I wished I had read all the reviews before I made a purchase. I have been sending emails for the past 3 days to receive a return label, which they don't have available on-site nor do they have a contacting number. I get no response other than "A college will reply shortly " tf is that. I will not wear this cheap material dress Ever! I'd like my money back.
Yet they still charge a restocking fee nd still have to pay for postage... this site is a joke. Don't buy from them

I was looking for a costume for an up coming anime convention. The costume was cheap and I went ahead and bought it with my debit card. Not 10 minutes later I get a call from my bank saying my account has been frozen. I've sent 4 e-mails so far to cancel the order and tried the live chat but no reply's. Though this all just happened today, after reading these I get the feeling I won't be getting any reply's. I consider my self lucky though non of my money was taken, the account was frozen before they could.

This has been the worst experience EVER! They are scam artists. I don't believe anything that I was ever told by them. I should have known ordering from what is prob some kind of sweat shop over in China was going to be a problem. I have been promised a refund within 48 hours... we will see what happens. I won't be holding my breath!

Fraud! They remove the cloth labels and falsely advertising items materials and sizes, It is extremely expensive to send products back and if you do it anyway they will take about %30 for restocking and shipment and you end up with almost nothing back so its doesn't worth it to return items.(costed me $50 to return 5 items)
Out of 7 items i bought only 1! Was as described... complete waste of time and money

What was advertised as made of cotton was in fact made of 100% cheap synthetic material and poorly made, also the size chart for this is wrong as it much smaller then it is.
They remove all the cloth tags so you have zero information from the manufacture on what you buy.

This is not a trusted company

I know this website got a bad rep, but it seems they've cleaned up their act! Mind you, I didn't order anything customized, but I did order materials that were extremely time sensitive. Their customer service got back to me within one business day each time I contacted them. They were able to give me full, detailed information. What's better, they shipped and delivered my package a WEEK before it was expected to arrive. Their customer service reps were extremely professional and helpful. They sent me wonderful extra gifts, and free shipping. I'm definitely ordering from them again! I hope you give them another chance!

Too small
December 19, 2017

Im a north American. I wear a large. I ordered extra large clothes. Apparently with this company x-large is medium sized. Cant fit into anything! Thanks for wasting my time and money! I will never order online again especially from this deceiving dishonest company! Took forever to get here too! Thanks again Milanoo! You suck!

This company makes the worst scammers look good!

Avoid them at all costs. The site and selection of items looks wonderful, but what you receive when you order is nothing like they advertise. All complaints are strung out and then just avoided. Refunds never happen even when they admit fault. Save your money and never shop with them!

Milanoo is great! I bought there Color Eye Shadow Cosmetic Palette and This product is very cheap but it isn´t because of it´s quality. Very intensive colours inside practical box, ideal for travelling an for casual days too. So I recommend this website.

Milanoo is a mixed bag. You get great deals, but you get what you pay for. My orders are usually hit and miss. The sizing will either be perfect or too small. However, I continue to order from them and then return the incorrect items, or give them to someone else.

Customer service is ok. Not the best, but also not the worse. Order in bulk and use discount codes. That way it all evens out in the end.

I ordered in November in hopes to get it before Christmas. This was a gift for my granddaughter That was so anxious to have this. As Christmas got closer I started to write the company because of course there's no number. I received a reply to research and see if the carrier had my package. I found the carrier did not. They've yet to give me my refund. This is not a legit site and their reviews are all negative. That has to show you how sketchy they are. Unless you plan on giving your money away, DO NOT order from them. Now I don't care about the money, it's how sketchy they are, so my goal is to exploit them on every social media I possibly can.

Rude, unprofessional, not worth the headache...

All items on site is "made to order" at an office in China, this is why it takes so long. I attempted to cancel my dresses because it was taking way too long for the shipment and customer service kept refusing to cancel and insisted they still ship it to me. This back and forth went on for 2 weeks and there was no reasoning with them.

They are horrible, horrible! Don't waste your time!

Milanoo quickly reimbursed my Paypal account when I contacted them about my shoes not being able to be shipped to me in time for an event. Be aware if you are ordering from US it will take 12 business days for processing on top for estimated shipping time. Milanoo customer support was fast to respond. Thank you!

Great clothing

I only ordered from milano once but I must say that the shipping did not take so long, the clothing was of good quality and everything I purchased look like what was advertised in the photos I even got a free gift with my purchase. Very nice site to buy from will definitely buy from there again.

The 4~5 star ratings on this scam website seem fake to me or people are just really blind. Milanoo uses fake pictures, writes fake reviews, and the quality of the clothes is just horrible (obviously). I would suggest reading multiple reviews on this website before purchasing any items and of course looking for youtube videos concerning this website to check if the items are really authentic (this method is very useful). I've had a recent issue using this method of research on Oasap and my clothes have not delivered after 29 days... very unfortunate but those things can't be helped. Buying items online from China is very risky especially if the customer service is complete crap... BE WARNED!

Thieves frauds

I guess im not alone here with this company. But they are still around and doing business. Some asian company with unethical practices. Forcing customers to buy from them. I asked them to cancel my order in emails they avoided me. Then said they will only give me back 50% of the purchase price with no product? They are desperate people. How would this bring customers back? They dont get it. I suspect they have other issues also. Bad products. Bad customer service. Greedy people. No way. Dont go to them for any business. The only way they will learn.

Ordered a pair of shoes. Milanoo shipped the wrong size. Simple problem, right? When asking for them to correct the issue, Milanoo will ask for picture proof to be sent to them, then claim to never receive the pictures. After back and forth with their "customer support" I've found that it's not worth my time to pursue it any further. Don't order from them -- even if you place the order correctly, they will still mess it up, and they don't have a way to correct it.

VERY POOR SERVICE

I ordered a black hat from this company on 26/06 which I needed for a funeral tomorrow. The website stated between 7/10 delivery and\i have not received the hat for my mother's funeral tomorrow. I've tried calling them on the phone which either just rings and cuts out or just cuts out immediately. I'm totally appalled as it looks like I wont even get a refund. I had checked out the negative reviews but I thought they cant be that bad but unfortunately they are. WATCH OUT Britain before ordering anything from this company.

I ordered a jacket for my daughter's birthday. The items took almost a month to arrive after having several items in the order cancelled because they were out of stock.
To cap it all off I was then charged an import duty on top before DHL would deliver the item.
The jacket was too small but I dare not return it because it will cost me to post it all the way back to China and another import duty on top.
Buy from a British company if at all possible, it is far easier!

This dress is awesome! I didn't know it was going to really be in two parts but I think I like that better. I got the custom size so it fits perfect. Just one suggestion, I put 18 inches and it's maybe 3 inches above my knees without the petticoat, so if you want a longer skirt (maybe to the knee) go for 21 or 22 inches. (Also you might want to get a petticoat separately there is a "under skirt" that comes with it that is very puffy but I got one just in case. Hope this helps!

I have to say that after reading the bad reviews for this company after I had already placed my order I was very worried about getting my package, that came like 2 weeks early! I ordered a white gown for a pageant, I asked to have it changed to a zipper back but even though they still sent me the corset back it fit perfect! I still have to get it altered since Im a shorty but the whole transaction was great. I might try ordering from them in the future since this one went well. If you decide to order do so with paypal that way if anything goes wrong you can get refunded.
