I purchased my ticket for a trip I was planning on taking, and everything was fine. Then, COVID-19 hit. I had to cancel my flight. I was told I would receive a credit towards another flight. That was perfectly fine. Well, when I went to claim my credit towards a new flight, that was actually cheaper than the one I originally paid for, I was told by the customer service representative that I would be OWING them money! When I went to dispute this, and explain to him that in fact, I should have a credit balance of $75.00 remaining, he stopped talking on the other end of the phone! I finally hung-up because he wasn't responding. Needless to say, I have written the Customer Service Department a letter, explaining the situation in great detail and to see if I can get my money back. Mind you, I'm giving you the Readers Digest version of this story, but I'm not happy!
I booked with this company and I was really nervous that I got scammed. I booked back in December for an April flight so I had plenty of time to get my e-ticket and confirm with the airline. Everything was perfect and we were ready to go. Unfortunately with the Coronavirus we were unable to go on our trip so the airline they went through gave us miles we can use for a future trip. It's not their fault the pandemic hit but as long as I got my miles I'm happy. I'm not sure what would have happened if I got reimbursed from the airlines since we didn't pay them directly.
We tried to make flight reservations in February for a March 17 flight. I received an email saying that there was a problem with our booking, but "don't worry. Your credit card has not been charged." We never received any confirmation email, but our credit card WAS charged almost $700. When we called them about it, they said it was no problem, they would refund our money by March 12. They didn't. Then it was supposed to be refunded by today. Still no refund. Why did it take less than one day to charge my card for tickets that were never reserved and yet it's taking 3 months to give me my money back?

WHEN YOU CALLTHE AIRLINE THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE ORINFORMATION OF YOUR FLIGHT BEING EVER BOOKED. ITS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RIPOFFS. PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. ONTHIS REVIEW ITWANTED ME TO RATE THEM. UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO DO THE STARS BUT TO ME THEY GET NO STARS FROM ME... AWFUL SERVICE!
