I placed a order and haven't received it yet. I'm very upset. Can't find a customer care number anywhere on the site. How can u do business like this? Tracking number is invalid and I went to Swiss post to try to track package and they have a number on there that isn't even a number. I just want what I ordered. My daughter ordered stuff too. She got one package and still hasn't received the rest of her stuff. Bad business!

I bought a phone case for my iPhone 8 on 27/9,2017 and when checked out they said the delivery time will be between 10-20 days. But until today in November 10, I still didn't get my case delivered. I wrote letter a few times to their customer service and what they said to me was wait wait and wait. Today they told me that I have to wait for another 60 days and they will not help me with anything until then. Please don't buy anything there unless you want to have a bad shopping experience.

This is the second time I'm ordering on Mini in the Box, and the second time I'm happy about my orders. They're always available by mail to answer our questions, they treat the package quickly or they quickly inform us if there's a problem.

Delivering is sometimes long, but we can wait for a 100% functional product ;)

I have to admit - who knew that a $3 phone cover could be so cool lol! Bought two, each a different color around the edge, back is clear "jelly" plastic. Just set the phone's rear camera led to flash for alerts & instant "cool" lol. $6 US for the two, free standard shipping, arrived on time from Malaysia & exactly as ordered. The bag that each one comes in can serve as a reusable waterproof phone bag; printed on the bag it says it includes a screen protector but it does not nor does the website here say that it does.

If you are okay with the fact that you need to wait 1 month for your order to arrive, this site is okay. Customer service is good, something was broken after a month of usage, and they directly shipped a new one. (Took a month, but hey, it was sent free?). Just have some patience with the company and don't take risks with birthday presents, christmas presents and etc..

I ordered a watch and 2 fidget cubes back in march. I still haven't received anything and miniinthebox remains silent as well. Never sent me an email saying it would be delayed, and whenever i make a complaint, I get brushed off with a standardized email. I will probably never get my package, or my money back. I'd strongly advise against buying from this store, it's a rip off.

We have been ordering from mini in the box for a few years and we have never had any problem with them. If any items were broken they would refund without any questions. The only problem is the delivery takes for ages but I can't complain as its free. The products are good quality too for a low price

Basically, ive ordered (phone cases) from this site before (around this time last year, 2016) and my products did arrive eventually, but about 4+ months. I have ordered from them again recently (more phone cases), the shipping said it would arrive in 8-12 business days but im not getting my hopes up as im pretty sure it will be another 4+ months before arrival.

I ordered a cellphone case on 10\28\16 and and the item should've been delivered by 11\07\16... and I notified customer service they told me that I should receive my order by 11\17\16... guess what I still haven't received my order yet... I will never purchase anything from this company or website ever again... I will be putting in a poor review for this website... and I expect a full refund as of today.

I have been using this site for some time now and apart from the time the items take to arrive I cannot fault their service. The products are good value and when they do not come up to scratch, the refunds policy works well. The only downside is the length of time of delivery but (a) it is free and (b) I anticipate this and am a patient type so no problem there

Great Little Gift Shop!

These products are great and the prices are fantastic. Seems like I have a birthday every month and this site helps ease the burden on the pocket book. Order at least two months early so it the order will arrive on time. That is, unless you pay the extra cost.

Issue resolved

I originally wrote a negative review for light in the box/mini in the box because I had trouble corresponding with their customer service regarding a return. The matter has since been resolved. I do feel that it was more difficult to to contact their customer service than it should have been and hopefully they can streamline this process in the future. That said, I did get my refund and will consider using using them again.

Our website has a "PayPal Checkout" function, even though customers didn't have an account with us, they can check out with their PayPal accounts and paid for the order directly. After the order is paid, our system will create the account automatically, which will be the same account as PayPal. Then customers can use this account to shop in our website in the future.

So although you had an account with us (the account in which you're unable to find out this order), but when you placed this order, you didn't log into that account and meanwhile you used the paypal checkout function. So our system created this account using your paypal account automatically for you, you shall find out the password in this email, so that you can log in our website and find out this order.

The supervisor of customer service created one ticket for you. Please contact her in this ticket and she'll definitely solve the problem. Please log in your account on a computer (not mobile). This site appears to be a scam, as soon as you ask for a refund you never hear back from them. I paid £16.95 for a phone case but on the web page it says a refund due of $8.00. Anyway it looks like I've done my money so be very wary people.

However i have not yet received any products yet so far and its taking too long. I have no idea what i should do. Horrible customer support as they closes the issue automatically and to raise new ticket need to furnish the ordered goods snapshot each and every time. None of the chosen products available as show caused on their portal. No refund given and customer never contacted on the delay or in convenience. Never prefer them to buy any thing again.

I am so glad I have found this site. It does take a bit longer than most, However, it is clearly posted of the process. There has been over looks and I have had a delay with my purchase. However, once it was found out they treated me right. The items are very pretty maybe not the top of the line. However, for the price it is a good deal. I would buy again

I ordered three men's military watches with olive green bands. I received three watches with black bands which did not work (not in running condition). I followed their instructions for returning items for exchange, filling out the template on their website, but when I clicked "submit" nothing happened. There is no other way to reach them; no phone number or e-mail address is provided at their website. Some other earlier orders were fulfilled properly and the products were satisfactory, but if their Customer Service can't be reached, I would not want to risk ordering from them again.

Promised to deliver 5-8 days but already 17 days from ordered date still awaiting for the products to arrive. It says free delivery if you order more than 35 dollars but when you checked out there's charged delivery fee for 13.50 plus insurance of the items

So far I have only placed one order for 4 items with miniinthebox.com. All four items I purchased were exactly what I expected and were described very accurately. One little speaker I ordered is listed as having a much higher S/N ratio on other sites. Miniinthebox.com only listed a S/N ratio of 45 db. Upon testing the speaker the miniinthebox 45 db S/N rating was clearly more accurate then the ridiculously high numbers listed on other sites for the same speaker. The expedited shipping got from China to Southern California in 2 days.

Unprofessional

I have made an order on the 22 January.The payment has been completed using PayPal but the order never showed on my account.As Unprofessional company they do not have email contacts except when the order is shown on their system. 6 days now and no answer
