If I could give a negative rating for this site I would. They ripped my son off and stranded him at LAX. They forced him to buy another more expensive ticket and told him they would refund his original ticket price. Well it's been 4 months now and numerous phone calls and emails he has seen no refund. Now when he calls and sits on hold for up to two hours. He'll start to explain his situation they will immediately hang up on him. He's given up on getting his money back. If I had the resources I'd sue them and harass them until they went out of business. I hope those who read this flood this site with horrible reviews!

I booked with them last September, they could not confirm the ticket and I had to cancel in Oct. Ever since I emailed and called many times, still haven't got my refund yet! My situation is a bit complicated: the credit card I used to book was not in use anymore - got scammed and changed the card number. So I asked them to mail me the refund cheque, but every time I called, I was told to wait 1-2 billing cycles! So I've been waiting for over 3 months and have no idea how long I need to wait! Be very careful to book with them! The customer service is almost friendly, but just can't solve my problem apparently.
This company is the worst. They take your money and run. I booked a flight through them, and showed up at the airport for my flight. They then inform me that my reservation was cancelled. No email letting me know or anything. They said they would then refund my money, which they have not. I've had to dispute the transaction with them, because every time I called customer service, they would "transfer me" but then end the call hoping I would go away. They do this anytime they get a call from a customer who isn't satisfied. Total scam. Never use. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I cannot believe they are still in operation. Hope they get what's coming to them.
I booked a flight with this reseller on April 4 2020 for WestJet airlines, for some reason they voided the ticket without notifying me. Had I not called WestJet direct to check on this booking a week later my wife would of been stranded at the airport the day of her flight. When I called myflightsearch agent they gave me zero satisfaction, lied and refused refund for their error. This company has been the worst experience I have ever had with on line travel. I have never before taken the time to write a review but felt others need to be warned. I am forced to take this up with credit card company now
Myflightsearch is one of the most genuine travel sites, as I had booked flights through them twice in the past 1 year. And every time I enjoyed some unbelievable discount on my flight tickets. I would highly recommend them.
Do not use these people. I booked a fight round trip, now when I look at the information they sent me the return flight lists June 26, supposed to be June 22. My sister had a screen shot of exactly that. When I called an pointed out the mistake they told me it would be 100. Each (3) of us to change it... I went and paid that, then looked at the reviews here. If you read them you will find they apparently screw up the dates regularly, in my case I am guessing a program that goes a week. Anyway I called back to cancel and they keep telling me to cb in 3 hours their system is slow. I called my mastercard company to dispute the charges, the 300.00 from this morning is still pending... it's crazy. The email they sent me does not even have the airline listed. I am tearing my hair out
I cancelled my reservation for 317.57 and was refunded. A few weeks later I got a charge on my credit card for $3317. 57. They said they made a mistake and would refund that immediately. Not, it has been over three weeks now. After calling, they said sorry, it would be another week. A friend of mine did not cancel like I did and stayed with them. When he went to print his boarding pass at the airport, the name on the confirmation was different, causing him a long delay at the ticket counter. Be smart book with the airline directly.
They took my money, and said they would send an e ticket which they did, but it was fake, because there was no official receipt, no confirmation number, I called the airport and they had no booking for me at all. Please do yourself a favour and use only trusted sites, and do your research before you purchase anything online or on the phone.
This company is fraudulent! They will take your money and not produce tickets. They claim you can cancel within 24 hours if they can't issue an e-ticket but they don't answer their phones or answer your e-mails. What a terrible experience; they are not a legitimate company. I tried for 4 days to reach them with no success.
They charged us a $2400 service fee without permission on top of the fights. Visa is not very helpful trying to get this back. DO NOT Use this company. Lying rip off they say that they are in Vargas but really in India
Representatives were rude and uninformed. They didn't know that Porter airlines fly to Dulles airport until I insisted. Then they said Washington D. C. is a state. When corrected, they had attitude and hung up. Difficult to talk to stupid customer service reps.
This site "myflightsearch" is a total SCAM, just booked 2 tickets never got a email nothing saying flights had been booked. Called united airlines to check on booking. They have never heard of this company. So a thousand dollars gone, and it's nothing that can be done.
We tried to make flight reservations in February for a March 17 flight. I received an email saying that there was a problem with our booking, but "don't worry. Your credit card has not been charged." We never received any confirmation email, but our credit card WAS charged almost $700. When we called them about it, they said it was no problem, they would refund our money by March 12. They didn't. Then it was supposed to be refunded by today. Still no refund. Why did it take less than one day to charge my card for tickets that were never reserved and yet it's taking 3 months to give me my money back?
Charged my credit card sent confirmation # got to airport had no flight. Issue with confirmation on return flight which I was never emailed about. When I contacted them they would do nothing about it but apparently refund my money in 3 days! Now I at airport with no flights available until way later... poor customer services
This is the worse service and I use many web based travel services.
My flight information was in error and could have caused customs problems for me. I never received a confirmation email only a booking confirmation a d was unable to check in on line. Five calls to their customer service e were never called back. Once you are booked you will have problems with service including language difficulties. Use established devices or you will be sorry

I am reading these reviews and wish I would have seen them before I booked with this company! If anyone is interested in filing a class action law suit against them please respond back to this review. I have filed a police report and talked to my bank for fraud. It is disgusting that this company thinks they can take away hard earned money from people!
I am experiencing the same thing everyone else is with regards to a refund. This incompetent fraud business took 347$ from me and continues to tell me it is being processed. They consistently tell me it is the bank delaying payment when it is their fault I am in this position to begin with. I purchased a ticket to fly my son out from FL and when he arrived he was told they cancelled the seat the night before and I had to pay additional costs to purchase another flight all while fighting with these incompetent morons for my money back. I strongly urge anyone that is considering this business to move along and DO NOT USE! I will definitely blast on FB and any other social media to ensure this scam is dissolved. I will be speaking with an attorney to determine what can be done at this point. I am 4 months in of being promised a refund. I no longer care about the money but will not stop until this company is gone
Lucas was the most helpful "on line" customer service rep I have ever dealt with. He spent whatever time in needed to feel comfortable as I navigated thru my vacation details... I hope to have Lucas be my own personal travel agent going forward.

They charged me an extra fee on my booking and when I disputed they emailed me that there will be a refund. Never happened even after 2 months.

I'm really content with the movement bolster group of myflightsearch. I needed to travel to New York inside four days as there was a family crisis. I addressed john and disclosed to him my circumstance. He was exceptionally obliging and got me a trip at a less expensive rate than I had anticipated.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
