If it were possible to give ZERO stars, i would have. I ordered items with the expectation of receiving them for a trip my family & I were doing, which happened to be 4 weeks away from order date. I received said items over a month after my trip (9 weeks). I can not even be bothered to send the items back as it will cost too much... plus i get the added bonus of receiving 10 emails a day from this site, even though, i have continually opted out of the email list.
I bought many times on this site, and I've always found it a great value for money, just spend and the merchandise is quality. If you choose the free shipping times are a little longer than one month, however I recommend
All advertised clothing sizes on this site are way off. And when you try to return the non-fitting item, you're informed that you must send it to China and wait 30-60 days for a refund. By the way, the high cost of sending items back to China are... you guessed it -- on you. Of course, this flim-flam company offers an alternative: they'll pay you 10% to shut up and go away. Save your money and your dignity. Don't get hoodwinked by these scam artists.
In a previous review I stated my grievances about late delivery and lacklustre products. This review is an add on to that one.
Shortly after posting the first review I was contacted by a supervisor from MiniInTheBox and after back and forth emails about my experience the supervisor offered suitable compensation as I do now need to buy new phone case and screen protector.
The supervisor was very helpful in compensating for the delays and the unsuitable products but I still won't be ordering online from any website soon. This was one of similar experiences I've had and I feel no resentment towards MiniInTheBox. It's just one of those things. After all this was just supposed to be an easy way to get a phone case and protector that's hard to find in retail stores. So I'm back to where I started.

Finally my order was delivered 30 days after order day.
Not sure if things got better after I officially complained or simply all deliveries take indeed too long to be delivered.
My initial review: I don't really understand why google search brings them as first result when looking for e.g. mobile phone cases. They are scam. They keep finding ridiculous reasons to say the delivery is delayed.

Like an idiot I placed an order the first of December, without checking out their reviews. Now it is three (3) days after Christmas and no word of the item. Please, please, don’t ever order from these people. There might be a way to get to their customer service but I have not been able to find it. Don’t even think about it!
My wife placed an order, they told her it would arrive on whatever day, then when that didn't happen they told her it was at the airport an hour from our house and if she changes her review on this site they will give her a refund and she can have what she ordered for free, then when she called them out on it all they responded with was a new arrival date. I'm thinking... lawyer time! Don't order from these people unless you're into getting robbed and blackmailed.
Invalid order number
I use this site for a couple of years now and I can say that is great! Excellent products and excellent customer care, when I had problems with the free shipping or with my card they were all kind with me. I bought mostly electronic products, iPhone cases and stationary things, all perfect and arrived (I'm italian) in a short time. Highly recommended.
I bought some clothes and once at home, it was not the size i ordered and not the right color... I tried the customer service and 2 months and 15 e-mail later, they ask me to ship back in china from Canada... 95$ to ship back a 43$ order received with free delivery...
They use shipping technique to sell wrong product and never give your money back.
Worse online seller services i saw in the last decade.

Do Not Use, is the clearest warning I can give. After ordering a reborn doll, we received a poor plastic doll with a material body nothing like what was advertised. The cost was £72 + £25 P&P but when the parcel arrived in the UK we were hit with a £32.50 charge from DHL because it came from China and P&P was to be paid by receiver. After contacting customer complaints, we were offered 40% refund(£28) or 60% to use on their website(no chance of that), I stressed that the refund was not a fair offer and asked a manager to review, the payment was made into our account anyway. This company should come with a warning "Not As Advertised". They are only a middle man not a legitimate shopping experience

What an excellent bag for my laptop! I love the fact that my Lenovo ThinkPad fits in perfectly and it is slightly padded to afford protection against minor knocks and bumps. It truly is waterproof and well made. It has side sleeves where the handles are for placing paperwork but i was able to put my cables in there too so really pleased with it. Great value and great quality!
I have waited for my items 1 1/2 months and yet I reported it to the seller. They are very active in responding complaints, they told me that they will reship again my items and wait again for another month to be received. Unfortunately, the post office send me a slip that saying, I need to claim it under custom and pay additional amount. The date indicated at the slip was sept 14 and yet today is Sept 22. Almost 1 week my items were slept in custom custody. Shipping fee is FREE and yet so much trouble is happening. I hope those items were good to use and original. Or else, I will never ever order again on this online store.

Miniinthebox is a cool place to shop for unneeded things. I have always enjoyed looking for unique stuff. Mini has this. It also has about anything else you might need or want. Prices are cheap and shipping is free. The shipping time is slow. Products are shipped on a slow boat from China... SERIOUSLY! So be patient and enjoy the savings and unique products :)
Miniinthebox is by far the best online stores, starting with its wide variety of products, also have totally insurmountable prices, I think I should be the first choice of all people who want to buy online.
I have ordered several times from MiniInTheBox and am always amazed at the huge choice of products. Their customer service dept. always answers queries quickly, and the items arrive usually quicker than expected and well packaged.
I ordered and payed on Sep 3 of 2018 for a wristwatch that never showed up.
Delivery time was told to be 9-19 days.
After 24 days, having reported a no-show, I was told it might be taking up to 38 or 40 days.
After 44 days they closed the order and payment history down on and there was absolutely no trace of me ever having placed or payed an order.
Mailing them further was useless, there was no reply even though I mailed them I was going to hurt their goodwill (if any).
By far the worst customer treatment I have ever faced - this is plain Fraud, plain Hoax!

They have a big variety products and it's not very expensive. It does take a while before the stuff arrives but you know that beforehand. If something is wrong with your order they reimburse you or replace the defect product, if you choose so.
The dress I received was of horrible material, the hem was not even finished, the cuffs were not finished. They sent me the dress from an address in the USA, when I went to try to return it, they told me I had to pay shipping all the way to China or they would give me 20% of the cost of the dress, and let me keep it, I wish I would've known these items. Come from China, I would never have bought it.
Don't promise a delivery time frame if it's not going to be shipped as such, that's unprofessional and that's one way of losing your customers. And, stop apologizing for not being on time for deliveries - instead do something about it!
I ordered my items 18 days ago and have not yet received them. It is not possible to track the shipping for items from this seller, as they evidently ship by slow boat. I would never order from them again.
