I ordered a watch a month ago and still haven't received it. Customer service is difficult to find on their site but when I have enquired they have replied and assured me its coming. I'm beginning to think I've blown my money...
Upon buying the item the ticket said 5-6 day delivery contacted support when 2 weeks passed (14 days) they said please wait 30 days for your item... also noticed 30 day return policy from the day they ship it to you... so basically this is a scam and if i am not happy buy the end out this you will be getting a letter from my lawyer.

I have ordered phone cases several times on this website and have always been fully satisfied with it. The delivery time can be a bit long but I have always received my orders complete and never had any additional fees.

Everything as expected. Pack arrived in 25 days, from china to Italy. Good quality for the price. I suggest to pick the slowest delivery because u cant be sure to get the package in short time because of your country customs. Dont buy too many things to not pay extra charge for taxes
I ordered a $3.00 phone case August 17. It has been almost 6 weeks and I still have not received my item yet. I have emailed them several times, they only emailed me back once saying my item was "in transit" which I'm guessing was a lie, and they don't even have a customer service number you can call. I would rate them a 0 if I could. This site has so many red flags. Do not order from them ever!
I ordered on Dec 9 thinking my items would get here before Christmas and they yet to arrive. I work with some Chinese people and they told me that it would be at least 30 days. Looked at some reviews on YouTube and all of them seem to be satisfied but no one mentioned how long it took them to receive their order. I did get a tracking number in an email that stated my order had been shipped but when I tracked it it was still in China

Send my order with direct payment and it says 3-4 days. Now 7 days after order, there is still no package. In my mail its paid and on the website tracking system its not paid. Even my bank account say its paid. I cant contact the customer support... could one of your team respond to this and open a ticket for me?

I ordered gym gloves, paid 18 usd for them and waited for 2 months and 10 days. The product was held at customs, the package label said gym gloves. I paid another 14 usd in custom duties and retrieved it. When i opened the package there was a thin, red, hollow, meter long cord (cylinder of 3mm across) instead of my gym gloves.
They labelled this worthless useless thing as gym gloves and sent it to me. Never order anything from these scammers.
I'm a verified buyer from both mini in the box and light in the box, and I love both sites. They have everything you can think of, I live in the caribbean and it only takes a month or sometimes less to get stuff to me I use super saver shipping. They have the best customers service ever. Never had any problems with them and no I'm not being paid to write this review its based off my personal experience with both shops.
After 3 order inquiries I am told they will ship another item but with the same estimated shipping time. They received my payment 6 weeks ago but I am expected to wait another 30 days. I should have checked reviews before trying this company. Please don't order from them.
I have order 2 phone case from this company, I should of received them a couple days ago and still says on my orders that they should be here by now. I found the company to be shocking, I didn't receive email to confirm my order, which standard for companies online. I really don't get how they can be allowed online. On some other replies to reviews on this website. They said it can take 40 days to receive an item. That's really bad, their are plenty other companies that have better service than these jokes

Very good indeed, all my purchases have been up to and better than expected, you always take a chance buying online but this site must vet all their suppliers as their products are excellent and good value.

These $#*!heads are masters in confusion. I threatened to cancel via PayPal, next thing I was credited with about 20% of the purchase price but no indication as to what that represented. When you try and use the email supplied it apologises for no longer being active and directs you another page where you have to log in and create a ticket. Problem is your account shows that you have no orders so this is impossible. This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. What a bunch of wankers...

I bought some electronics for 61.50 euro, expedite shipping(3-8 days) and paid with card over the internet.
A month later, the package arrives and I'm told I can take it only if I pay 105 euro more for custom taxes. Being that the package is valued in 40 euro(25 for shipping), I refuse.
When I requested a refund, Miniinthebox tells me it is my problem and they did everything to perfection(mind you, shipping time, customer service, etc).

I love miniinthebox for flashlights, chargers and batteries. These products come from China directly, and it can take 15 to 30 days, so don't buy here if you need it fast. I have received several things, and all have worked with no problem. Most items have free shipping, and it amazes me that they can ship a high-quality product for free.
Miniinthebox.com is a great website with a lot of items from cellphone case to camping equipment to pet supplies or LED lights at really good prices. Take a look and I'm sure you'll find something you want or need while liking most of their prices.
Miniinthebox is one of those online stores that is able to provide very poor quality products (they break them after few times you use them), long delivery time (above 1 month, if you are lucky to receive it), a 30 days warranty period (starting from the moment you place the order, which means you have no warranty), incredible refund policies (refund is given in coupons to be used within few weeks and spending twice the amount you paid before) and a customer support that have no idea of what they are doing (they promise something and after they take it back, you need to repeat 5 times your problems, they generally do not understand anything).
Do not use this site. I know it might look cheap, but it is not.
