"Very very bad shopping experience

The confirmation e-mail said the items will take a maximum of 17 days to be delivered. Now the customer service say it will not be delivered until end of month, making the delivery period 30days not 17. When contacted, the after sales guy said it is 17 business days! Although the confirmation did not mention it being business days at all! After sales representative was not helpful at all and tried to blame things on me"

I placed an order after looking at the time estimate for delivery. Only after submitting my payment did the website clarify and additional week for delivery. That didn't work with my time frame, so I sent two emails the same day requesting a cancellation of the order. No reply.
I checked back in several days later and still no reply, so I went back to the website and live chatted with a representative. I was promised an email response and when I finally received it, it stated I couldn't cancell my order because I was outside the time window outlined in their policy.
To further insult me, I rehad to argue in two different email chains, one in response to my original emails via the website and another in response to the live chat, each providing conflicting information regarding my order cancellation and refund.
All said and done, more than ten days later the "refund" that they processed only returned the product amount and did not include the shipping costs I was charged. Therefore, I also had to make several phone calls to my credit card company to have the charges credited to my account.
Please do not order anything from this company. They do not respond to emails in a timely fashion, they provide conflicting information, and they do not provide refunds as promised.

My experience with Milanoo has always been great ever since I started buying their products. I don't like how long it takes for my items to get to me, but considering it comes from another country and the fact that they do a quality control on the items before they get shipped... that is pretty cool! I like Milanoo tons!

I ordered 4 dresses from Milanoo. Took long to get them although they charged my credit card immediately. One dress that was blue was 2 different colors did not look right at all. The others had a strange fit very short waisted for me at 5'7". I wanted to return all got the RA number from them packed all with the paperwork and returned via ups. I provided them the tracking number. I also tracked it. It was received and signed for 1 week ago and they say they never got it so no credit of my $300+! I have emailed them multiple times. Email goes to China and they communicate with their return site in California so it takes days. So now I need to go to my credit card company and try to dispute it. Don't buy from them if you think you may have to return the items you may never get your credit back. I shop on line all the time. This is my worst return experience ever!

I ordered an outfit for a photoshoot but didn't do the shoot for a couple months. It was a unitard and the hands and finger component was sewed in backwards and unusable. I contacted customer service, sent several photos and was told that they continuously needed more photos though I couldn't take anything that would show it better. I have bought several things from this site but the customer service was so poor that I would not use them again!

My first exprience with this site last year was a great one, I ordered a lolita that arrived very quickly.

Now I am STILL waiting for an order that was placed on the fourth of November and it is getting completely ridiculous. I asked them what was up and they said that was lost during the quality control inspection... ummm... how exactly do you lose an entire dress?

Considering canceling my order. This is insane.

Do not buy from the site I placed an order on November 10th and still have not received it they make it absolutely impossible to contact any human being and only handle their customers through live chat. Now although the items are discounted I'm actually worried from what I've read to actually receive my order. So if you buy from the site be prepared to wait at least 3 weeks to receive your order. Also expect to only talk to someone through the computer and receive an occasional email this site does not put their customers first and is not accurate on its shipping time. Therefore I will never order from them again and don't suggest anybody else does.

This was my first time ordering something from there... I order a wallet and had myself on the super saver shipping, which took 20 days. So once they shipped it out, it said it will arrived at least around 11/28/13 but it came early and I was glad... this might be the only time I'll do it again

