I've been buying from Just fab for just over a year now. There quality is pretty good. The $40 price for everything isn't really a great deal, because you can find some great stores in Canada, that have shoes for $25-$40. What I like is that there is no hassle to return items for whatever reason you don't like them. I usually get a store credit, to avoid the restocking fee for a refund. I like there pumps, because their boots [shaft] are always too big for my skinny legs. I don't think jewellery is worth buying from their site, for price to quality reasons. And I did not like the quality or fit of their jeans and shorts. Their customer service is good. I've had both good and bad experiences with them. I will be discontinuing my membership with them in the near future,

I have ordered from Milanoo at least 20 times. They are a pretty great overall website, minus a few things. When I first purchased from them. I bought 2 pairs of heels. I live in Canada, and am a size 7.5, shoe size. I bought 7.5, and they were half a size too small. I was disappointed, at first. But the quality of both heels were amazing! I ended up gifting them for xmas. Because it would've costed too much to return ship. I then bought a pair of booties, in size 8. Fit amazing! Love everything about them! Need to buy another pair actually. SO WHEN BUYING SHOES FROM MILANOO. ONLY BUY A HALF SIZE UP! I've bought at least 50 pairs of clothing from them, mostly club dresses and cocktail dresses. I am a Canadian/USA size Small or 2. I buy clothes that are size small or 2, and they've always fit perfectly. Even the few that say one size fits all. And the quality is always great. With Swimsuits buy 2 or 3 sizes up, I've bought swimsuits in Large. I've only had one incident where my shipping took extremely long. And there is a FedEx custom's fee to pay after you receive your items. I've also bought underwear from there, but all of them were HUGE. So I wouldn't suggest buying your unmentionables online. I buy my husband dress shirts from Milanoo, And the quality is amazing. He always gets compliments! But they do warn you BUY A FEW SIZES UP! He is a Canadian/USA size Medium. He fits into XL shirts off the site. They're costumes and Corsets are also worth buying... for myself, the quality is the same as I can purchase in Canada, but the price is like 70% off of the price in stores. People also look past the processing time. Which usually takes the Max time indicated. There Customer Service Team is ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! The best I've even experienced online. Always get back to me quickly and answer all my questions. I DO NOT LIKE: That I have reviewed all items I've ever purchased. But Milanoo, does not post the bad ones, on there site. That's horrible Moral. Why bother voice your opinion! Anyway, There is also live chat, but the time difference requires me to Chat with them at 3AM, my time. Lol. I will defiantly continue to be a loyal Milanoo customer. I cant imagine why people hate on them soooo much...
