I ordered a mini iPad cover on April 19, they cashed my money next day, and I still haven't seen the product as of May 11. I feel they are making money from the customers money interest. I would never recommend anyone to buy a thing.
I am a small new business and ordered a couple of items, i paid for fast delivery ect, my order should have been here yesterday and now there saying upto 15 days... erm thats not what i paid for, very unprofessional.
I WILL NOT be using these again as there customer service leaves alot to desire too, i pad for fast delivery not snail pace, thanks but im now out of pocket due to cancellations of my services as my clients were promised a date and you couldnt follow

I bought one thing 2 years ago and since then I have just been bombarded with email after email. Unsubscribed dozens of times, changed my email address on my account and found no way to contact them. Way to conduct business idiots. It's gone from "going to buy more from you" to "I'm going out of my way to stop other people buying from you". Don't touch this mob or they'll molest your sanity.
I ordered some led lights on 25/1 and PAID for expedited shipping with expected 3-4 day delivery. Item still hadn't arrived so I contacted customer services and was told that they have shipped via Airmail with delivery expected within 14-28 days!
But I should be happy because they gave me some "credit" to use on my next order for the inconvenience. What next order?
I have purchased excellent merchandise from MiniInTheBox. I love their items and cant stop shopping on their site. Their stuff is very affordable and has a wide variety too choose from it is a pleasure doing business with them, and if their is any problems they are very quick to respond and solve the problem :)
When I got this to my age old aunt I never thought her happiness could soar this height. Its easy for her to use it, never forget the pills anymore, no more plastic bags to carry the pills. Its airtight and durable and above all the cheapest substitute for the life long plastic bags.

Womens watch Fashionable Transparent Case. Very nice watch well made and looks great on. This watch is of a very high standard.
The title says it all really. Ordered a bunch of Arduino parts. All turned up well packaged and right on time. The only bug bear in the whole process, nothing to do with MiniInTheBox really, but was part of the whole experience (hence 4 not 5 stars), was that the shipper wanted to charge almost as much as the items themselves for import duty and fees. Once that was sorted (by me doing self import), all was great.
If I could give this retailer a zero star rating I would. I placed an order and paid extra for expedited shipping 5-8 days and that was 25 days ago. Every time I ask when my item will come i get an email that pushes it out to 20 days, then 30 days, then 35 days. I don't think it will ever come and they will not give me a refund. DO NOT order from this company. If you do, do so at your own risk.

Order goods through Miniinthebox with a 3-5 delivery tag.
More than 3 weeks after no communication from them and nothing done about the order.
Luckily I bought through PayPal, so I managed to get my money back.
I gave them a second chance to reput the order through at the same price with a 2 week delivery date. I have been politely told to get lost. Not ordering from this guys anymore... If you want to save your time and money, go somewhere else!
Let's start with the good. I did get the items I ordered and they are ok. Now for why I won't do it again. The delivery time was terrible. It took two weeks and of course there was no tracking info provided. Next and worse is the email barrage I continue to receive. I have done their optout procedure. The emails are still coming. Save yourself the aggravation and buy elsewhere.

Please note because the shipping method you chose for this order was postal service(without tracking service). It's the cheapest shipping method we have, while takes the longest shipping time for delivery. It usually takes 10-20 working days (14-28 calendar days) for the package to arrive. And we state it in the shipping method choosing part at the check out page when you placed this order. So it's normal that you still haven't received the package because it's still in transit. And it doesn't provide online tracking service. We guess you might haven't noticed this so you're inquiring about your order.
Your order was shipped out via airmail on 2016-11-29 with the reference number 42009553324. So you shall receive the order before [2016-12-27], which is the 28th day of shipping. I really like MiniInTheBox. They delivery and support is fast, and they are having good, nice products. When I had a problem with one of the product (it was my mistake) they proactively offered a refund.
Placed an order 2 weeks before Christmas, said it was 2-3 day shipping. The "processing" took over a week, so I canceled the order. It is now February 9 and I am still waiting for my refund! I have sent numerous "tickets" regarding my order and get the run around every time! I will never place an order with this company again, not worth the headache.

I bought a metal watch strap for my new watch. Paid for 2-4 day express shipping. Takes over a week to receive my product and it showed up without the pins to put it in my watch. No way of calling them to resolve issue and after I put in a ticket they claim it's for wrong thing because already received package and it is now return or exchange departments issue. No way to contact that department.
Edit: Was contacted by the customer service department. They gave me a full refund and still sent me a replacement of my product. Still took some time to receive it but Betty was very helpful.

My experience with this company is the same as all reviews written before me. Ordered, paid, received an e-mail that told me it was shipped, over a month later-never received it-thievery.
I gladly give my order ID, but since it was requested, this makes me wonder if this site is also affiliated with mini-in-the-box.
I believe that I will go to other review sites as well. I want to be heard.

I placed an order on 15th Feb 2016, it did not arrive, I contacted customer services and they agreed to re-send the order telling me I would receive a confirmation despatch email with a tracking number, I did not receive one.
I also received an email telling me that my problem had been resolved and to close the complaint ticket, I did this and have heard absolutely nothing since!
There is no way what so ever of being able to contact MiniInTheBox without an open order!
I have sent all the details via Facebook but it has not been seen and certainly not replied to!

I ordered 25-02-1027 a leather I-Pad case from "miniinthebox".
Product was shipped the very same day and was delivered at my address in approx. 2 weeks, much faster than expected!
Second surprise was the quality of the leather protection case! I-Pad fits in perfectly and is now well protected.
I only have one small remark...
There are good openings in the case for the camera lenses at both sides and the on/off button. Only missing opening is for the button at the side of the I-Pad to set the sound high/low/off.
But this is such a small failure that I never considered of returning the case as I am very happy with quality and colour of it.
