"I recently made an order on the 10th of october. I was told by fedex that it would be here on the 18th. On 18th i checked the tracking again and saw that it is not due for delivery. So i contacted Milanoo live chat and they told me it will be here. I paid extra for shipping and its still not here. I tried calling fed ex and they told me that package will not be delivered. I am so angry because it was an anniversary gift for my husband. When i spoke with them they told me the only thing was to wait for the package. No discount, no refund just to go on here and write a review or to like their fb page for a coupon off next purchase? Really this is what Customer Service is. I guess I shouldve known better since the company is out of country. Never Order from them."

I am being ignored about my return, which I did as requested and instructed to do. I took photos, uploaded them, got my RMA# and shipped them off in the exact condition they were received in, which was not the problem.
They simply did not fit.
Now I cannot access the site at all, cannot get an answer as to where my refund is, or anything else.
I told them of my concern of doing exactly as they require, and they kept telling me to calm down and be patient.
Well, I am not sure how much more calm and patient I can be.
I have a lawyer looking into this mess, and I've learned my lesson.
Stick to local stores, and had I realized what I was getting into, I surely would not have.

Good products and good prices but many of their policies are set up to make mistakes difficult to rectify.
My first order with milanoo, i got the sizing wrong. I requested to return the clothes for an exchange. Howeve, I went out of town on business and was unable to send it immediately. When i returned that once you request a return you must send it within a few days or you lose your ability to return the order.
Against my better judgement, I orders from them again. It was 10 percent off and free shipping. After i returned from PayPal, i pressed the submit button only to realise that the web page automatically opts in for "expedited" shipping and charges you high shopping rates after i had already agreed to a set price and free shipping when i entered my PayPal information. I believe this is done purposely. Secondly, there is no way to immediately cancel your order. You must send a message to customer service which will only send a reply when it is convenient for them. Replies usually take a good portion of a day since they are in China. Their online policy states that after 24 hours there is a restocking fee of 30 percent. I received a reply from them late the next night. They assured me i would get a full refund. But it was so close to the 24 hour deadline and it takes so long for them to respond, i was scared they would charge me the restocking fee. If it were a normal company i would believe the customer service rep, but due to my pervious bad experience, i could not trust them to go against their written policy.
To make things even worse, they claimed that die to my correspondence my order had to be delayed. Therefore they basically stole my expedited shipping money and didn't give me expedited shipping because i inquired about cancelling.
This company does not have good customer service by any means. Having a representative available does not equate with good service.
If you order from this company, be very very careful, double check all fees, stay on your ps and qs and hope you don't have to go out of town.
Milanoo provide great service through internet. I think secret to their success is the amazing customer service they provide. When i selecting my item it was really helpful that they have live chat. End result of that is i bought a dress which is very suit for me for competitive price. I highly recommend this site. Because i truly impressed about the customer service they provide.

If you buy from websites based in China a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, tablets, laser pointers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all... textiles like underwear and cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. This goes for palm reading too. Also it is interesting how the positive reviews on these pages are full of single reviewers with 4-6 helpful each hmmm. You decide for yourself.
PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.
I brought a wedding dress about $550 couple months ago and when I received the dress, it was missing a bow. So I request to return it because it was not my fault. At first Milanoo was happy to received the return. Later on told me they can do the refund because it was missing a bow and wored. Are they serious?!? That's why I return it. I just want to return it to be able to buy another dress. I paid for shipping and that was about $80. So I'm at a lost about/almost $700. They won't reply to any emails after a few emails. Calling them is worst. Bad company and customer service. Not true to their customer satisfaction.

When I opened the package I had received I was really excited because I had heard such great things about milanoo. Then I tried to put on the dress and the minute i held the dress up it began to rip. The zipper ripped off immediately. This was not because of my own handling because I was being really careful because I had spent a lot of money. The dress started to spread black stuff all over the room and it covered my body in it even though I hadn't even tried on the dress because it had ripped. This was a bad experience. The customer service is terrible and the number they gave me didnt work.

I was shocked at the very poor quality of the 4 dresses I returned.
I should have received a refund of $96.95 (minus tax) just for the cost of the 4 returned items. I received a $76.73 refund, and now zero communication.
Shipping charges are outrageous, not to mention the surprise international charges on my credit card!
I absolutely will not do business with them again, and would encourage anyone to stay away.

I absolutely adore the clothes I received from Milanoo! That being said, I'm really surprised by all the negative reviews this store had received. The items came just as pictured, despite being a little wrinkly coming out from the package- and the shipping time was actually faster than what was estimated!
