Thanks to them my entire house is on LED lights saving on my electricity bill.
For the rest the site offers great deals or cheap plastic.
They offered me a lot of alternatives on things that improve life. All non-urgent so convenient couch shopping

1. Store uses a fake Norton/Symantec security seal
2. Total lack of company and contact details

Other then that it's probably OK for cheap gadgets. For more expensive products like phones etc keep in mind that they will naturally require you to return the product to them in China - and shipping to China can be very costly.

Site promised 3-5 day shipping, but after order went through, changed it to 10-20 days. Did not receive a tracking number for several days (although it had supposedly shipped). Coned people into buying products because they thought they could be had before xmas

Farcical Delivery!

I ordered a mobile phone case on 16/04/16 & still waiting for it coming via China Post! I was led to believe 3-4 days delivery now it's 10-20 Days. No tracking & totally unacceptable.
I've demanded a full refund so I can buy elsewhere in the U. K.

Right and fast

I got the powerless audio amplifier dock for iPhone. Easy to purchase, shipped fast, delivered in good time. Product works as it should, so I'm very happy! I've spent money before on portable speakers and I always end up leaving them somewhere or I forget to charge. This one I can just toss in my backpack, it's pretty resistant, and no need to charge. Works great for me.

I ordered 2 items did not receive either in the time frame they estimated. I even paid for expedited shipping. Not only that but their website is still unable to track the packages. Don't use this company

HORRIBLE!
December 25, 2016

The absolute worse! It's been over 3 weeks, have not received my kids Christmas gifts! I have not been able to find a phone number., I put in a "ticket" and it says "resolved" although I haven't had any contact from customer service to discuss my issues or get any answers! Who knows if I will ever receive my items. Very disappointed and disgusted with this company. Would never use again! Stay away!

Spent over $30 on two dog sweaters that I ordered before Thanksgiving and they're still not here yet. I am pissed. If I don't receive them in the next few days, I WILL be taking legal action to get to the bottom of this. Absolutely ridiculous how many people this has happened to. What a joke.

Hi,
Please try to find any contact for customer service in their entire website! Not existing.
My account is not working to supposedly log a ticket with their not working system.
My order was completed and I got payment verification from the PayPal but no single email from them to verify the order status and again no way of contacting none existing customer service and still I have not received my order after a week.

I don't get password reset link while I get couple of ads a day from them so this can't be filtering issue, etc.

Not reliable, dependable specially for pricey and time sensitive orders with current setup they have today, unless it was better before or improving in future as their offerings seem good and I do like them to success to make and keep happy customers along the way.

Ordered an item and once payment had accepted I realised I'd ordered wrong spec. Immediately cancelled order before dispatch but refund was denied and the words 'system busy' shown. T's and C's state full refund issued but currently no money returned! Be very careful using this site!

Please please beware

I ordered a camera from another company last year. They went bust taking my money with them. Now I don't know how long this site has been trading but it looks and performs exactly like the other company. Just don't risk it.

Hey out there! Get a clue-- these guys have this business with no communication lines to reach them. That is not how we do business in the U.S. Not sure where miniinthebox is located but they sure could use some insight on the definition of "Basics, how to run a business" or even probably would be on the first page of "How to run a business for dummies". Number 1 is actually the customer having the ability to make contact with the business. So this is a BIG red flag. They have lost me & I gave them a review for 1 star but should be 0. There was no entry for zero. Consider u have been warned. I've taken my precious time to put you in the know ;)) hope helps

My initial review was less than favourable due to a poor response by one of their customer representatives when I complained about their poorly highlighted import duties, but I have since been contacted again by a much more helpful individual who has refunded these duties. The products themselves are quite decent and so far have lasted well, and a good range of watch straps are available.

MiniIn The Box and parent company Light In the Box are willing to take your
Money. BUT, they won't return your requests for return, even if their return directions are followed. Items sent were NOT what was ordered. It took more than 9 weeks to receive the order.
Worst company ever. DON'T waste your time or money. FYI - the picture attached was what I ordered, BUT NOT what I received!

Horrible service

I ordered ended having to pay income taxes upon delivery (wich was not made clear upon sale), ended up getting a product that did not fit the description at all and they said i could return it, but all shipping costs would have been on me.

Miniinthebox has many many items to buy at a good price. Also objects that do not try in other online sites and in a shop. Only one problem: the boxes arrive less or more after one month, too much for me.

Well, they tried hard to fix it. Customer support came through right away and offered to reship or a refund, which I accepted - and the refund arrived a few days later.
My original review: "They either don't deliver or, if at all, very, very late with poor quality products.
This amounts to online fraud, typical of many Chinese companies.
Avoid this company at all costs."

Have been waiting over 6 weeks, received nothing.
Customer service asked me 3 times to wait few more days.
Then asked if a refund is ok, i said Yes!

Now they ask me to wait again till end of april. I ordered in february!

Be warned! They steal your money

You may never receive the product you purchased. When submitting a resolution ticket, they keep extending the amount of time. At first the reply was "it can take 20-30 days." When that did not happen, I was assured it would arrive "no later than 40 days" and given an exact date. After 40 days, they are now saying, "so you still have great possibilities to receive it within 60 days."

This company appears to be a scam, and they appear to keep extending the delivery date until you either give up or forget. They will not refund your purchase price.
