Initially, I had written a very positive review but I have to unfortunately withdraw it and report that this store does not keep as promised. Following three different purchases I was contacted by them with the promise of a gift (eg torch or USB stick) in exchange for positive reviews on this site.
In the face of the positive reviews published, the gifts have not been sent and there has been no response to my various remarks.
This is an extremely incorrect behavior.

Ordered a genuine leather wallet for men, which can carry your mobile phone as well.
Received a Pink plastic women's wallet which retails probably for $4.95
They wanted to give me a $5 coupon?
Refused it.
They said they will ship the original product to me free of charge.
I'm still waiting 2 months later

Great product, my 16 year old son use this gloves everyday, but everyday!, when he's riding his bicycle, and it made with a durable material, I has been washed and dried in the machine and its in perfect condition!
Finally found ones that don't fall apart! I have 4 dogs and love these as they don't get worn or scratched like id tags do BUT the last ones I bought (elsewhere) for my 2 newest dogs never worked, they would open after a week of them running around in the yard and the bottom half would be gone. So far these are fabulous! They have had them on for almost a month or more and they are still intact! These id capsules are the greatest thing for a VERY reasonable price! Highly recommend them if you care about your dog or cat!
This company is a complete joke. I placed an order on September 22, and after the shipment being delayed once, I contacted them again to be told that one of the items is still out of stock. I understand that sometimes these things can happen, but when you charge my credit card in no time at all (less than one day of me placing the order), I expect to receive the items that I paid for over a month ago. The customer service is prompt, but poor - I'm confident the copy and paste their responses! Save your money and time, this company is a joke!

I ordered four usb chargers for my tablet... back in July... now, it's September 18@ 957 am and I am still awaiting them. When I contacted customer service instead of addressing the issue they changed the order date... really? Really. When I checked on the shipment it says... now, get this... it's coming from China... are you serious... yes I am... I'm glad I didn't pay that much for them... I guess it's like the old saying "If it's too good to be true. It usually is."
I ordered a dead pool costume and paid for expedited shipping. I never got a conformation email on my order, then when it was still in processing many days later. I looked on their website and it says there is a button to click below the total amount where I can cancel it, because you can't cancel after it ships. NO such button. Can't get in contact with anyone. Also it won't let me start a ticket. Very very upset

I ordered two wrist bands for my apple watch. The quality is excellent. The bands really are very high quality and do fit as if those were made by apple themselves. The price is priceless.
Also contacting customer support is very easy and they are very responsive. I was impressed that they answer in my own language even though they are based out of China. By the way - it is not "cheap google translate" but a real translation where they even cover complex grammar.
I can only recommend to deal with Mini in the Box. Will stay there and even try the other platforms they provide like Light in the Box.
Guys - keep up your quality and responsiveness. You will become VERY rich!

I ordered some bulk strong magnets for a project. "Tracking" of my order showed it shipped the day after I ordered. 6 weeks later, it still hasn't arrived. I've contacted the company three times and have been asked to wait a little longer. I've been told there's an issue with their delivery company. I wish I had some other recourse to get back my money, because I know I'll never see it again. At least it was only $25, however, my project still remains unfinished and now I need to spend more money to find the magnets. So disappointed, and infuriated.
For about 3 years I order regularly products from miniinthebox.com. Normally the quality is good, and the price fair.
The customer service is perfect: when I write an negative product review (on their own site), because I am not totally happy with a product I ordered, this issue is resolved in short period of time.
Some time ago I ordered a phone cover. Now I'm getting my daily spam. The unsubscribe link doesn't work. Changing the account-settings also doesn't work. Nothing helps, the mails keep coming. There are other shops on the net, who sell you the same things, at the same price. But... they won't spam its customers...
Update after 4 weeks miniinthebox.com responded to my review.
They don't spam me anymore. Must I thank the guy's of miniinthebox, or must I thank SiteJabber for posting my review?...
My son bought last week a new phone cover at miniinthebox. Now they spam again in shiploads. 5/6 times a day!

I ordered my product in November for a christmas present. I have emailed several amounts of tickets and then they keep extending the amount of time. You get emails from people who dont speak english and just copy and past the same damn things. It was 20-30 days. Then 40 days. And then 60 days. I asked for a refund and they told me that it would take up to 3 months because they need to get the product back.
This company should be black listed and never be able to sell. They take your money and never return. I suggest to everyone else to also file with your bank fraudulent charges as that is what i am now doing.

Very bad quality of the 7 plus phone cover I ordered. They said post expedited would arrive in 5-7 business days. Didn't arrive even in 3 weeks. When I sent a message they said they would give me reward for the postage and I can purchase something on their website but it should be double that price and I can use the reward. Postage was not much but no credibility of this vendor Package which was supposed to arrive in 5 - 7 businesses days finally arrived 5 weeks later. They can keep my reward money. I will never order anything from them again.

Having placed an order, then reading the bad reviews with sinking hearts, it was with absolute delight that we received all our goods today (in time for holiday tomorrow :) ) - delivery time was excellent and goods very satisfactory. We will definitely use them again.
I like MiniInTheBox because this website contains a Lot of gadgets that you cannot find anywhere else. The prices are fair and even though the shipping from China is a rather long process, My orders always arrive. My advice to others who are impatient to have their orders delivered: Don't expect your order to arrive exactly when you think. If you have a deadline, then order way in advance to avoid frustrations over shipping.
I simply love the MiniInTheBox and their express shipping, when you order over 35$!
Yea, it's true that product's may be buck or two more expensive than in other stores, but you get a free shipping (15$ value at least!).
And also they are the only shop that ship items marked as 24 hr shipping in 24 hours! No other shop does that!
I ordered 2 pairs of headphones 3 months ago. I gave them a month before questioning the whereabouts of my item. I now have a total of 3 opened tickets and they have told me to wait 60 additional days, then 2 additional weeks, and refuse to actually solve my problem (as indicated by the 4th ticket I recently submitted with no response). I ordered telephone cases and lenses from this website 1. 11. 2016. I received the goods today, 2,5 MONTHS later. The cases did not look anything like on the web page and one of the sent items was not what I had ordered (a case for another phone than mine). Now I am trying to find out how to get the correct item in stead of the wrongly sent one. Not looking forward to this process.
I do not, under any circumstances, recommend this website to anyone, this is hands down the worst experience I have of ordering stuff online.
Paid for goods never received! Good luck trying to contact customer service... the word IMPOSSIBLE comes to mind.
**UPDATE** I actually received a phone call from a real live person regarding my order! Can you believe it?! I finally received my order. It was forwarded to an old address where NOTHING gets forwarded to. ODD. Anyway, I finally receive it, and click the confirm button. I'm done right? Off the hook? Hell NO! I get a call. Emails. Tickets. Spam. You name it, I get it. I'm being stalked! I ordered leather bracelets. Great for me. Not so great for me teenage son. He's over 6 ft and has man hands and wrists. Those things fit teeny tiny me and my bird like frame. The average Joe - NO WAY. Shop local.
I ordered products worth 160 euros, after a long wait, they email me telling me my package is at customs and that i should pay 40 euros to clear it, surprise! So im not happy at all with the final price im getting and i would like my money back, but its not possible just 50%! And if i fail to pay the custom duties the package will be destroy! Thats what they tell me, its AMAZING! Stupid me for not checking reviews before venturing with this people.
