a good day." That's it. I am disputing the charge with my bank!
I booked a trip and then they change my depart time, so i was canceled that booking within 24hours. But after few days, they charge my 1749. 10$. The fist time i calling for them, everything were great, they said they will send refund check back, cause somehow they cant not refund directly to my bank account and i was waiting for 2 weeks. But the check havent comes to my mailbox until now! The second time i contacted with them, they said they have some problem with system so the check still there, and they would tried send it one more time. But the check has been stilled there until now! Any many times after that, they made hangout, made me wait on waiting line for an hour, they tried didnt understand my accent. I think im lost all my money for now!

Recently I had to get a flight cancellation done due to a last-minute change in the travel plan. I was wondering how to go about it but thanks to Mark, he understood my concern and helped me in rescheduling my travel itinerary. Not only this, he went ahead and shared some very cool tips on my future travel as well. I would highly recommend them.
They canceled my plane tickets and I keep calling back for a refund and they continue to hang up on me! SCAMMERS DO NOT USE! I am now out $425 for plane tickets I will never see! AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST!
I booked airfare thru them on March 4th 2020, I canceled on March 6th. I was told that they would refund my money in 1 to 2 billing cycles.It is now April 17th and still nothing. I called one week and was told I should have my money the 1st week of April (nothing). I called today and someone told me I have to wait another 25 days to be refunded. I don't know what type a company this is but it just don't make no sense that I still have not been refunded my money.Im going to report them to the bbb.
Not sure if this will reach anyone of importance but you have one pretty upset Customer right now! The service I received has been less than desirable from a Travel Company! After booking a round ticket on April 4,2020 and making the Payment using my Credit/Debit Card, I'm excited about my travel plans. Only to get to the Airport, after driving more than an hour, to be told by the Delta Counter Agent that my ticket had been Voided! Here it is 5am and my Flight is scheduled to depart at 6am. Called the "24/hr" Customer Service number on the booking ticket that was emailed to me to be placed on hold for at least 30min. When the Agent came on I informed him of the issue! He asked that I hold and after another 10min he came back on the line only to repeat the Confirmation that was emailed to me! Well that ticket was avoided according to the counter agent and they/we instructed the Customer Service rep with MYFLIGHTsearch that a New ticket would have to be reissued. He was unable to do that and opted to have someone call me in 2-3hrs! Long story short, a refund was issued and due to be refunded in 7-10 days. Meanwhile, I'm stuck and what would have cost me $197 has now turned in to over $500 for this trip! Needless to say I want be arriving as planned but rather later in the evening! Totally Disappointed and every Social Media sight I can think of will here of this Bull! Meanwhile, after 3hrs I'm still waiting on a call from this less than professional, non communicating, no compassion of a Travel Company! Mr. Smith/US COMBAT VETERAN! Got my PTSD and Headaches in a friggin Wad!
