This was my first time buying from company and will be my last time buying from them. 11 days already that package has been in progress. Tracking never updates, so can't get accurate tracking details. It's supposedly coming from Illinois, so why it would take that long to get to Texas is just ridiculous. There's no customer support to get in touch with, although I did find a form to fill out, so no clue how long it will take to get back to me. Not sure how to even get a refund since there's no actual customer service. Do not recommend this site.
I ordered a brass shelf from this website, however, it did not provide the full dimensions and the depth of the shelf ended up being way deeper than the pictures made it appear. On the day I received the product, I requested a return as I knew it would not fit the space I needed. Instead of providing me with the steps to return, they stated that because it is categorized as a "bathroom accessory" it is not eligible for a refund/return. They referenced their return policy, which is poorly written and very confusing, and not something that was referenced during the point of purchase. There was never a notice stating this was a final sale item or that it could not be returned. So now I'm stuck with a $80 shelf that I cannot use and a bad taste in my mouth from this pathetic company.
I took a chance an ordered a few shirts. The sizing is not even remotely close within several inches for the garment being to small. The website claims to accept returns but does not work. The website does not perform any function of Customer Service and does not allow contacting the company. Actually, the website is dysfunctional for everything except taking your money. There is no phone number and the company does not seem to operate in the US. Save your money and buy from a better retailer.
Ordered two shirts for my brothers birthday. Shirts were cut poorly and not wearable. I paid $50 for shirts + shipping. Their return policy said i could only return them to China for a full refund after 2-3 months and shipping was over $40 to do that. Or i could get 15% of my purchase price back, but not the shipping i paid in the first place, so 15% was about $14...so basically i lost $36 on the deal.

My review is very simple where's my 4 Smartwatches I ordered last December 16,2022. Why until now I didn't receive yet? It's paid already,but always said waits for blah blah days and Christmas finished, New Year finished, Valentine's day finished now soon to March but nothing just likes gone in the wind. Can you just deliver my ordered please,before I will complaints to consumers rights. You already took the payments but even a Shadow of my 4 smartwatches I haven't seen it.

I ordered an item and I accidentally forgot to put in a coupon code, I cancelled the order soon after before it was shipped. I went through the cancellation process, at the end they had said "customer service will reply within 1 working day." I cancelled it on the 5th, it is now the 8th with no reply. I'd like to know the status of the refund, since the cancellation was made soon after I assume I should get a full refund as of your policy.

Size was absolutely HUUUUUGE! I ordered a small and it must have been a size 16 at least! The material is terrible, really cheap and tacky. The Yoga pants description said butt sculpting, there is absolutely no elastic in these yoga pants at all, its more like t-shirt material. Honestly just an enormous disappointment. Delivery time was 2 weeks, yoga pants look absolutely nothing like the picture, there is no sculpting without elastic, the material is shiny (which all yogis know is a no no for yoga as its too slippery) and the sizes must be American! The entire website works accept for the "returns". It will only work if you agree to keep the product and they'll send you a little gift as compensation! Which clearly shows they're fully aware of the tat they're sending out. See photos. SCAM company!
Don't buy from this company they charged me for the product (scarf) and for the delivery and the item was never delivered. They then said that I will need to pay for delivery charge again if I wanted the product to be sent out to me again. Stay away from buying anything from them.
Ordered a dress for a wedding. Says 5-7 days delivery. It's now 15 days later and tracker says delivery between 5th and 22nd of June! I can't cancel order as it's already been dispatched. I'd very much like my money back!

Order processing takes more time than it should. Even during order processing I had to contact customer service. You can't actually track ordered items is there is no information. What customer can understand from "At a pick up point, USA" or any other country? Customer service gives you same answer for all the issues - We try to resolve an issue. Please avoid and don't waste you time.
Don't order from this site! They lock you out of their site if you report damaged merchandise! You can only communicate with their customer service if you log into your account. When I try to log into their account I get an error message that says "Whoa We noticed you've been clicking on the same link a LOT and our other pages are getting a little lonely! To get back on track, please click the input box and type the code you see in the image." When you enter the code it just says invalid code. So there is no way to file a claim for damaged merchandise! Scammers!

See the shoes photos after less than 8 hour use. They are still selling it. It was sold before on LightInthebox and now on this site (probably a parent company). LightInthebox would not refund. I do not need their money anymore but want to make sure that people know that this company is a SCAM.

The store informed of shipment on January 11,2018 and promised delivery in 18 business days. Today is February 12, item not delivered. An attempt to inquire triggered a note from them that delivery takes 38 days.

Product Quality: Some exceeded my expectations. There are a few incidences I got duds, which I felt later was properly resolved in my mind.
Cost: Reasonable, on a case-by-case basis
Shipping: Free, but delivery times are variable depending where you live and what items you purchase.
Customer Service: Is responsive, receptive, and understanding. They generally respond to my inquires roughly within 24 hours.
As I suspected, my order placed in June still have yet to receive. This online website is an absolute scam. Don't even try. That's why all the items selling at very low price. They even want to scam you for a few dollars.
Finding electronic components and boards online can be hard, but on miniinthebox, its easy to find it all.
Delivery goes pretty fast and there is a great customer service if something would go wrong.
I never had trouble with products that i ordered and the products always work fine.
Just ordered a simple phone case back in january my payment was received by them january 23 2020.
In their site delivery details are 4-7 business days to process. It is now March 2,2020 and still no product. I paid extra to them for insurance and shipping and cant get a tracking order. A month ago after I emailed after the expected delivery date they said sorry theres chinese new year that affects their deliveries. Bull$#*!. They should not put misleading wrongful information on their site. It's called lying to the consumer and in our country is an offence. They should be pulled from advertising on amazon etc. and should have warnings out there for others who will believe their lies. Not a reputable company and probably lead by teenagers who have other careers in online scams as well.
