I ordered a mobile phone case on the 11th July, the money came out of my account and the goods were supposed to be despatched by 'Super Saver Shipping(10-20 days)' That was 4 weeks ago! Still not received.
Looking at other reviews, people seem to be saying the same thing
Excellent sales company. Products are of fair to good quality and prices are low. Ordering through Mini in the Box is straightforward. Following up shipments is also simple. I have received most of the items ordered and my very few complaints were answered promtly. What else can we ask for?
Ordered a dog dress and jumper on 16th December paid extra £11.00 for 3-4 day delivery, was delivered today and UPS said they needed to charge me another £16.00 for duty, items were for Christmas period so refused delivery, will try for refund but don't hold out much hope
I haven't yet received the goods, but would warn anyone using this company to use a "disposable" email address because of the huge volume of spam that is generated and won't stop. I'm talking two or three emails a day at times. I've asked them to stop and "unsubscribed" via my account, all to no avail.
I place my order on 3-1-17 andtook my money the same night shipped next day and almost four weeks later still no order delivered. Sent messages several times and not answered back or anything. Wanted to make other orders but not if I can't receive first one.

DO NOT order from this website, majority of negative comments are accurate... it looked legit so I ordered a 3.99 keyboard protector. I cancelled the order following their instructions about half an hour later, but a few days later I am logging into my bank account to see I was charged anyway, and when I revisited my miniinthebox account, I realized they had deleted any record of my order, so that I couldn't even follow the customer service instructions to reach them. Seriously, don't waste your money or time.
To finish a story, 3 weeks after I paid $8,85 for a 4-7 days shipping, I received Fabio's, the fake multi-language supervisor, stating that he was happy to announce that the package will arrive within 2-3 weeks. Like to everybody else, Fabio offered a $8,85 credit for a next order... looking for me to order again there... SCAM... did not receive the product as yet... ordered on April 18, so should received about 6 weeks from that date. MiniinaBox made extra $8,85 from me and many other that will not make ''business'' with them anymore... By the way Fabio, for total refund of the order, the number is **************... that's the only fair solution, but I guess, you are not programmed for that.

At the risk of upsetting a lot of other reviewers I have to say my experience of the website and service has been fine. I ordered above the threshold to get expedited shipping on around 20 Dec and the goods were here intact by 5 Jan. All goods are in fine working order.
Given the prices I wasn't expecting a Rolls Royce service but so far I have no complaints. My communications via the website have been answered although I am following up on some extra charges from the courier (update - charges refunded promptly after notification with proof of receipt).
My advice is be realistic about your expectation with delivery or order a bit more and get faster delivery.
Scam, never received item paid for and supposedly shipped a month ago. And customer service is non-existant. At least it only cost me 7 bucks to learn my lesson.^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
OK so after I posted the above comment mini in the box tried to contact me through site jabber and I can't even read their response. Still can not contact them through their own site, and still have no idea what's going on with the item I purchased. I sent them a response to their unreadable message from someone else's website. I put in my order last week and paid the extra money for expedited shipping which is delivery between 2-4 business days. I have not received my order a week later! Despite my email they are still sticking to their date of delivering weeks late! This is unacceptable and misleading to those who book online. Online businesses such as MiniIn The Box are scams and should not be trusted but also its website along with others should be policed by a government department. This is no way to treat consumers!

My original complaint was: Ordered an iPhone cover that looked really attractive and well priced. Still have not received it although it said 24 hour delivery. Unable to contact anyone as I can't get into my account as the password seems to be wrong. When I try to reset my password it comes up with an error message. So I am locked out of my accounts not having received purchased goods and am drowning in spam that I cannot stop. Disaster!
Mini in the Box responded within 24 hours and explained their delivery policy and made sure that I could get into my account. The cover arrived about 10 days later. It was a reasonable cheap and badly aligned print but, to be honest at just over £3 I couldn't expect much more. The cover fits the phone, looks ok and serves it's purpose but I was impressed with the way they responded to the complaint. Fair enough.

On 31 january I ordered 6 dog jackets. I still don't have received them. Writing to the costumer service gives me always a standard answer. They say I have to wait a little bit longer, but now I'm still waiting for more than 9 weeks. They write a ticket, but than close it, so you can't react anymore. They also changed the order date! I see a lot of negative reviews here, and I feel sorry I haven't read them before. But one thing is sure: I never order by MiniInTheBox again!

I purchase from many online stores and am able to say that I have no regrets purchasing from Mini in the box. I have received all my orders in good time and where there have been disputes of any nature it is addressed very efficiently.
The product quality is sometimes questionable but i cant really blame that on the site. I make it my duty to research all the products I order beforehand.
This is the ultimate protection for my Huawei P9. I choose a red version. The body is strong like a Transformer, metal, firm frame, thick rubber protection inside, hardened glass, good finish of paint, closed charger insert, closable earphone plughole... everything is secure.
The size is too big to keep the phone in my trousers pocket but I don't like that anyway but it fits in my inside coat pocket. Happy purchase, especially if you want to keep your phone 'clean'!
The only remark I have is that delivery takes some extra days but that's what I knew already... within 10 days from order to delivery. No worries
The whole experience with shopping in this site is great, I can tell this since I'm a frequent buyer. When you buy from this site, you are aware that the goods are inexpensive, but offer expected value for money! Once asks himself if buying brands is worthwhile when you receive goods from this site for several times less money! Delivery time concerns buyers, but that is mostly dependent on local delivery service. Mini InThe Box enables trackings of parcels, however, I did not have any trouble at all, with my orders, from several years ago up to now.
