Do not order from this company - the quality isn´t good and the retrun policy is even worse! I am from Germany and they made it such a hustle to return a never worn Jumpsuit. I had to give reasons why I wanted it to be return and had to add pictures, then they were telling me I didn´t do the measuerement properly. And they do not pay for the return. So it might be fine if you order and it perfectly fits but as soon as you need to send something back it will be a nightmare! I will never order from Milanoo again!

I had a nice experience buying for the first time throw this website and my wedding dress. I paid the extra to have the dress with my measurements but when arrived was still a bit big for me as I looses weight. The material and shape was really nice and shipping super fast. I had to paid customs clearance when order arrived to my country but they refund after the amount. All the guest where asking where I bought such a nice dress:-). A secret... Thanks a lot and I will for sure order again.

Dress arrived a little later than expected, but they already told me in advance so that's perfect. The size fits perfectly, at least in my case. I had to contact them for a size change and they didn't give me any trouble, on the contrary, they gave me facilities so that I could choose the correct size. I am very happy with the purchase, I would definitely buy there again.

They just a horrible company to be so known.
I been emailing them about my refund for a few days an no reply!
I even ups tracking their Item/Shirt back to them so I know they received because ups said they sign for it it an still nothing.
I will never purchase from them again

My wedding was last week and finally worn the beautiful dress I ordered from Milanoo. The sizing was accurate to the measurements I sent. The details are beautiful, the quality was amazing! And the time to make the dress and ship it was beyond amazing. Aside from how beautiful the dress was, the customer service was top notch. Even after receiving my dress and made my full payment, I messaged Milanoo wedding dress I stilling got a response in a timely manna! Definitely a well trusted company and deserves to be a huge brand. I just wanted to say Thank You!

I ordered from milanoo about 3 times now. I alawys received my items about a month later. Once I, among other things, ordered some nail polish and did not come, and another time the leggings were out of stock, both times they refounded imediatly. There was no problem comunicating with them.
And the products I have received, mostly I was happy with. Compared with the low prices the quality is good.

I had a terrible experience ordering from Milanoo, and will never order from them again. The dress that arrived at my house was way small and had two snags in it. They made it an absolute nightmare to return, and communications with customer service were awful. I was not refunded back my entire amount. Shipping the dress back to China was super frustrating... they would not have refunded me unless I contacted them several times asking where my money was. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

El vestido llegó bien un poco más tarde de lo establecido, pero ya me avisaron por adelantado así que perfecto.
La talla concuerda perfectamente, al menos en mi caso.
Tube que ponerme en contacto con ellos por un cambio de talla y no me pusieron ninguna pega, es más todo lo contrario me dieron facilidades para que pudiera elegir la talla correcta.
Estoy muy contenta con la compra, sin duda volvería a comprar allí.

This is a SKETCHY site! They have bad return/refund policies, take a LONG time to reply, and their product reviews EXCLUDE bad reviews. Other people I know who have used the site, as well as myself, wrote reviews of products and if it's not a 5 star review, they don't post it.

They basically want t pull you in, give you badly made products, make it so you can't return or get refunded, then make a profit.

Save yourself the trouble and don't buy anything from here! HORRIBLE SITE.

Mi experiencia con milanoo ha sido 100x100 recomendable, compre un vestido de novia precioso, de una calidad suprema por el precio, no tiene nada que envidiar a un vestido caro. Además compre varios accesorios para mi boda y todo tal cual se describe, de buena calidad, y fieles a los plazos de entrega. La comunicación con atención al cliente es rápida y eficaz. Recomiendo Milanoo totalmente.

This site is a scam! Do not purchase anything from this site, on the 9th of October I ordered Pu black Toe heel booties with expedited shipping. The shipping said it's take 3-5 business days, after the 5th day I reach out to them requiring an update, a tracking number regarding my item, they Message me back within 24hrs stating that I have to provide bank statements showing confirmation of my purchase. That was a red flag! I then told them that no clothing company ask for no form of bank statements. So I then called my bank about this transaction to get a refund of $120.41, the teller then told me that this transaction is on auto pay and this company is processing an additional $120.41 out my account. I had to cancel my card and order a new one DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
