SCAM ALERT!
I have cancelled my flight two months back, when i asked for a refund, they told me that you're going to get it in 28 working days. Now it's been more than 45 working days, bow when i call them, they hung up the call, don't reply my mail. They're just ignoring me the way govt ignore the common man.
Company changed my travel date without my knowledge or permission which caused me to have to repurchase airline tickets the day before my flight. Gave me the run around. Involved the Better Business Bureau. Received a partial refund but still waiting on the remaining balance. Steer away from this company for your travel needs. Going on 2 months... horrible
I wish I had read these reviews before I booked with this company. I was looking for a reasonable priced flight within a short time to visit a dying friend. When I found this price and date it looked good. I didn't realize that it was in US dollars. The worst part was that they didn't issue my e-ticket as promised. It took 2 days, several phone calls and e-mails to get my e-ticket just 48 hours before my flight. Fortunately once I got it and everything worked out. I would never book with this organization again.
Last March I wrote a review for Myflightsearch.com. Complaining that it had been 2 months and no refund. Well it has now been eleven months and they still have no refund. Their agents keep telling me that my refund should arrive shortly. My complaints fall on death ears. I have asked to speak to a supervisor on numerous occasions but no one ever calls back. I have reported them to the Us department of travel. Also the BBB with no luck yet.

Brilliant customer service at myflightsearch. The agents answering the phone are so sweet and helpful. In fact the guy I spoke to today prepared my entire itinerary including hotel and flight bookings.
Not sure which route is the best for you when you are travelling to various destinations, be it the flight connections, the fare, the return packages, the airlines comforts. All these factors are taken care of by none other than my favourite travel Co. Myflightsearch. Try them and you will know it.
They still have not returned my 397 dollars from a flight booked and cancelled on the 28th of April. I was told it was a mistake on their end and I would get the money soon...I call back to follow up and get hung up on...they are not legit, and are and extremely depraved, corrupt and dishonest business. As an active duty service member who travels frequently, I'd say this is the worst of the worst...DONT DO IT...
I got a full PPE kit on the flight I booked through myflightsearch. I'm not sure about what role they have to play in this but I specifically asked the customer care representative to book me a flight which offers protective stuff. Thank You guys.
I along with my husband had been planning for a vacation trip to Alaska for long. But somehow it was not getting finalized for one or the other reasons. Luckily one of our friends referred us to myflightsearch site and I was really amazed to see their cheap flight deals to almost all the fascinating travel destinations around the globe including Alaska. I could not stop myself from grabbing the flight tickets which was too hard to resist. I am glad to share that we have come back from our dream vacation trip to Alaska. And for this, the credit goes to you guys. I would like to say thanks to myflightsearch for such an amazing offer which motivated us to execute our plan. Looking forward to many more such trips in the future with you guys.
This place charged me twice for one ticket. Also did they same with my friend. When I cancelled the ticket, they said my money should be refunded within a few days. It has been three weeks and they still haven't refunded anything. Everytime I call they lie and say it should be in my account within 24 hrs. A week later they are denying that they said that. I spoke with them again today and lied again and said it'll take another week. So that's four weeks wait period for a price of two tickets which I don't even have. These people are scammers. Also they refuse to let me speak with a manager!
Don't waste your time and money.
I had an emergency and could not fly on the due date. When I called customer service, they were very rude and unprofessional. I asked to talk to a supervisor, and it was worst. The guy was literally mocking me over the phone, wishing me good luck if I wanted to get a refund.
If I had the option, I would abstain from giving them even half a star, unfortunately, I have to pick at least one.
Recently I had to get a flight cancellation done due to a last-minute change in the travel plan. I was wondering how to go about it but thanks to Mark, he understood my concern and helped me in rescheduling my travel itinerary. Not only this, he went ahead and shared some very cool tips on my future travel as well. I would highly recommend them.
I am a frequent traveller as I need to travel a lot for business as well as personal reasons. In such a scenario the numerous cheap flight deals offered by myflightsearch is simply cool. I find the discount on flights is comparatively more tempting than the rest of the options available elsewhere. This experience has made me stick to them for all my travel needs.
Worst experience of my life, worst customer service. Do not use this site for ANYTHING. Absolute trash. No one speaks English. Everyone has an attitude. Awful. Could not find one redeemable quality about this incompetent company.

It's not worth the worry and hassle booking tickets through this site. I booked two tickets and paid on my credit card. The charge went through immediately. I have never received the tickets. I have called them several times and they keep saying they will be issued in 4 hours. It's been two weeks now and still no tickets. Working with my credit card company to get my money back.
I thought I was booking through westjet.com, turns out it was just these scammers using dynamic content to *look* like westjet.com. No answer from customer service (24/7 *******@ss), when I tried to ask whether I actually have a ticket, so I had to cancel my business meetings, and my credit card, and move my trip. Oh, and now I'm getting spam calls on my cell from India.
Victoria of myflightsearch.com handled a multi credit card transaction for me that was split between my card and a friend who helped me out with some of the money. My friend was 2000 miles away so it was time consuming for her. She remained patient. Her insistence on this review and the higher than I was expecting to pay price are why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Very pleased with customer service in regards to placing several flight reservations involving several cities and various airlines.
The company has employees that appear to be genuinely concerned about flight comfort and pricing. In particular, Agent Jake surpassed my expectations in follow-through, addressing a few issues and his professional presentation.

This site is fraudulent. They claim to sell you a ticket, take your money, then cancel the flight without refund. I've been waiting on a $500 refund since 9/2022 and still do not have it. Whether you call or email they will not let you speak with returns or another employee of higher position. Do not use this site.
Was never sent confirmation or an E ticket for a flight I booked through them. Called and called and called and was told to call the airline instead because everything looked "fine on their end." Kept telling me I'd receive an E ticket within the hour, or anywhere from 24-72 hours. Called United and was told that my ticket was cancelled because myflightsearch never confirmed with the airline. I was never even notified of a cancellation and was never refunded. Ended up buying a new ticket directly from the airline. The fraudulent jerks working in customer service can all burn. Do not use this company ever!

Answer: We have not received a single penny of the $1,376.54 USD the they stole from our credit card. Nothing but promises from them.! It's been 50 days since they took it,. And all they say is that it will take 10-15 days to process. Jeff T.
Answer: That's because they are scamming you. They might let you leave a message, but will only call you back if they think they have an opportunity to get even more money from you.
Answer: File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It will take time and be frustrating, but the BBB will get their attention.
Answer: Because they are not actually reserving your seat. The price they have given you is fictitious. Later they will say that the price has gone up, and you will be left stranded if you do not pay extra.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
