I PLACED OVER $300.00 ITEMS IN MY CART AND THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE $50.00 FOR SHIPPING WHEN THEIR SITE READS FREE SHIPPING FOR OVER $139.00. THE SITE SAYS IF YOU SIGN UP YOU GET $10.00 OFF... NOT TRUE. I HAVE LITERALLY WAISTED OVER AN HOUR SHOPPING FOR NOTHING. UCK THEM I WILL SHOP WITH AMAZON!

Milanoo was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I mistakenly thought it was an American company, but the cheaply made products from China proved me wrong. The boots I bought were so awful that I returned them, but the shipping cost back to China was a ridiculous £32 on top of the original £70 price. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent, with no email address or any way to contact them. This lack of communication even limits which couriers you can use for returns. Avoid Milanoo at all costs!

My customer service experience with them was awful. I ordered the dress I did because they said it would ship within 24 hours. It SUPPOSEDLY shipped 5 days later! And even then, had no tracking information to indicate it had actually shipped for several more days. All I asked for was a refund of shipping only, and they refused.

Pls Avoid from these types of Fraud people and Bakwas Stuff.
They make people fool and never replace and Refund...
They will pick a call or reply your sms, email or Whattsapp msg...
They only take money then vanish...

We ordered this dress for my daughters senior prom. After placing the order the company reached out to us to ask for her exact measurements. The communication was great and the dress was received on time and above expectations. It is a very well made, good quality dress! Super stunning! My daughter had so many compliments!

Perfect Dress

At first, I was a bit nervous ordering my prom dress online but I am very pleased with the outcome. The dress came way before expected and the company replied to any concerns I had right away. I also got my measurements done custom and I had a few requests to change the dress to my liking and it was perfect. I definitely recommend this website if you don't wanna spend too much on a prom dress!

Ordered metallic champagne plunging V-neck pleated glitter dress XS based on the sizing chart. Received the dress within the time frame specified, which was great. However, the dress did not fit. The dress was too big, and very long. It was a final sale, so I am unable to return it.

NEVER AGAIN!

Do not order from this company - the quality isn´t good and the retrun policy is even worse! I am from Germany and they made it such a hustle to return a never worn Jumpsuit. I had to give reasons why I wanted it to be return and had to add pictures, then they were telling me I didn´t do the measuerement properly. And they do not pay for the return. So it might be fine if you order and it perfectly fits but as soon as you need to send something back it will be a nightmare! I will never order from Milanoo again!

Very poor product and a fraud

Bought sandals looked totally different when arrived. Asked for refund but had to pay shipping cost both ways and restocking fee. They make it very difficult to return even though they w show"easy return". Do not buy from this site.

This site is a scam! Do not purchase anything from this site, on the 9th of October I ordered Pu black Toe heel booties with expedited shipping. The shipping said it's take 3-5 business days, after the 5th day I reach out to them requiring an update, a tracking number regarding my item, they Message me back within 24hrs stating that I have to provide bank statements showing confirmation of my purchase. That was a red flag! I then told them that no clothing company ask for no form of bank statements. So I then called my bank about this transaction to get a refund of $120.41, the teller then told me that this transaction is on auto pay and this company is processing an additional $120.41 out my account. I had to cancel my card and order a new one DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I texted the company two times to get tracking information and never got a reply. I had to wait for a month to receive my package. Your customer service department sucks. That is if you even have a department. I ordered a costume for my daughter. When we received the costume it was poor quality and cheap looking. I feel we were ripped off! When I pay a lot of money for something I expect it to look like the picture. I also expect it to at least stay together while she is trying it on. It ripped under the arm and the side zipper broke. I will never order anything from this company again. All I can say is buyers beware! Overpriced and poor quality! As you can see the add shows a white part at the bottom and it's not included.

I've ordered numerous times from milanoo. Shoes, leggings and purses. I did my research and found both good and bad reviews about the site. I based my purchases on those reviews as well. I'm a medium size lady (between 135-145 pounds, height 5,4) so the leggings I bought fit me just right. If you're larger than that they will be really tight on you. People need to realize this company is from China and the majority of the women there are slim. Measure yourself before you purchase clothes because they offer a sizing chart. I waited 3 to 4 weeks for all the times I bought and this were 3 different purchases. About right since it came from China to the US.
