My wedding was last week and finally worn the beautiful dress I ordered from Milanoo. The sizing was accurate to the measurements I sent. The details are beautiful, the quality was amazing! And the time to make the dress and ship it was beyond amazing. Aside from how beautiful the dress was, the customer service was top notch. Even after receiving my dress and made my full payment, I messaged Milanoo wedding dress I stilling got a response in a timely manna! Definitely a well trusted company and deserves to be a huge brand. I just wanted to say Thank You!

I had a terrible experience ordering from Milanoo, and will never order from them again. The dress that arrived at my house was way small and had two snags in it. They made it an absolute nightmare to return, and communications with customer service were awful. I was not refunded back my entire amount. Shipping the dress back to China was super frustrating... they would not have refunded me unless I contacted them several times asking where my money was. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I ordere I ordered some shoes from this company without following the space cardinal rule. Always read the reviews first! I waited almost 2 weeks before the order shipped. They only shipped because I tried to cancel the order. The package was left on my porch. I took it to UPS and told them I was declining the package. I received two phone calls from them asking what I wanted to do with the package. I explained that I declined once again. Milano inform them that I wanted the package. That was the reason for the second call. I realize that they were playing dirty after a lot of back and forth with Citibank they said they were unable to resolve the issue with Milano. Never have I ever heard of a company as big as Citibank not being able to reverse a charge. I don't have the package it is still at ups. Finally Citibank decided to issue me a credit for the full amount. Do not ever order from Milano! It is a fraud and a scam. I am still mad. The rating is actually zero Stars. Lowell W.

The order was created the 9th March, I received all good at 19th April (delivery time on internet site = 10 working days!). I really risked not to have the goods at the date even if I did the order in advance. I had to pay delivery cost at the courier (40€). Customer services is rude and useless and not available to refund expenses. I will never recommend!

Im writing here, responding to your enail. The percel arrived om December but I could never place the return sonce the cost of the return where over 100£
My point of discussion is that shoul be clear on the website and highlighted that the return have to be made in china. I would have never buy something that I knew i could not return. As an online shop this is unacceptable, you will never be able to try your clothes and moreover it's a scam couse just after you buy you know you have to send it back all the way to CHINA.
Unacceptable, I'd like to have a refund!

Returns need to be sent to a China address vis USPS!
And you have to pay for the return shippimng.
They also charge a 15% restocking fee.
If you don't return, they will only give you 15% of your purchase.

I ordered a pair of white boots on 27 November 2022 from Milanoo, which is actually a Chinese company. I paid 30 euros extra for fast shipping, on the website it said they would be delivered to me in 4 Days. Until 22 January 2023 I still haven't received the parcel. I wrote to them to inquire about my parcel, they wrote that they had sent it, and that it was not their problem if I had not received the parcel, to inquire at Fed Ex (a courier company), Fed Ex said they would deliver it the next day, which was 29 December. Until today the parcel has not arrived. I called Fed Ex again to see where my parcel is, they said that my parcel was destroyed at Milanoo's order, because they didn't reach me. Which of course is not true as I spoke to them several times on the phone, and even told them to leave the parcel in my post or in the front of the door...
So don't buy it as they don't deliver!
They are the biggest SCAMMERS!

Very disappointed. I bought a dress from Milanoo intended as my wedding dress and the dress came manufactured incorrectly. The button clasps were on the same side as the buttons so I wasn't able to close the wrists on the dress. When requesting for a return, customer service recommended I bring it to a local tailor instead of returning. Once they finally accepted the return, they informed that I would be responsible for the shipping costs and they would take 15% of the total cost for restocking fees. The dress is more money to ship back to China than it was to purchase. Because of this experience I unfortunately will not be buying anything from this website again.

I wanted to return my order as the size of the clothes I ordered was way too small. The customer service offered me a 15€ voucher and told me to sell the clothes on eBay. When I answered that I didn't want the voucher but I wanted my money back they just didn't answer anymore...
Not serious at all. I only gave 1 star because 0 stars were no option.

I bought my bride dress on this website, when it arrived it look nothing like the one the show in the pictures, but more like a carnival costume. The flowers on the corset where almost falling out, it looked so cheap and the materials where terrible.
I emailed them saying I wanted to return the item as it wasn't anything like the posted on their site. They said to me they would send me another one that I choose for 175 eu because that would be cheaper for me than actually return it. I told them I wanted my money back and why and they replied to me the dress was the same as they offered! I had to pay for the return and they took the money from the shipping even though it says is free... They only paid me half of it excusing themselves saying it was my fault! Don't ever buy in there, quality is super bad, the measurements are a joke, im their words it can be 6 cm bigger or smaller... Cause it seems is different in China. In other webs you can get a much cheaper offer and much better quality, run away from them!

I was looking for a simple, casual dress for a wedding party that was only for our families, and I found Milanoo. I fell in love at first sight with the beautiful dress in the picture and bought it. I didn't have much expectation until I received the dress, but when I received it, it was exactly as pictured and the sewing was so beautifully done. I was amazed at the price for such quality. I don't think I will ever wear a wedding dress for the second time (lol), but if you are looking for a wedding dress that is different and a little bit unique, I would definitely recommend you! Thank you Milanoo!

I've had all I can stand from this company. No problems making a purchase but a return? They send you in circles! Try to contact them through the site-you can only get so far and then if you have a question, there's no place to send it! I got pretty far with one purchase-all the way to "confirm return"-just a click away. But nothing happens when I click on this. I tried three different browsers so I know it's not that. I also have been trying to send back an order with the order number and a picture of the items still in the bags. I also included a pic of the shipping label WHICH HAS THE ORDER NUMBER RIGHT ON IT. Somehow they cannot find that order-over $100.00. They want me to "check again". What's to check? IT'S RIGHT THERE ON THE SHIPPING LABEL! BTW, everything-a total of 7 items between the two orders is junk. Don't be a sucker for thier cheap prices like me. It's very true-you get what you pay for I should have known better. That's my fault. But they have no right giving me the run-around. The two order's come to over 120.00 AMERICAN DOLLARS-they don't want to part with. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

There were a few problems with the order! I ordered customizations but they couldn't go through with it because I did not check my email the size was a little bit too small (I ordered M) and it ripped as soon as we tried it. But the shipping was fast (It only took 3 days to process and 2-3 days to ship!) and they were very helpful and kind, and offered to send a whole new outfit in L size to compensate for the faulty one (For free, they asked I only pay for half the expedited shipping fee!). Personally, I recomend ordering a little larger than what you think you need.^__^ Overall the quality is OK (100% polyester fabric).
