Ordered a large hoodie, which was smaller than my sister's small sized shirts. I couldn't even get my arm inside. After complaining, I was told I had to return the item to China to get my money back. USPS said $60 to ship so I can get my $40 back. Complete rip off. They send you cr@p cause they know you won't pay to ship them back.

Great products, TERRIBLE customer service. The agents will argue with you & make returns difficult. They always send the wrong sizes with shoes & some of their cosplay is made of very cheap materials that look a lot better in their product shots & fit awkwardly. I would strongly advise against ordering any type of lolita or goth punk shoe here because their sizing is all screwed up.

I ordered a coat/outerwear because it looked amazing on the website. But what I got was cheap rubbish. It totally didn't match the picture, it was a sweater instead. Besides, I ordered a LARGE, but it was the size of a XXS! I tried to send a refund request, but got a lot of problems with the website. After that, I mailed them and sent a picture along that it was the wrong size. But they were not convinced. After that I sent another picture to prove that the color did not even match. Still not convinced. So they ask me: "About size, if you mean that we made the size small, please kindly measure the detailed size of the hoodie and show to us the size of the bust, length, sleeve length and shoulder bridth with ruler." That is where I snapped and started posting reviews. After spending yesterday for this crap, I am not spending another day for 20 dollars!

The shoes and outfit were great. Although a button broke on the outfit. I would still rate this great! It is their $5 feedback that I have a problem with. Endless emails about this. I mean "endless." They offered "coupons." I said, "NO!" Finally I told them that they can have the $5, but I will be leaving negative reviews about their service. It is a scam. They offer you $5 back in coupons, not in your paypal. So for those who think that they will be getting $5 back in their paypal account... THINK AGAIN! Products are good! Customer service "SUCKS!"

They replied to all my questions quickly, and were never rude. They let me pick some clothes out to review for their company. All around, the clothes are good! They came in nice packaging and even a nice letter! They were individually packaged! The quality of the clothing is good! Not extraordinary, but not horrible. You will get what you pay for!

I would give them 1 star but their customer service is very good so I gave them 2 for that only. Cute swimsuits but sizes are so different from their measurement guide and they are not returnable!. I would not recommend buying swimsuits from Milanoo.

I just recently discovered Milanoo and have had nothing but good experiences with them! So far I have purchased lolita items and zentei suits for costumes, and everything has been great! The quality and detail of the lolita dresses are really amazing for the price, and although the zentei suits tend to run small, they are similarly great quality. Their shipping can be a tad pricy, but make sure to check for their discounts under your account info because you can normally get 20% off your whole purchase which makes up for the shipping!
