Do Not Use, is the clearest warning I can give. After ordering a reborn doll, we received a poor plastic doll with a material body nothing like what was advertised. The cost was £72 + £25 P&P but when the parcel arrived in the UK we were hit with a £32.50 charge from DHL because it came from China and P&P was to be paid by receiver. After contacting customer complaints, we were offered 40% refund(£28) or 60% to use on their website(no chance of that), I stressed that the refund was not a fair offer and asked a manager to review, the payment was made into our account anyway. This company should come with a warning "Not As Advertised". They are only a middle man not a legitimate shopping experience
Dear Paul Bell,
Thank you for reaching out to us on Sitejabber.
We are very troubled to read that you are unsatisfied with the reborn doll and will try our best assisting you. We see you've contacted us earlier and reported the doll was very different. Unfortunately your photos didn't come through. As we couldn't judge the seriousness of this problem, we tested the waters by offering you a 40% partial refund or 60% reward. The manager had misunderstood your reply and went ahead with the 40% refund. We apologize this misunderstanding happened and for this offer being totally inappropriate. Please don't be mistaken, if we can confirm that the doll is different, then you will immediately receive a full refund of the order value + incurred taxes.
We have send you an email (ticket #21955377) and will ask you for photos of the doll and DHL invoice. We are looking forward solving this issue!
Thank you for your kind cooperation,
MiniInTheBox-Customer Service Team
