I have bought alot of items from shein over a long period of time. Although the items are not always as described you can return them free shipping but they do not always get them refunded back properly. They used to have good customer service people over there and they would take care of it asap. Now the customer service stinks. They have the worst agents. Wanting to argue with you over little piddly things and you have to go back many times to try to get the problem fixed with them. The last straw was my shein points expired and i was not alerted to this when i checked them. All i did was ask them to replace them so i could place my order. How hard is this? Only 200 points 2.00? And they have to argue with you about it? They are no good anymore. They are careless and they have terrible customer service. They want to loose a customer over this? They argue over everything we ask them to fix. Get rid of those agents and get better people back in there. I dont buy from them anymore i cant take the bad poor service. They dont listen. They refused to simply add back some points to my account from my last order. Appalling.

They are unprofessional mismanaged and a low level service company. I have nothing good to say about them. They dont know what they are doing over there. They will mess you up with your business needs. I say stay away from them. Maybe they will get it if people stop using them. Because with my experience they dont get it or even care about the customers experience. Totally negative feedback for them.

This company is just atrocious. A bunch of robots. So horrible. They dont listen to the customers at all. Its some goofy way of doing business there. Archaic. They let the computers run the show. If the stupid computer says something that compromises a customer to get into their acct. So be it. They have no way to get around it? So dumb. Try talking to them. Forget it. They all are robots. Walking sheep. Like the computer knows more than a human being? They cant override anything? Whos running this company anyway? Kids? Mature smart business people dont do things like this. They offend their customers with no regard to it. They make customers mad as? And still they continue on with their own crazy methods. They need to go. Now i know why all of my friends hate paypal and wont use them. Disgusting.

Way too difficult to deal with. Need an android or what ever phone texting, apps. Follow the crazy path to facebook. Do this do that. Too many steps just to list an item? Craigs list is easy 123. Even ebay. They wont return a call you cant leave a message. How rude. They can hide behind the computer screen detached customer service. Whos got time to deal with going back and forth to get signed up? Its a bunch of baloney. Another ridiculous company. If your a robot and want to deal with texting and cell phones all day long. Not a normal life. Some goof ball came up with this website just to list an item? Wont ever use them.

Im not sure about these people that run this site. Something seems off. They have contact emails on the site and on facebook but none of them work? They posted some info on the site about a product/homeopathy that is not true. I dont know their qualifications and thats the problem. Just writing information without good knowledge and or certification is not responsible. Im suspicious of sites that have no contact info or that cant communicate. Or communicate well. Im not sure what this site is actually for and who is running it? But they seem to have alot of bad reviews coming up. Not good. I dont think these people are professionals. I would stay away. The problem is now days anybody that has too much time on their hands can get a site. Not being transparent for a reason.

I guess im not alone here with this company. But they are still around and doing business. Some asian company with unethical practices. Forcing customers to buy from them. I asked them to cancel my order in emails they avoided me. Then said they will only give me back 50% of the purchase price with no product? They are desperate people. How would this bring customers back? They dont get it. I suspect they have other issues also. Bad products. Bad customer service. Greedy people. No way. Dont go to them for any business. The only way they will learn.

ARE YOU GUYS KIDDING? FROM THE BEGINNING THEY MESSED UP. ORDERED ITEM, SAID THEY HAD THE ITEM BUT NO THEY DID NOT. 7 DAYS LATER THEY EMAIL ME. TAKES FOREVER TO SEND THE ITEM OUT. THEN I NEVER GOT THE ITEM. SAID SHIPPED AND DELIVERED BUT NO NEVER WAS. USING ON-TRACK? SHIPPERS? THESE GUYS ARE UNORGANIZED AND DUMB. THEY NEED TO SHUT THE ONLINE ORDERING DOWN. THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING RIGHT. SO FRUSTRATED WITH THEM. NEVER AGAIN. BUT THEY DONT GET IT. THEY HIRE REALLY DUMB PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT HELP. PERIOD.

DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES? WHY? BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. THEY SELL BADLY MADE CLOTHING AND TRY TO GET AWAY WITH IT. HAD TO GO TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET MY MONEY BACK THEY TRIED TO AVOID ME. IGNORE ME. AND THE PROBLEM. WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS.IF THEY GAVE THE REFUND BACK AS THEY SHOULD THEY WOULDNT HAVE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS NO THEY WANT THE MONEY MORE! CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THEM IS NOT EVEN SOMETHING THEY GET. DONT SHOP THERE!
