Terrible, terrible. Staff are very rude and lying. It is a scam. Never ever use this company. I was crammed for about $1,200. Called them a few times but they were lying and telling me things do not make sense at all. Horrible experience.

Do not use this service! I attempted to book a flight with them. They charged my card, could not secure the flight, then told me I would I would need to pay them an additional $400 for the flight. When I declined and said I wanted my money back they agreed but informed me that it would take up to 28 days for the charge to show up on my card. It has now been over five weeks and I still have not been reimbursed. I have tried calling to inquire what the status of my refund is and been hung up on 4 times. As I write this I am on hold but I don't actually think they have any intention of returning to the call. I think they've put me on hold to get rid of me because I complained about being hung up on. This is a bogus service that actively scams and steals from people. Do not let them take your money!
My flight to Cancun was cancelled because the government had banned international travel. Myflightsearch refunded my money back in my card in one billing cycle. Very helpful customer service staff. I will book with you guys again.
I've been hung up on twice today and both times they assured me that they had my call back number in case we got disconnected... very unprofessional... go directly with the airline and save yourself the hassle
This company charges you hidden costs and then later informs you that they are a travel agency. The initial contact was extremely confusing and asked me to agree with wrong records without correcting all information first. They wanted signatures of incorrect, non matching information. Over 40 minutes for them to change their mistakes on contract. When calling in to question costs, the agent was condescending in response to my questions.
Booked 6 months ago and the flight times changed which didn't work for us so they said we would be refunded. Still waiting for my money. Every time I call they say it will be there in two weeks!
Asked again to speak to a supervisor and was told there was not one available!
I said it was BS and asked where they were located. He told me Las Vegas. Whatever

I see many similar situations described in the reviews to what I have continued to experience. I've been waiting for my refund since December 2021. I was promised "a cheque will be in the mail" when I finally spoke with someone on Dec. 5,2022 who seemed to be taking action. As of Feb. 20,2023 still no cheque. This company should not be allowed to operate. Report to Better Business Bureau. Have customers' funds for months/years. Shady operation. Do Not Use. ZERO Stars.
Recently while browsing the internet I came across an amazingly cheap flight offer on the myflightsearch website. I could not believe it initially and called up the customer care team to double-check. I am happy to share that I have booked a return ticket for San Diego from Charlotte at a much cheaper price than expected. Thank you myflightsearch.

Myflightsearch is one of the best sites for flight bookings as per my recent experience. I was desperately trying to book a ticket to Charlotte to visit my family at short notice. I found the site very fast and user-friendly and they have some great on-page features suggesting cheaper days to fly in a week, which makes things easier to decide. I would highly recommend them.
I never believed in last-minute deals until I got a one, that too when I needed it the most. I had to visit my home at short notice due to some emergency. This "company" is really just a bunch of scammers trying to steal your money. My wife got their information for an add when searching for flights. She thought she was talking to United Airline, not a bunch of scammers posing as a travel agency. Gave them our credit card number and they did not book our flights o make reservations. Charged us anyway. Having to dispute chargers with credit card company. They are the worst. Do not use no matter what!
Trying to make airline reservations on line and must have hit the wrong key because we thought we were talking to SouthWest. These people never identified themselves as an agent and would have service fee. We should have know it was a scam when we kept asking for a breakdown and the guy just double talked us. Email never showed the service charge either. This guy was really trained to side step the truth without it being a lie. Been going back and forth with them... getting know where... keep going on the site and writing bad reviews and will continue until we get satisfaction
Company quoted a price for the airline ticket. I waited for the E Ticket, it didn't arrive in the email. Finally after many calls and disconnections, a couple of days before I was to depart, they told me it would be $600 more in US funds. Later, they sent me letters stating I would get a full refund by specific date. So far, I haven't received the refund. Meanwhile I am paying interest on my credit card. They are scammers and I don't know how they stay in business. Probably because people like me pay the money and don't get the service. The Better Business Bureau should go after them. No Stars from me.
Called from UK for family coming to visit from USA. Could not find number that connected to call centre on website, found it on SiteJabber.com. When did connect to customer service adviser named Jason, very understanding and good security checks before releasing sensitive/personal information. Got needed information. Happy customer.
I do not recommend using my flight search unless you wanna book a flight then have them to change the dates and blame you for it. This happened to me and my husband. I booked his flight for august 27 2017 and they changed the date to august 30. In turn ended up costing $600 to get him home and another $500 to get him back to his job a week later. Called many times, rude customer service that just wants to hang up on you when they have no explanation for their mess ups. Not to mention taking 4 days of run around just to be told it's not their fault and they no intention of refunding any money or taking any steps to try and make right. Booked many flights with them previously as he travels twice a month. Will never book with this sorry for an exude company again.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
