All my friend who saw my new phone case told me its was so cool and Tate they wanted to buy the same. I gave them the best trip ever: go shop on mini in the box and you will find a cool phone case too!
I paid over $70 for large blocks for my child's birthday but they send me cheap foam small bath alphabet letters? I asked them to solve this dilemma but they want me to pay another $16.99 to ship the wrong item back. Why am I forking out more money to do that. They offered discounts on their items but I just want original item I had already paid for but they expect me (during Victoria lockdown) to take my kids to the post shop to send their cheap crap back! I ordered online so I don't have to leave the house! Their mistake! Send me a free shipping ticket and I'll send yr cheap crap back! Despicable service from this company! Look at the photo. Do these small foam letters worth my $70?
This site is bs, I've already had to pay a 21$ fee and yet they split my order in 2 are you guys $#*!ing expecting me to pay another 21$ just to get my other items?! $#*!ty $#*! scam site never again. And i sent an email and they have not replied.

Ordered an ipad cover three weeks ago and despite it being shipped the same day that I ordered I still haven't received it. Tried to contact customer services to find out where it is or get a refund organised and have heard nothing back.

Never, ever deal with this company. They cashed my money but I never received my order. There is no phone # to contact them. By email it is useless, they email a tracking # which informs you that you will receive your item in 38 days. It is well past this time. There should be somewhere we can register this complaint with as it is fraud in my opinion. Have learnt my lesson and will never order blindly again.

Very long story short, I paid for expedited shipping on something that they didn't tell me was on back order but refused to refund it. I had to search high and low for contact information (which is ridiculous) and asked to cancel the order. Days later I still didn't get a response and in the mean time they back ordered item miraculously shipped (even though I asked to cancel the order and don't want to do business with them). Interesting how it is available only after I asked to cancel. Still haven't heard response from customer service. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever purchased from. What is wrong with them? I will contact my credit card company to issue a charge back if I don't get a refund ASAP.

You can either serve coffee in it or use it as a bowl for peanuts/olives etc. It surely attracts the attention of your guests! It was delivered quickly and in perfect condition, exactly as described.
My experience was good but weird. I ordered few watches. I did nothing t receive it for a month. Then th customer support people were too good to chase and get it done. Then got it in 20 days. Quality was good and packing was nice. Worth the wait. Now I purchase more often

I love miniinthebox for small electronic stuff! Its cheap and the quality is fair for what you pay for your wares. Shipping can be kind of slow depending on where you live but it's usually free. If you pay for shipping they will speed things up which is a huge advantage!
I ordered a phone case on December 13 and still have not received it! I have opened tickets and they say that they will be sending me another one with tracking information but that was over a week ago and still have not recovered the tracking information... this website should be reported and shut down. Do not order anything from this site if you ever want to receive it but get charged!
I've ordered a few times now at MiniInTheBox for my phone cases. It takes about two weeks to arrive (the Netherlands). Occasionally the phone case doesn't fit properly, but it was just two euros so it isn't worth it to send it back. Overall, I like this website.
My order was shipped on November 17,2015 and it is now 12/24/2015 and still no order. I asked several times for assistance on finding my package and was given to wait because of delays on mail and if not received by this date contact us again well on my 3 time trying to find my order in which was bought for a 5 year old little girl for Christmas and now she is not getting what she asked me to buy.
Ordered an iPhone case on September 19,2016. Paid for 5-8 day shipping. It's now October 11. Still nothing. I wish I had seen this site before ordering from them. It seems like other people have had the same automated "ticket" complaint responses. Whatever that's all about. How about having an email. I'm pretty sure they ripped me off for $42. Extremely disappointed. But still hoping the case will show up.

How can these jokers be allowed to trade online. Can't believe I didn't check reviews. Don't ask me for an order number as I didn't get one. My app shows nothing on order but you got my $36 dollars. And I paid extra post for fast delivery. Haven't heard a whisper in 3 weeks. Lucky it wasn't more. Some kind of a scam?

3* out of 5. As US resident, free delivery has worked well but usually takes 2 to 6 weeks! Definitely slow. But, the prices are low and I don't order anything that I need quickly. In 8 orders only 1 didn't arrive but they asked me to confirm arrival, which I couldn't and the reversed the charges within days. The. The item arrived (am guessing via some now-expedited shipping) so I decided to repay for it. On the negative side, many of the items received were either non-functional on arrival or didn't last very long. But, considering I was paying 5% to 10% of price (versus OEM versions) I will continue to us them for cheap small bits and pieces. Roughly 2/3 of the things I received work well enough for the low price. I recommend getting your expensive items from more reputable dealers.
