I personally have purchased items from milanoo, when i didn't know much about good or bad sites to order cosplay from. The clothing i got was horrible with shiny fabric, uneven hems and just... it was bad. When i contacted customer support, they told me that they were unable to return the items. With no explanation as to why.

When you have a complain about Milanoo.com they dont listen! Its all my fault that the dress i ordered wasnt made like the model. It was my size what made the dress different. After maybe 50 emails i still dont get more then 40 refund and the dress was almost 90 euro? So i dont agree and want to send the dress back and Milanoo returns my money... but i guess i have to go to court to get my money... SO DONT BUY THERE ANYMORE! As soon when you have a complain you will meet that company at a different way...

I had read all the horrible reviews about the site before ordering, but took a risk and ordered my prom dress. The online chat assistants helped me edit my order when I changed my mind about the color, and the dress still arrived early. The fit wasn't perfect because I had ordered the general size, so I would recommend doing tailor made, but the color and quality were wonderful. Very impressed.
Bought a maxi dress from Milanoo and it turned out to be a good shopping experience. Material is very comfortable and fits me very well. Highly Recommended.
I am really upset with the website, I ordered 3 beautiful bridesmaid dresses clearly stating I need them to be the same colour. And guess what 3 dresses, 3 different colours not even the same shade. Only one came the correct colour, but is rip at the front. I kindly asked to return the dresses and to re order, they offered to refund 1/3 of the amount and keep the dresses. I don't want the dresses as they aren't the colour asked for and one is ripped. Any one knows what to do, I really can't afford to buy 3 new dresses.

I just brought a cosplay from them a couple weeks ago. When it came in this week I learn there was a price missing and I email them. What replay I got didn't mike any sense so I ask them if there shipping the missing piece and again they dance around the question. In the first email they said that if I don't get the missing piece they well refund me 15 USD on my order which isn't much when u pay over 100. This site is a total rip off.

I purchased a clothing item from Milanoo.com and paid for 5-day shipping. I received the item over a week late and refused delivery from FedEx. Package was returned to sender. Milanoo customer service was extremely difficult to work with, wanted me to send the package to an entirely new address, and only offered me a refund on my 5-day shipping. I rarely take the time to review a company but my experience was so abysmal I wanted to warn consumers against purchasing items through Milanoo.com.

I bought a white cosplay coat. Very fast shipping time, great price.
Im upset that i wasnt told about a 12 $#*!ing day processing time. What the $#*! is that? I payed extra for it to get here quicker but i should have saved my dam money and bought the same things off ebay for 30$, free shipping, and 1-2 processing time. If its not shipped soon i will be canceling my order and doing just that

I have been recently looking for a new costume or anything for cheap. I had heard of Milanoo, but I also heard of the complaints. I pushed it to the side however, and checked it out. It seemed really legitimate to me^^
But I did some more research, and I found some bad things :/ The photos they use are either photo-shopped, stolen from other websites or nothing from the real thing.
All the reviewers on here with 5 stars? If you look at their account, you will see that they have reviewed nothing but only one Milanoo review. I personally feel like Milanoo is creating those accounts to convince people :/ Also, the measurements don't exactly feel right to me...?
After reading all of these negative reviews, and seeing many people turned off by this, I am pretty disappointed, and will never shop with Milanoo. Please take this as a warning, and look for other trust worthy webisties^^

I did order my wedding dress and pageant dresses from them....wedding dresses perfect however this is where you order 2 sizes up, there charts are not accurate with US measurement....I had good luck with shipping and was on time.....however one box was damaged, the product was still in excellent condition. Always use caution when ordering fom over seas.....

Minha encomenda demorou pouco mais de um mês para chegar no Brasil.
Tudo veio embaladinho e além da caixa, o sapato também veio embrulhado.
As fotos eram bem reais e o sapato super bonito. Também acertei no número do calçado, a tabela dá uma boa base para escolher.

This was the second time that I have used this company - both times resulted in terrible after sales and completely wasted time and money. The second time was for five different pairs of shoes and boots for a model photoshoot. All shoes were one size too small. Model is 37 EU and Milanoo said that chinese 36 is EU 37. A UK manufacturer measured all of these shoes at 36 EU. Milanoo would not accept their mistake.
