Bought 13 watches from MiniInThe Box. All were very well priced. The order was sent in two shipments. The second shipment took more than a month, although MiniInTheBox has a week turnaround policy. I had to email them about that. Then one watch never worked. Although they do not have a number you can call, you have to submit a claim to them. They were very cool and told me to not bother returning the broken watch and that they were refunding the money on that watch. It was back on my credit card in 3 days! Not only do I LOVE miniinthe box.com, i would recommend them to anyone!
I am adding this statement much later: Many people write into Site Jabber asking about their order. You have to go to the seller's web site. Site Jabber has no connection with MiniInTheBox. There is a process defined on the web site for complaints, inquiries and comments. Use the sellers web site properly and you will get an answer. It's cumbersome, but it works.

I purchase a Halloween costume from Miniinthebox on the 3rd of October expecting delivery at worst on the far side of the shipping margin (6 - 15 days). Unfortunately, I saw Halloween without the costume I'd planned to wear and as it hasn't arrived I requested and expected a refund. Three times I have sought a refund only to be told to wait. Until the 4th of December. As a company supplying costumes it must come as no surprise this was for Halloween and not to wear eating my Xmas dinner. I have had to resort to initiate a reclaim process through my bank as the have no intention of refunding my money. Don't go near this bunch of charlatans. I'll provide reviews for poor customer service, they should have done better.
I am very satisfied with Miniinthebox.com. I bought there many times and everytime was everything fine. Delivery to my country takes from 7 to 15 days but the most important is that there is no shipping costs. When I have had any question about the products or something releated, the staff responded within an hour. I recommend that seller :)
I bought a small item from this company (for which I was charged a sizable fee because I didn't spend enough), the tracking number I got was invalid, and all the customer service people would do is tell me to keep waiting. It's now been a month and a half.
I placed an order and paid for insurance with MiniInTheBox on Nov. 1,2017. It is now Feb. 2,2018 and I have never received the order. I have reported the problem, they have opened three different tickets and then closed them without resolving the problem and will not return my money. I personally feel they are a scam. Every time I contact them, they send the same canned response, open a "ticket", but do nothing to find the package or refund my money. After 90 days it is obvious the package is not coming, but they refuse to refund my money.

Good products at good prices. Excellent customer service - on the off-chance that you don't get your delivery or are unsatisfied, I've found that refunds are issued with no fuss and the staff goes out of their way to resolve issues to the satisfaction of their clients, organizing reshipments and refunds as necessary, which is great when the postal office can be a bit dodgy. There is also a very wide selection of products to choose from and super water shipping is always free!
I placed an order a month ago. The site stated 3-5 business days for shipping. NOTHING was ever stated in the checkout process about this company being based in the Netherlands so I had no idea that international shipping was a part of it. If I had, I would've known to be suspicious about the "3-5 business days" claim. They've charged my credit card, but to this day, I haven't received my order. I've contacted them 3 or 4 times, they keep saying it's in transit, they are sorry, they didn't realize this was their "peak season" (whatever that means), and if I can just wait to receive my package they'd appreciate it. I've already told them that I no longer want the items and I want my money back, but they are not honoring my request at all. They actually offered me 10% off my next order. WHAT?!?!?!? I don't trust this company and will be watching my credit card bill closely for fraud since I suspect that may be a possibility here.

Ive been purchasing items from this site for over 3 years and have never had a problem. Returns are easy and anything that is defective or that breaks, they replace it immediately upon receiving your request. Pricing is great as you cut out the middleman when purchasing because the items are made there and shipped directly to you. No increases because of taxes or 3rd party ordering. Try it for yourself and see!
I was a bit skeptical about MiniInTheBox but some of their deals were too good to pass up and so I gave them a try and am glad I have. The pricing is good. I've found items here I couldn't find somewhere else. My one customer service experience was great. I have purchased bluetooth headphones, other electronics and even earrings. Plus they are always offering Rewards and deals with are good. Don't be afraid to check them out.
I ordered several items back in March, it is now the middle of July. I know it takes time to ship from over seas, but I order from over seas via Ebay, Amazon, and another company where I get my stockings from, and it'll take 4weeks at the maximum.
I would never order from them again, obviously, and I will definitely give a bad review for their lack of feedback as well. Worst experience ever. Save your money and shop Ebay, their sellers for these type of items will at least follow up with a track number.

I ordered some presents for friends and family in November and they still have not arrived yet. Doubting very much that they will be here in time for xmas as it says they were only shipped on 18th December which is ridiculous. 10-20 days, i don't think so. Not happy at all and can't seem to find an email address to be able to speak to someone. Will not be ordering from this site again
