Received order after waiting for months however watch face was cracked and matching band was way too big. Contacted customer service via their website since there is no phone # or address. I was lucky my order eventually arrived, many customers never received theirs... Took out an insurance to cover customs charges, Light in Box told me on 21 April they were going to refund the costs after asking me for proof of payment. 11 May still no money has been returned to my PayPal account. Impossible to get to their customer service, no email or phone number. They close all the cases you open without resolving them. They only respond to complaints raised through PayPal. Will never order from them again!
A dispute was raised with PayPal for non-delivery (the delivery was a lot later than indicated), that case was closed on 9 May and does not mean the customs charges should not be paid.

Great shop with lots of cool gadgets. Service is very good and I really like the low prices. If you take the free delivery it take two weeks for your item to send, but that's no problem to me. I rate Miniinthebox.com 4/5.
Ordered 8 days ago, paid extra for 3-5 day shipping, nothing here yet. Really frustrated because they were gifts for my students. I can't contact customer service because the website won't let me submit my request. It says 'access denied' when I try to send it. I would not recommend this site for anything! This is bad business!
UPDATE! After writing this review, I was contacted by the company and was eventually refunded the extra shipping I paid. I finally received my order after 3 weeks. Good products, but if you need it in a timely manner, you may want to reconsider this site.

All goods delivered were compliant with the descriptions. Paying methods are safe. Delivery times... always shorter as stated. Service and order information exceptional.

I ordered a couple of toys from the mini on the box. The delivery was ok, although it took twice the advertised time. But the items arrived in an awful shape, torn, crampled boxes, broken electric lamp, probably even used! Moreover, the items were not priced super cheap but looked like total garbage. Good prices, quick despatch. Items well packaged and delivered well within the stated times. I cannot fault MiniInTheBox.com. My review of the Neodymium magnets I purchased:
Strong for their size, not to brittle like some Neodymium magnets can be. Very happy. Arrived in around 7 working days on free delivery.
I get that delivery from China will be slow. But when they say they'll send it with tracking, they don't tell you that it's not INTERNATIONAL tracking. So, you can track your package right to the Chinese distribution center, then once it leaves the country? Her I am, 2 months later... A review of my order also indicates that they've changed the shipping method from "Postal-tracking (11-14 days)" to "Postal-tracking (3-4 days)"... This is 54 days after the order, mind you. Most credit-card companies require a transaction dispute to be filed within 30 days of it appearing on an credit card statement. So, I think there's a strategy in place to make potential customers wait more than 60 days for their item. After that point, there's nothing you can do about it. I doubt I'll ever see the item.

I had to replace headlights on my car recently and found this store that offers lighting equipment at a bargain. With expedited shipping I've received my order within a week, which is awesome, considering they ship from China. I've installed it and been using for about half a year, everything works perfectly.
I would definitely recommend this shop. Wide range of car related products and great value for money.
I ordered 3 watches on March 24,2017 and as of May 29,2017 have not received anything. I have sent three inquiries and been given seperate ticket #'s each time. They say it was shipped out in one while another says it could take up to 38 days. They can't get their stories straight. I wish I would never have seen this site on Facebook. All I want is to receive merchandise totally $24.30 that we're to be gifts on May 6th. This company sucks!

Paid for expedited shipping (3-5 days) this never happened was shipped by airmail(seemingly). After numerous attempts & automated replies I got a response explaining the situation & offered a full refund as compensation for their error. Guess what? Delivery never arrived & the full refund was not processed. Tracking system for the parcel doesn't work, my guess it was never sent! Now yet again I'm back to automated responses which are not answering my questions so disappointed as had used this site before a few times & had been happy with the service other than the odd thing being "cheap" looking on arrival but for the price I accepted that but non delivery & making false promises disgusts me.
Not a trustworthy site! I placed an order on November 18 for items I'd planned to give as Christmas gifts. Supposedly the order shipped December 8 (20 days later!) and was sent via 3-5 day expedited shipping. I've still not received it as of January 3. Not only must it be crossing the ocean by boat, but the package (if it ever even existed) must be crossing on a one-person row boat. Like other shoppers, I have tried to contact customer service, but every link the site provides goes back to the same dead end. I've also started the process of contacting them through PayPal (which, fortunately, I used), but the site is giving me the runaround there, too. I'd give them less than one star for service and shipping if doing so were possible.

Am using the company for years and don't experience any problems. Good customer service and quick replies as well. Orders are dispatched quickly, but of course it takes some time for them to travel from China to Europe.
Ordered 4 necklaces and 4 bracelets over 2 weeks ago... was just told today it may ship within 2 more weeks. :( :(
Prices were great, but at this rate, I don't think I'll have my order by Christmas. Didn't take long to process my payment though.

I ordered 3 phone cases over a month ago and still have not received them! And sometime within the last month my card info got stolen and was being used in another state across the country, has that happened to anyone else since ordering from there?!?! Horrible will never order from them again!
I placed an order worth about $40 in August. Approximately one month later and my order not even shipped, I wrote a customer service inquiry and quickly received some vague excuse about high demand. Shortly after, my order shipped. Now it is October, and despite their 6-8 day shipping estimate, I still have not received my order. It has taken so long that I've moved since placing the order. Even so, if it had been delivered to our previous address, I would know because we are familiar with the current resident. I've asked for a replacement or compensation for what seems to be a lost order, if they can't find it and tell me why it's taken so long. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from here again.

Tried to resolve issue with seller, but seller relied on tired "policy" arguments and refused to provide reasonable customer service.
Had to open PayPal dispute to receive refund.
