I was a bit unsure about ordering off a web site that I hadn't tried before but took the jump and ordered two iPad covers. They arrived very quickly and were exactly as described. I was really happy with them. I showed everyone at work and we are now putting in a "staff" order for more of them.
I bought a Christmas present from this company weeks ago. It hasn't arrived yet, they don't know where it is, it is clear that it is not going to arrive this year if at all, and my Christmas is ruined. The customer service is appalling. I will never purchase from this company again. You do so at your own risk. You have been warned!
These people are a bunch of criminals.
My order never turned up. The company just sent a standard email. Basically saying they are not responsible for the item not arriving. Disgusting customer service.

I've made many orders from MiniInTheBox and always been very happy with everything - the shipping, payments, price and quality of the products. I warmly recommend MiniInTheBox for anyone who needs stuff for their phones, likes cute jewellery, wants to try fake lashes etc... Just go and see the website, the selection is huge.
Order 2ipad cover aug. 12 they got paid right away. They said it was air shipped and it takes longer. The plane must be flying backwards. They gave 2 /10 day dates that have come and gone. If there was a 0 rating I would use it.
I paid extra for 6-8 business day shipping because the default is three or four months. However, when they 6-8 business day shipping, do not expect to get it in 6-8 business days. What they mean is that whenever they decide to actually ship your item, it will take 6-8 business days after that. In the age of Amazon Prime, people do not want to wait three weeks for a package, let alone three months. So, THUMBS DOWN! This company sucks.

Hi my issue was resolved shortly after I posted my review so I would like to say that although the delivery is to say the least is terrible and the customer service via their ticket system erratic and evasive. Flora who handled my complaint on site jabber has been amazing and the service received from her first class. So to be fair you will eventually get your product or a refund so the risk to shopping on mini in the box is limited to wasting time with tickets and long delivery times which is frustrating but not a scam.
I cannot change my rating as I believe that the shopper in good faith pays for a product and a service and such should recieve what is promised. A challenge to mini in the box
Promise realistic delivery times and offer either - an immediate full refund or a substantial no strings attached discount on the next purchase if delivery dates are not met.

I have had similar experience to some of the reviews above. Placed an order 19th dec express 3-4 day delivery and am still waiting. I have submitted a million tickets. The response more often than not completely ignores what I have asked. They refuse to refund so I am not sure what the shipping insurance is for and the item untraceable on the site. In my experience the site is hit and miss. Sometimes the delivery is fast but when its bad its really bad and the support that you get is horrible, rude and evasive. So my biggest problem with Mini in the Box is their customer service
I really like to shop at miniinthebox. The reason is because when i used expedited shipping, i receive my item sometime less than a week. And also i felt satisfied with the service. No doubt i will definitely going to buy something from them again in the future. And i would recommend my friend to buy here...
The biggest problem is they removed my businesslike 2/5* review of a product without any notification to me and also removed my right to add a review of that product. This is very unethical. They obviously did not remove my other 5/5* review.
The goods: got my products on time (shipping was long but I knew it would be), prices were excellent. One of the products was faulty but the customer service experience was really swift and got a replacement without the need to send it back (5 cable). However the replacement is faulty in same way (wire does not lock in place in cellphone) but they won't let me submit my review of it.
I once ordered a few things, it didnt get delivered to me because i chose super saving shipping, but when i informed the Mini customer service about the situation, they sent me again with a tracking number. With a week i had them.
The prices here are reasonable. And awesome stuff can be found here.
My gf loved the item i bought for her. She said it is what she always wanted. We are very happy with the shape and design!
I have bought everything from bracelets to iPhone covers, and they have been of great, or at least acceptable, quality every time. The great thing is, at a HUGE discount, you can go on a spending spree and it doesn't matter!
I have ordered 2 items on the 5th of December and I still haven't received any, they said that it will be delivered about 10-20working days. This is rubbish, they have not provided any tracking number as well.

Please note because the shipping method you chose for this order was postal service without checking. It's the cheapest shipping method we have, while takes the longest shipping time for delivery. It usually takes 10-20 working days (14-28 calendar days) for the package to arrive. And we state it in the shipping method choosing part at the Check-Out page when you placed this order. So it's normal that you still haven't received the package because it's still in transit. And it doesn't provide online tracking service. We guess you might haven't noticed this so you're inquiring about your order.
Your order was shipped out via airmail on 2016-12-05 with the reference number SYLLT40834101. So you shall receive the order before [2017-01-02], which is the 28th day of shipping. I placed 2 orders a day apart for cell phone cases and a car charger. Well I got the one order but I have not received the second order. It has been over a month ago. This is ridiculous. They closed my tickets that I sent and I can't get in touch with them It is like playing ring around the rosey. How do I get answers. That is what I want to know. I will never order from them EVER. Bad customer service and no number to talk to someone.

This site its a complete joke. Wishing I had seen all of these before buying from them. Received one thing out of 3 that I order in one cart. Was very excited about it. Now the other 2 things that I paid 5-8 day shipping for are still not here and it's been 15 BUSINESS DAYS since it SHIPPED. The "customer service" is a joke. They don't help you. Now I have a $35 shipment that we'll see if it comes, and an outfit for my dog that we'll see if it ever comes.
Will NOT EVER use miniinthebox again. Or light in the box.
Now just to hope my stuff actually comes.
Great quality for surprisingly low prices. And shipping is free. My friends and I ordered so many things there already. Minus is that we have to wait for about a month for parcel to be delivered, but it worth it.
I got reply on my reviews as my item has been shipped via airmail but check the status in Order status, it is till processing. Do you just copy paste? Or really go and check the order status before replying?

This sucks! After 2 month and 2 complaints, I am still waiting for my phone case. Shipment via China Post and no tracking leads in frustration. I have asked for money back, hoping to close this order and shop elsewhere.

This website is nothing but a scam! I have made 2 purchases and both never arrived! They just keep telling me to wait and wait and wait! Until they ger fed with you and will just issue a refund! Could have used all that time to order somewhere else and actually get the product!
