Order processing takes more time than it should. Even during order processing I had to contact customer service. You can't actually track ordered items is there is no information. What customer can understand from "At a pick up point, USA" or any other country? Customer service gives you same answer for all the issues - We try to resolve an issue. Please avoid and don't waste you time.

It was found your package was returned because it was not picked up from the "Israel Pick Up Center" in a timely manner. We are sorry to hear that you might not have a chance to pick up it.

Please understand we send our parcels worldwide through a variety of different countries. Each carrier will have different procedures how the parcels are delivered. If you buy online, there will always exist a risk the parcel needs to be collected somewhere. Unless you'd have chosen our expedited shipping method, this parcels are guaranteed delivered at your doorstep against your signature.
