Hi, when i click he hyperlink to confirm my email address, it takes me to a page that says the site is currently down for maintenance. i got a receipt that i paid for the product from paypal, but i don't have a confirmation from the site itself. when will you be able to confirm my email address and send me that official information?

Answer:

I had a delivery problem with them, didn't get all the stuff i paid for with Paypal. As soon as I contacted Paypal to complain, Miniinthebox refunded me very quickly for the missing items. They fear Paypal it seems...

Why isn't their a phone number to call instead of having to correspond through e-mail? i don't like dealing with any company i can't contact. via phone?

They don't want you to contact them. Period! Nobody should order anything from this company!

I'm trying to contact miniinthebox. i read the reviews. they say to submit a ticket and they give a link. it takes you to my tickets but it doesn't look i can submit a ticket. how do i do that? thanks, a

And then after first time u send tickets and it still is not corrected there is no more tickets to send. It is a sham

I made an account and bought $50 worth of products. never got a confirmation email or tracking numbers. my account got me signed out so when i went to sign in the password was wrong, which is a lie cause i use the same password for everything! anyways i had a new password sent to the email and it says sent but i never received. so now i can't even log onto my account. i tried looking for customer service support but it's literally impossible to get help. i'm pissed! this is the worst website i have ever boughten from. if anyone knows how to get ahold of them let me know!

Answer:

The only other suggestions I have are to contact your bank if you paid directly from your account and let them know that you never received your items. They MIGHT refund your money after investigating. It is much easier if you pay with a credit card--not a debit card. They provide protections and guarantees that other payment options don't grant. I do not know if those protections extend to your debit card if you use it as a credit card. I know it doesn't as a debit. Regardless of how you pay their site and customer service is terrible and they make it virtually impossible to get hold of anyone if you have a problem. "Contact us" just takes you in circles without enabling you to get hold of anyone. Horrible.

How do you contact them? i sent a customer service inquiry regarding my halloween costume and they replied it will not arrive until november 6th. order was placed 10/4/15 with their shipping would arrive 10 to 20 business days, which would arrive no later than 10/31/15. i received their reply, and tried to respond and now i receive "access denied". obviously, this company is a sham and needs to correct their ways of running business. hello bbb complaint.

I didnt. Theres no way other then what you have already done. And i dont the a BBB complaint will do anything as this company is based out kf china. Its a complete sham. And im afraid we both got screwed in this deal.

Got my order delivered in a month or so instead of the 10 business days. And 1 of the item seems to have some parts missing. The main problem is you don't know who you are dealing with in this website. No address, no phone numbers, no direct contact whatsoever. I can only conclude that it's a doggy website. Avoid it.
