Horrible customer support as they closes the issue automatically and to raise new ticket need to furnish the ordered goods snapshot each and every time. None of the chosen products available as show caused on their portal. No refund given and customer never contacted on the delay or in convenience. Never prefer them to buy any thing again.

We received your return package on 2017-10-31 and arranged a replacement on the same day. While on day later, we found the replacement product you request was out of stock. So we contacted you again in Ticket 16585447 and asked whether you like to pick a similar product as replacement or a refund. We are looking forward to hearing from you but did not hear from you.
Then we received another contact ticket from you later. Since we could provide the replacements as you requested, we issued full refund INR 1355. 32 for you on 2018-02-06. We feel sorry that you have not received it.