SCAM! Extremely disappointed with this company and how they make it impossible to return anything. I have ordered a few times from them. I should have learnt my first time when they made it impossible to return a pair of shoes I spent $70.00 on, that I have never even worn once because they came too small. But this last time ruined my whole experience with them. First off, I ordered a jacket that looked nothing like the picture. It was so cheap, the cuffs in the picture weren't even sewn on... how cheesy. To make a long story short I have been getting nothing but the run around. I went to live chat first, then they gave me a email addy so I could get a return number. So i emailed them. Then they emailed me back a day later and gave me a link so I could get the return number if I logged into my account. AND how convenient... I can pick every item for the RMA number but the product I want to return. I have emailed them 3 times now, with no avail. I don't know this is a tough one but HOW ABOUT YOU JUST MAKE IT EASY TO RETURN AN ITEM... ONE BUTTON... ONE NUMBER. OR YOU COULD AUTHORIZE LIVE CHAT TO GIVE THE RMA NUMBER! This would be easier if this company was legit! This company blows for customer service and this experience has ruined it for me. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a lolita dress and a hairpiece. It has long sleeves and ends an inch or two above the knees. I ordered a small because I'm petite and short. I should've ordered a medium, perhaps even a large. The measurements aren't true as on the website. Note: LOOK FOR HIDDEN ZIPPERS. Mine is still small, but a side zipper made me able to put it on. It took about 3 weeks for me to receive my order. Both of my items were packaged in a bag (gallon sized) and smelled mildewy. The hairpiece was perfect and looks exactly like the picture. The dress looks exactly like the picture as well, but the material is rough... I haven't worn it since I've received it.
Customer service was okay. I contacted them about the sizing and they said shipping for a return is $20.

This company is a SCAM!

This company is a SCAM! Do NOT purchase from this company. I bought a dress, which took 2 months to arrive, then was too small, and then they make it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them and get a refund! Count any money you spend here as GONE. This is a chinese scam company with no one in America to deal with. They do a great job on their website to lure you in. They look totally legit. But their products are crap. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. I ordered a zentai suit for halloween and paid extra to have it custom made to my measurements. They sent a monstrosity large enough for an elephant and long enough for the jolly green giant. Then they refused to send a return authorization for 3 weeks saying they aren't sure they made it wrong. Even with pictures showing the extra foot of fabric at the hands and another foot of fabric at the feet or the suit that was supposedly made for a 55 foot 2inch tall person, they maintain they can't see the problem where they made it wrong. Despite repeated requests for a return authorization so I could have the issue corrected by Halloween, they have done nothing but send b. S. emails denying their ability to see the obvious. You clearly did something wrong (like take my money for custom and just pull something off of the shelf) if there are several feet of costume left after I'm in it. My seamstress is 6 feet something and much broader and she said she can fit what Milanoo sent. Oh yeah, they remain unable to see what they did wrong even with pictures of the seamstress's pinning in multiple areas to correct the garment. Thank God for Pay Pal and its ability to provide relief from such unscrupulous practices. SCAM city beware!

I ordered quite a variety of products from Milanoo including a wig, a few pairs of shoes and a pillow. I qualified for free shipping at the time and it was quite fast to arrive considering I am in Australia.
The wig was of excellent quality and I have since ordered more - they're nice and thick as some longer wigs look quite sparing around the crown when you put them on.
The shoes were tricky as the sizing wasn't absolutely accurate so some didn't fit which was really disappointing as the measuring charts were quite detailed and the shoes were super nice. They were great quality though and even better than the photos, and I managed to find a friend who fit into them perfectly.
The pillow was perhaps the greatest thing I have ever bought online as it was a body pillow and arrived all shrunk up and tiny then puffed to full size once I opened it, which of course was incredibly amusing to watch. That doesn't really help this review though... so I will say that it was a pretty cheap quality but it was cheap to buy so such should be expected.
All in all, perhaps the products weren't consistent in having accurate descriptions or their quality, but I was still reasonably satisfied with my purchase.

J'ai commandé une robe lolita chez milanoo pour l'anniversaire de ma fille, j'ai bien suivi leur tableau des tailles afin d'être sure d'avoir la bonne taille! Le colis est arrivé assez vite! Mais le souci c 'est que la taille de la robe etait bien trop petite, et les lacets aussi! J'ai donc demandé un échange contre une autre robe! Mais ils n'ont pas l'air de comprendre et me propose un remboursement! Je viens de faire mon retour, j'espère que tout ira bien! Je trouve quand même exagéré de devoir payer les frais de retour ainsi qu'aprés, encore des frais pour la 2ème commande que je suis obligée de faire! Je vais demandé a milanoo une éxonération des frais pour ma prochaine commande car c'est trés cher! 18€ pour la 1ere commande qui ne va pas a cause de leur tableau de tailles, puis les frais de retour de la poste puis encore 18€ pour l'échange de la robe! La robe me revient trés cher, et encore c est dans le cas ou ma 2ème commande se passe bien! C est la dernière fois que je commande sur milanoo, ca revient trop cher!
