As most other reviews stated. I paid, got confirmation, then no tickets. Called for refund and hung up on me. I want these people turned in and prosecuted. This is why I filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Hopefully they will shut them down.
These people are Terrible! Their English it atrocious. They charge extra fees and have Zero customer service. If you are Canadian never use them all fees are in US prices and changing your flight will cost you more than double. Westjet had to take over this booking just so I would get some of my money back. Absolutely scandalous company. Don't risk their making your life one stressful experience. BAD!
I had been planning to arrange a trip to Istanbul for my parents as a wedding anniversary gift. Fortunately, one of my friends refer me to myflightsearch. To my surprise there were so many budget-friendly options available at their site and when I called the customer service, I was not only given some additional senior citizen flight discount but also got the whole itinerary customized as per my budget. I am really thankful for making my wish executed in such a wonderful way. Keep up the good work.
Two months ago I booked a flight that I had to cancel the same day. I received notification saying "Booking cancelled with no cancellation fee" I am yet to receive the fee paid. I have contacted customer reps and sent numerous emails. To date, not one CSR has contacted me.
If you just recently booked your flight with them and then decided to read the reviews after the fact, then we're in the same boat. I just called them and told them I need to cancel my reservation after reading these horror stories. The rep tried to lecture me about how their flights were the cheapest flights, and even tried to transfer me to someone else to book a new one. I politely declined everything but the refund. She said I would receive a cancellation email in 5-10 minutes and that my card had not yet been charged. If they try any nonsense, I will report them as fraudulent to my bank IMMEDIATELY.
Finally, after three months of waiting, numerous phone calls and emails, I finally received my refund. It only took writing to the CEO of My Flight Search to get this done.
Here's an update: after over a year of back-and-forth with MyFlightSearch, finally launching legal action against them, I received a REFUND for my botched airline ticket! It would seem this is the only language they understand. SUE THEIR BUTTS!
How stupid do they think I am? After I filed a lawsuit against them - which is making its way through the courts - they had the audacity to phone me AGAIN and promise me that a refund check was in the mail. That was a month ago, and guess what: NO CHECK! This has been going on for a full year now, and I am NOT GOING AWAY!
So, here it is. I have filed my claim against the company Flight Search Inc. and its CEO Senthil Ramaraj. After 9 months of e-mails, phone calls and empty promises of a refund for an airline ticket I finally sent a registered letter to their las Vegas head office outlining next steps. I also contacted CBC marketplace to make them aware of this scam. I urge you to do the same!

Myflightsearch customer service reps are the best that I've come across. They listen patiently and help you out in whichever way they can. I recently had a great experience with one of them while booking a flight ticket.
Myflightsearch discounted flight deals are really cool. I consider myself lucky as I'm able to get one most of time whenever I'am booking flights. I have actually saved a lot on my bookings in the recent past.

Booked a flight "accidentally" with these idiots and when my flights were cancelled by the airline, they kept telling me my refund is being "considered" by the team. I have been trying to get refunded since September 20,2021. Would give them "Zero" stars if I could. Worst business I've ever dealt with.
It would be negative stars if we could give them. They got us for $1300 plus. We booked with MyFlightSearch.com in August 2021 for flights in December 2021 and got confirmations. They "tried" to book then cancelled the tickets two days before flights, apologized, promised a refund with a bonus for our trouble. We had to pay almost double for legitimate tickets on 2-day notice at Christmas travel season. They strung us along with promises of "check is about to be issued next week" past the 60 days window when our bank could help us recover the funds and now don't answer the phone or the emails. We are elderly (late 60's) and retired, so the $1300 bucks is no small matter. When a business takes your money and keeps it without fulfilling the contract, isn't that fraud/stealing? How are they still able to do this? Aren't they breaking federal laws? Why are United and other airlines still doing business with them? I hope someone out there has some answers.
I had a bad experience with MyflightSearch and I wrote to the MN Attorney General. They replied. Thanked me, and said they would keep my info on file. If enough of us do this. Several States might get together
Scam or the likes. Booked almost three months ago and cancelled within ten minutes of booking. Like others here, get a run around or lose my call to them for a refund. If I talk to a person there I have had many "stories" about my refund and all are false. Any suggestions on how one gets their 244:00$ back? This is stealing!
I cancelled my flight reservation the same day I made it after finding a better deal elsewhere. More than 2 months later my credit card has not been credited for the ticket. Trying to contact them is very difficult. I will never use this "service" again.
Two days prior to trip was informed that dates and times were changed and I owed $1000 more. This site is crap! Please do not spend your money. Speaking from a REALLY bad experience. Never took that trip
I booked my wife and I tickets back home, incorrectly spelt her name, my flight search team said no problem we can fix it free... After 20 min on hold they picked up to inform me of an additional 120$ fee... So I said fine, cancel the flight then as they have a cancellation without fee for the 24 hrs. They then proceeded to give me an in store credit as a 'refund'. Very poor English, customer and comprehensive skills on their phone team. Will never book through these guys ever again. STAY AWAY.

Total scum, arrogant and unreliable customer service. They will take your money and hold for three months on cancelled reservation it looks criminal to me. I'm really disgusted with this company.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
