DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY"! This is by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Ordered a dress but canceled the order immediately when I realized it would not arrive in time for my event. Three days later my credit card was charged. I inform customer service. I was told they never got the email cancelation. A few hours later I got an stating that my order was canceled but I would not get a refund because they already started making the dress. At the bottom of the email was the cancelation email (the one they never got) I sent days earlier. I'm posting my experience on as many sites as possible. Maybe reading the post will save someone from going through this mess.
I ordered two cosplays, two wigs and a pair of shoes which totaled into a very expensive order. I ordered these at the end of January, hoping to get them by March 30th for an anime convention. After checking the progress on the site (I knew the processing time could be a bit lengthy) it told me my expected arrival date was April 2nd! I didn't realize it took almost three months to process and ship something!
I've been dealing with customer service for a few days now because I just wanted to cancel the order and get my money back to spend at a different website. But after they skirted around the issue, they finally told me they could only give me 50% of my money back.
Are you kidding me?! I don't even have the product yet, it's still in your stupid factory! I tried contacting them again and they gave me a faulty email address to contact which clearly didn't work. So not only am I not getting my cosplays on time, I spent a small fortune for them.
And after reading all these reviews (which I should've done before I purchased, my mistake) I am severely worried over the quality of my eventual product. This website is a joke and probably a scam. Do not buy from here. Don't even go look at the website, it's definitely not worth it.

This suit is spectacular! It is extremely high quality, flexible, durable fabric and is damn comfortable, like a second skin. My only complaint, is visibility is a little low, so I might suggest a bit of customizing on the mesh eye area for new buyers. I'll be buying another suit soon!

I first was in love with this site, until I ordered!. So 1st of all ALL other sites I ordered from the processing time was under the dress information and above the shipping time. I didn't see it there and I looked pretty good at the rest of the info, so assumed there was no processing time sine the sizes were s, m, l, xl, xxl. A week after my item was ordered and it didn't arrive I visited the site and went into FAQ
That's where it said that processing time is different for each item so after really searching the page I saw Processing time 13 to 19 days in a tiny box under the photo written in LIGHT GREY! I ordered it around the 4th and my wedding was on the 28th!
After speaking with the online chat consultant and begging them to rush the order even offering to pay for it i got a flat out NO. They immediately stopped my order n said i could only get 50% of my money back. This was a hard blow since my bridesmaid dresses were ordered from there as well. So the money im getting back will have to go towards their refund and my money is gone.
I know that ordering last minutes is always bad and i do know its my fault since i should have checked 10 times before ordering but i honestly after much searching found it hard to locate the processing time. I cried my eyes out!
Never again!... i expressed my feeling n got a $20 coupon which i will never ever use anyway!

I am a Canadian/USA size Small or 2. I buy clothes that are size small or 2, and they've always fit perfectly. Even the few that say one size fits all. And the quality is always great. With Swimsuits buy 2 or 3 sizes up, I've bought swimsuits in Large. I've only had one incident where my shipping took extremely long. And there is a FedEx custom's fee to pay after you receive your items. I've also bought underwear from there, but all of them were HUGE. So I wouldn't suggest buying your unmentionables online. I buy my husband dress shirts from Milanoo, And the quality is amazing. He always gets compliments! But they do warn you BUY A FEW SIZES UP! He is a Canadian/USA size Medium. He fits into XL shirts off the site. They're costumes and Corsets are also worth buying... for myself, the quality is the same as I can purchase in Canada, but the price is like 70% off of the price in stores. People also look past the processing time. Which usually takes the Max time indicated. There Customer Service Team is ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! The best I've even experienced online. Always get back to me quickly and answer all my questions. I DO NOT LIKE: That I have reviewed all items I've ever purchased. But Milanoo, does not post the bad ones, on there site. I purchased over $450 in swimsuits to sell in my tanning salon, Being aware of the sizing difference I ordered all large, x-large and xx-large.
I had a few clients complain that I need to get bigger sizes but it wasn't until today when I tried on approx. 10 of them that I fully understood the frustrations my clients expressed.
I am an average size woman here in Canada, 5' 6" tall and I wear a Med or Large.
MILANOO... We are not all 5' tall and 90 lbs. like your Asian women. If you're going to sell to Americans and Canadians make your clothing fit Americans and Canadians.
Every one of my swim suits purchased from Milanoo is short in the body and too tight around the body and waist whether they are size large, x-large or xx-large. Made in Asia for Asian women.

I am furious with Milanoo shoes. I ordered a pair of shoes for $125 and it took 2 weeks to ship. I wore the boots once and the heel of the split up the middle and the boots can not be worn again. I emailed them and a rep asked me to send pictures. I sent pictures and then a rep comes back and said that she would send me $20 refund. What tha! $125 pair of shoes, one time wear and all I get is a $20 refund. If anything mail me a replacement.
