I booked with this company and I was really nervous that I got scammed. I booked back in December for an April flight so I had plenty of time to get my e-ticket and confirm with the airline. Everything was perfect and we were ready to go. Unfortunately with the Coronavirus we were unable to go on our trip so the airline they went through gave us miles we can use for a future trip. It's not their fault the pandemic hit but as long as I got my miles I'm happy. I'm not sure what would have happened if I got reimbursed from the airlines since we didn't pay them directly.
