Full of lies!

After 2 weeks of placing order, my order status is still "processing". Every time, I email them to ask about it, they say not to worry, that they will "ship first thing tomorrow". Never happens. Still waiting on order. 3 weeks now and still not yet shipped. My baby will probably arrive before the maternity clothes from this website arrives, if it ever arrives.

It's really an amazing experience i have at Milanoo.com. First bought at this site, I ordered a pair of sandals which attracted by its special red floral wedge espadrilles with and also the price of $29.99, which is never seen at the local shoe stores. So, I ignored all the negative reviews at sitejabber. Yet, I think i am so lucky, and received my sandals that suits my feet perfect and also matches my maxi dress very well. I am so happy that milanoo scam site can give me such a beautiful sandal. Maybe every thing really have both good and bad times, and I met the good times of Milanoo.

Milanoo is a middleman, which means that they get your order, and whoever can do it the cheapest makes it. This means that you're basically stuck with a grab bag, so sometimes you'll get a horrible polyester nightmare, and sometimes everything will turn out okay. In my opinion, the risk isn't worth it, but if you have your heart set on the price, it's up to you.

Just order a black witch costume, total cost $28.99, i am so excited that i get a free shipping, and fully expecting for costume that i will wear in my friend's birthday. When item comes it really makes me disappointed. Style and quality just not the same with model.

Horrendous Service

Items looked nothing like their photos, communication with the staff was ridiculous and completely unprofessional, items did not come when they were meant to despite me paying extra for 'next day delivery' and I was unable to get a full refund because they 'still had to pay the dressmaker!'

Extremely nervous about buying online from abroad however when I googled wedding shoes, and fell in love with a pair from milanoo, I thought I'd risk it. I could afford to lose the £80 so took a risk. After around a month, they arrived. These are heels with a lot if fetal, and pearls all over. I was delighted to see that they were exactly as on the picture, and even more delighted that they fit... I cannot wait to wear these on my special day... I love them. To explain, I rarely buy clothes on line and only if easily returned... I'm 43 and love nice quality clothes so my expectations were low after mixed reviews but based on my experience, I felt it only fair to share.

I have great experience with milanoo. The proceed time and shipping is rather fast (I order on 4 January and it arrives on 12 January, which means it only need 9 days until it's arrived. Also, The packaging is neatly packaged, so it comes safely to my home. For the quality, it was great and better compared to the picture. The customer service did a great job too, they help me on how to order and answer my question clearly. As for the price, I think it's rather pricey. But, i was satisfied with the item (yellow lolita shooting star bag) that I ordered.

I would not order anything from this company. All they do is give you a run around when you need to return and item. I have been trying to return a dress since January. It does not fit correctly and the workmanship is terrible. I am still waiting on a reply about my return/refund. THe customer service is POOR quality just like their dresses!

I received this dress today, it's totally stunning. I ordered mine in champagne and had the custom fit being a curvy tall bride. I was not one bit disappointed, it is made beautifully and the colour and fabric are fabulous. I would recommend this site to any bride and bridesmaid. I also ordered my bridesmaid outfit from here and again it's brilliant. I have tried many dressed on most 5 times the price and this matches them stitch for stitch, I cannot wait to wear for my wedding in my big day!

Bought a set of bikini for my wife as present. The design and cutting is great and material is soft and comfortable. Overall the quality exceeded my expectation consider its price. However, their could do better in their shipping speed. I almost missed our anniversary.

This was my first time ordering something from there... I order a wallet and had myself on the super saver shipping, which took 20 days. So once they shipped it out, it said it will arrived at least around 11/28/13 but it came early and I was glad... this might be the only time I'll do it again

I have ordered from this site may times and have always had a positive experience. I love the products and selection and most definitely their prices. I have had no hassles with shipping. My products usually arrive earlier than I expect, which is nice! Also, when I ask questions on the site they are prompt to answer and are very helpful. Shipping can be costly but they often discount it or sometimes offer it for free, also they always have so sort of coupon or sale going on.

I ordered an xl and normally a size 4 in US but the item was tiny and made to fit a child. I requested to return it and they said no they could send me $5 off a new order. I would never order from this company ever again and plan on rating them in every place I can so others don't waste money with them.

Don't do it

Terrible service. I spent $500 on 4 pairs of boots and they all didn't fit properly and 1 pair was even defective. I requested a refund and they have now been asking me question after question about the shoes and why they don't fit and what size I would order instead and asking for pictures. The problem isn't the sizing, they are just ill fitting. I just told them if I don't receive a refund or return label by the end of the week then I will do a charge back. This company sucks!

I ordered a Halloween Costume not knowing it was in China! Had I known I would have never ordered! I ordered my 7 year old son his costume October 6th and the site with my receipt said arriving in 7-10 days by October 17th but it arrived November 3 2019 after a couple emails I had to exchange! It kept saying in route but for three weeks un was at the Shanghai airport stuck then it finally arrived! Too late! I had to go and buy a costume last minute. When I emailed to return they had the nerve to say I would be charged 15% for restock! Are you kidding me? Restock of what? I have it sitting in my kitchen literally in the same shipment package and it's going back! I want my refund! I'm reporting this company for fraud

My shoes have arrived! Would like to say, I am so pleased with them! I LOVE them! I am truly grateful for your wonderful service. This is my first purchase on Milanoo, at first I am a bit confused about how to place the order. Especially with paypal for I never used that before either. My questions are cleared after I gave an email on Milanoo help center. Customer service is excellent ,Thank you for your speedy response. I would love to buy more shoes from here again. I ordered a recital dress from this site in January. It looks like a legit site (but I must have missed a few spelling errors when I was looking around). It was supposed to be delivered at the end of the month. It's been almost two weeks since then. I've been sending emails, complaint messages, and I even tried the online live chat option, and they didn't respond for a half an hour so I just clicked out of it. NO ONE has helped me at all to figure out where on earth the dress I ordered is! And when I read the return policy, I was extremely disappointed. They only refund you maybe half the price, if at all... I really wish I had read the fine print, and these reviews.

Purchased a 1st communion dress for our god-daughter. When the dress finally arrived it was the wrong color and returning it was out of the question as Milanoo has a re-stock fee and required us to pay the return shipping. Rather than waste any more time or money we donated the dress to a charity that assists families dealing with financial difficulties. I hope the dress created a wonderful memory for a deserving young lady.

Their products are *nothing* like picture. You order a cute pink Lolita dress and get a dress the quality of Drew Barrymore's prom dress from "Never been kissed".

I just brought a cosplay from them a couple weeks ago. When it came in this week I learn there was a price missing and I email them. What replay I got didn't mike any sense so I ask them if there shipping the missing piece and again they dance around the question. In the first email they said that if I don't get the missing piece they well refund me 15 USD on my order which isn't much when u pay over 100. This site is a total rip off.
